Job itself was pretty good. Met some great people there however management is not great. Will fire you over anything literally any little thing you do wrong. I was there for about 7 months and seen atleast 10 people get let go. That was just in my section. And the bosses never talk to you, pretty much act like your invisible. Unless you’ve done something wrong. If they had different management and treated there workers with a little more respect I’d give this place 5 stars definitely.

By far the best lan I have worked with, and I have been in the optical industry for 25+ years. Their quality, turn time, lens choices, pricing and customer service is amazing.

Great place to work when I started 3 years ago. However, under new management they have lost touch with their employees and positions have become a revolving door of new faces. We were told that our jobs were no longer about quality, but quantity, which wasn’t how I was trained. A situation involving an employee stealing a patient’s frame was swept under the rug, and he currently still works there for some odd reason. I put my notice in that I was leaving for greener pastures and I was told to gather my things and leave on the spot, despite explaining that I could stay on until they got on their feet. No skin off my back as I already had a job on the back burner, but it shows their level of professionalism. Needless to say, I’m glad to be gone. Besides a bad apple or two, those that work there on the ground level are good people and deserve to get paid a lot more for the almost crushing workload they are forced to handle.

Very professional staff. Everybody is highly organised and hard working. The warehouse and laboratory are always kept very clean. I worked here once. The staff works together very well. Great place to work.
