As I write this, I was told that I was 2nd in line for the call and STILL haven’t talked to anyone in a hour! I’m a veteran and I’ve been there physically before. Stop putting the phones on mute or purposely having them off the hook!Update: Still waiting on these people. I put it on mute when dealing with bots so that no sound is confused for a response. This is so ridiculous!

Trying to get paperwork done to head to the next command is impossible. There was always another oh by the way. If things were run in a more professional manner, all the things that needed to be done would have been done in one motion, rather than thinking we were done here, only to get told of something else that needs to be done. Whenever I would try to call to speak to someone, either no one was at the desk, or it would go straight to voicemail. We have even called and had a voice say extension is not valid before the call was cut. Ive dealt with civilian clinics that were better run that this.

Here at Sewelles Medical Clinic my wife went in to get a lump in her chest checked. She was told not to worry its probably a cyst because shes to young for cancer. No biopsy or ultra sound done just the word of incompetence. So here we are 6 months later after speaking to a real doctor who promptly ordered an ultra sound and then a biopsy because thats the obvious thing to do. Her first chemo treatment is tomorrow.

Never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Had at least 15 appointments there in a year between me and my kids. The most organized part of the government I have ever witnessed. Hospitable, quick, thorough and no nonsense.

Over an hour on hold and no one ever answered. At the beginning of the call it said I was fourth in line, I doubt they are spending 20+ minuets a call.Edit: Now dependents can’t even use this clinic. They always treated wives like second class citizens, and now we’re not even allowed to darken their doorstep. The largest navy base in the world and we have to drive out of town and pay two tolls to get basic medical care, way to go Navy.

This place is a joke.. hours and hours of waiting and multiple medical appts just to get an operational screen done. There was one guy in the opscreening lounge that was waiting for over 2 hours. If this was a civilian clinic it would go bankrupt with the terrible quality of service. This is the worst naval medical facility I have ever come across. Of only big navy took these comments seriously and did something about improving the process. O but I can send in feedback to ICE because that works.

Its a matter of knowing what time you need to get here to beat the crowd AND what to bring with you when you need to be there. A simple call/stop in will absolve a lot of wait time youll have here or any medical facility.
