Sat in the waiting room and patient room longer than I seen him. He didn’t even have time to barely shut the door with his advice of increase your uptake if Miralax and come back in 3 months. I tried to ask questions with regards to issues and concerns and he just cut me off with the same line, increase uptake and see you in 3 months.He ran no tests, made no physical contact, he almost didn’t have time to even spin the stool around upon entering and exiting and this is an office visit? For what, I called the day before my 2.5 hr drive and 35 min wait time and less than 5 min consult. I made it clear upon exit I wouldn’t be returning. I also called back and spoke to the business office/ office manager upon my complaint and unnecessary office visit and that it was a waste of my time and was unappreciated. That no claim with my insurance need be filed or a co-pay pymt made as this office visit was a farce and not how patients with the seriousness of Ibs, colitis, crohns should be processed through that office with no regard to the patient. We are an insurance time slot and I won’t be a part of flit, I deserve better care and treatment l.

Hope, I read the previous review before going down there. I have a 5 minute consult. The doctor didnt listen to my reason for visit and made no physical contact to check. Gave wrong medicines for my issue. The consult was a joke!
