Every time I have seen Dr. Fedro he listens to me, which it is so important, and has gave me the referrals I need. He is awesome and I’m glad I found him. Also the front desk guy was so polite same for the nurse and the lady at the lab, it was a very nice experience overall.

My great grandson went to this doctor. Was diagnosed with strep throat and pets fined an antibiotic. But they failed to fax the prescription in to the drugstore. Only after several phone calls did they finally find the time to call it in. Grandsons appointment was at 1:00 and meds called the following evening. This is not what I call taking care of your patients.

I didn’t go as a patient but rather a guest of a patient getting a skin graph but I liked the staff and his doctor was very straightforward. The rosenblum practice has a very very small waiting room and is not for those who like small spaces. There are double elevators that are well kept in the interior lobby (which is beautiful) and it’s wheel chair friendly to enter the building

I was having many issues getting through tothe front desk and with confusion regarding my insurance to cover a referral. However, I received a call back, and Dr. Vanhorn was willing to work with me and reach out to me for an appointment. I can tell they are understaffed at the front desk and it can be frustrating, but the doctors do care about their patients. I was informed it may be more convenient to use the online portal rather than calling, so if you are experiencing similar difficulties maybe give that a try.

I used to be able to call and book an appointment with my provider at no problem.I can imagine how COVID-19 would affect the operations of the clinic but the front desk always seems extremely busy and its become very difficult to get through on the phone line and hence, an appointment. This is not the fault of the front desk workers. I think theres been a shift in management and the clogged phone lines have created a significant barrier to patients in being able to access care.My provider left this practice and was not the only provider to leave. It used to be a great place. Not sure what changed but its definitely not the same.

On hold for a minimum of 30 minutes every single time. Have to explain entire situation every time you call. Thats if you are able to speak to someone. Tasks do not get accomplished. They seem undermanned and incompetent.

I love my doctor but that front desk is horrible. I had my run ins with them most recent was a simple question Do I need an appointment for bloodwork? After I asked put me on hold for 45 minutes so I called front my daughters phone picked up asked how many they help me Im confused with them but something has to change with the total disrespect I had it

Love Jenny, she is AMAZING, however, getting anyone on the phone is honestly a nightmare. On multiple occasions the phones ring and ring and ring and no one ever picks up. Today alone I have called 9 times and the phone rang and rang until it couldn’t ring anymore. I’m over it and will be switching to a different provider that will actually answer when patients call. I’m sad to leave Jenny behind, however, never being able to get anyone on the phone to be able to see her is absolutely ridiculous .

I have always had a wonderful experience with audrey (PCA) the medical receptionist and let the office manager of hague family practice know after a not so awesome experience with a medical doctor on staff. Audrey has always gone above and beyond with customer service and has always made me feel so cared for and has always found me an appointment or directed me towards a nurse when needed, never has she ever left me hanging or felt like she was stressed in a obviously very busy medical office! She does her job with ease and I also noticed she is also quick to help ok out coworkers when they need help even when she is in the middle of computer or paper work of her and happy to help too!! She is a diamond in the rough, hang onto this wonderful person, she is definitely one to promote!! Shes definitely one of the highlights that keeps me coming for appointments and seeing her in the office always brings a smile to my face. That particular day I was discouraged by the way I was treated by a doctor and she encouraged me and I left laughing and felt genuinely cared for after she scheduled me a follow up with my regular PCP. Thank you Audrey for being you, keep shining your bright positive light because i see what you are doing and wanted to shine a light on your exemplary customer service and care for the patients of Hague family practice!! And also so helpful to your coworkers as well!! She is Definitely an asset in your practice!!! I wish you all the best Audrey and thank you for all your care and help!!! Just a head up to anyone with a breathing issue regarding masks. Dr. Fedro refused care under a directive by his supervisor. The supervisor claimed there was a liability issue if they said a mask wasn’t required, and the individual caught the virus. He informed me he turned down someone with asthma as well. As serious as a breathing issue is, that is the liability. Dr. Fedro was unwilling to put his patients first because of his supervisor’s dangerous policy.Only reason I’m giving Hauge Medical Center 2*’s is because he assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the visit.I advise people to look elsewhere for care. It’s a shame. I never had an issue with them before.

My entire family (me, husband and two sons) have been patients here since my boys were in elementary school (theyre in college now). We have always received stellar care, never had to wait long in the waiting room and have been graciously treated by all staff. Dr. Lanoue, Dr. Van Horne, Dr. Barakoti and Jenny, Dr. Van Hornes PA are all consummate professionals and very nice too. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Ignore the one star reviews, there is no way people were treated that way here, weve been patients for almost twenty years and Ive never witnessed anything like what some of these folks wrote. There are a lot of Doc offices around here, and I think the reviewers are confused. There are waiting lists for some of the Docs at Hague Medical, thats how popular and respected they are.

The ladies who answer the phone are always very polite and helpful. I saw Jenny Ambrosino and she was the best medical provider I’ve ever seen. She was so attentive, understanding and compassionate. I didn’t feel rushed and she made sure to answer all of my questions before she left.

Edit: horrible place with horrible management. Avoid at all costs. Some of the admin assistants are nice, the nurse practitioner Jenny is great, and supposedly Dr Lenue is good. But as a whole this place put my life in danger and really didnt care. Malpractice is literally a note in my file with one doctor.Ive had pretty negative experiences here with Bayview. My first visit was supposed to be a comprehensive, but they refused to do it without having a separate appointment. The first was just to process forms and say hi, I guess. Seemed like a money grubbing scheme to me. The intern questioned (aggressively) whether I actually get migraines, which were diagnosed by a neurologist. The doctor very obviously just wanted to get in and get out. The second time was the same, except for an added statement that I needed to see a surgeon for a condition that cant fix itself (except it did without ever getting meds or surgery), and a statement that I couldnt get a refill of a drug Ive been taking for 5 years because it is potentially addictive, and that my low dose is probably just a placebo effect. He then resisted referring me to a specialist to get the prescription. Overall I just noticed a lot of the arrogance and assumptions you find with some doctors that think very highly of themselves. 🙄

This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. They tell you to make your appointment via e-mail, which I did. They never got back to me three days later, so I ended up calling to make an appointment. When I am giving my identification to the desk, one of desk workers says to the other one that she has a patient who is very pissed on the phone about billing. Then another patient comes in for her appointment, and I overhear her she saying she is angry because they charged it when she wasnt suppose to be charged. It throws a little red flag when two separate people are mad about billing problems.When I am taken back, the nurse never shuts the doors, and proceeds to discuss my medical issues when other patients could hear. This would seem to be a HIPPA violation.Then the doctor doesnt even give me a full physical examination. Dr. Van Horn wanted me to come back at a later time. Mind you, I was a full 45 minutes early, so it wasnt that I had messed up any scheduling. I ask the nurse if I can just have the physical examination done now, and she blows me off saying it would be best if I just come back in a few weeks to also discuss blood work. I am a busy person, and I cant just take off of work whenever I please. Also, my insurance will only fully cover one visit per year thus I would have to pay out of pocket for my next visit when it could just be done in one visit. In the past, my old doctors office would do the full physical exam (way more thorough too!) and just call about blood results.When I get my blood done, the woman complains that the doctor didnt put in the order and that she will have to stay later. Overall, very unprofessional, rude, and inefficient staff, nurses, and doctors. I will not be coming back. Obviously, they just want to bill for another visit to make more money.

I went in to see Dr. Fedro with an illness that has been horrible for 5 days and urgent care was very concerned about.Dr. Fedro spent little to no time with me or asking questions. He gave little to no advice. He couldn’t have cared less about my health or well being.Once I have recovered from whatever illness I have (they don’t do tests for 2-3 days) I will be changing my primary care doctor.I couldn’t have been more disgusted and disappointed with the lack of attention and treatment I received.

I have been going to Dr Mark Skees office for well over 18 years. Primarily I see his NP Miriam Galan-deJesus. You might have to wait awhile to see her when you arrive but she is well worth the wait. She truly listens and cares. I have never had better medical care. Due to family and personal referrals just about all of my family and extended family see Dr Mark Skees or Miriam. On my recent visit the front staff was very pleasant, which hasn’t always been the case. Thank you Cassie and Maddie for the excellent customer service. If you are looking for a doctor or NP there takes there time and listens to you then I highly recommend this office

Anytime calling about referrals or medication refill they place on hold for nurse and then hang up on you or leave you on hold indefinitely. Doctor Barakati was very unprofessional and rude to my disabled spouse. Highly don’t recommend using this facility.

My PCPs office. I really like Dr. Obermeyer, the medical staff are nice, and the facility is clean. The administrative process here is what I dont like. It always takes forever for someone to answer the phone, if at all. The online appointment request form is not user friendly and wont allow me to submit a request.

This is a ridiculous clinic. i saw the doctor there and they told me they accept my insurance. actually they didnt and they asked me to pay full amount. They just told me the front desk make mistake and i still need to pay everything. i dont understand why i have to pay for their mistake. this is not fair and the clinic dont need to do anything. anyway, this is really bad place to see the doctor. not recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional staff. I called in about some pretty concerning symptoms as I am young and fairly healthy. They told me they would have a nurse call me the following day. They never did call. I let that go. Then it took me 5 attempts to get through to their office, one time they hung up. Horrible phone service. Okay, I let it go. I finally made an appointment but couldnt see my regular PCP and so I opted to see a PA. She seemed like the highlight of my experience, minus the fact that she highly doubted I had possible Lyme disease and joked that she would check me for ticks right there. ( bad joke and seemed to know nothing accurate about Lyme) I have family and friends who have it. Ok... then I was given a referral to neurologist and told to wait a week to contact Tricare to see if they accept/deny. After long hold times with tricare, I find out the office never sent the referral to begin with. That was the last straw for me, changing doctors, stay away!

Last appointment I had I waited a hour and 45mins, now Im back for a check up to see how Im healing and Ive been waiting for almost a hour. I understand 10-15 minutes but this is ridiculous. Im here on my day off, if it was gonna be an hour later then we should have scheduled another time. I dont have time to waste sitting here, especially when I know Im only gonna be back there for 15 minutes
