It seems like a decent place, though they could give a bit more information about options. They may just be overworked. All staff were calm and laid back, so that was good.I called up today, and was told an appointment time. I got there, waited about ten minutes while the receptionist was off the desk and then busy with other patients and on the phone. Once Id let her know who I was, I waited a bit more and was taken to a room. My temperature was taken with the remote gun things before entering the hallway. Waited another ten minutes or so for the doctor, who reassured me and said it should resolve itself. I had to ask if I should go to another clinic if it didnt resolve itseld, within the timeframe.

March 23rd I had made an appointment to have my eye looked at as it was red and itchy. I was greeted by the receptionist who took my information and temperature before directing me into a private room.I waited for the doctor (Dr Dalgleish) to come in and LOOK at my eye, it is why I made an appointment to physically see a doctor. He came in wearing only a face shield without a mask... and he remained 6-9 feet away from me while looking, lifting and moving his head around looking TRYING to look at my eye..He did not indicate what it could be for me nor did he rule out what it is not. Gave me generic eye cream and sent me on my way.It is now the 25th my eye is still an issue.This very same Doctor took care of my husband back 2 weeks ago, he had an allergic reaction to something and he had welts on his skin.. Dr. Dalgleish examined my husband in the LOBBY OF THE BUILDING instead of allowing my husband into a PRIVATE room, he had my husband remove his shirt (very embarrassing and degrading) in front of people then prescribed again a steroid cream and sent him on his way.I understand that there is a Pandemic and everyone is on edge and scared BUT. THIS IS A DOCTOR... he should be helping us and not making us feel uncomfortable nor offended for having to be looked at during this time.

The customer service was horrible!Called them today and they said there were busy and put me on hold the person never did put me on hold, but just put the phone down and started talk to her employee about other patients this lasted for about 10 minutes and I decided to call them on my other phone and when i got through, the lady was being rude. if I could I would do 0/10

Ive been coming to this clinic for many years now and my opinion, well the front desk staff are great, I always get a call back when they say there going to call. Doctors are also very good, they always took care of me as well as my daughter. I never felt any disappointment visiting this clinic.Ive read some of the comments on here and I believe that most people are not patient and demand quick service on there own time, but it doesnt work that way.This is one of Niagara Falls best clinics. Doctors will always rotate and thats expected but the care I always get is 100 %.

Horrific service and they do not care about patients. Wife may have broke her hand. We called this afternoon about getting an x ray, they first told us we have to make an appointment. So we asked to make an appointment. We were then told the doctor will have to call us back.A few hours later the doctor called back saying we could come in today for an x ray and he would have the requisition form at the front desk. We get there at 3:30, they close at 4pm and no one is there, the office is closed! We go to x ray and no requisition is sent.We called another clinic that has x ray and they said we can go there as long as the doctor made an online requisition. Which he did not.So low we wasted a day, spent money on parking and will have to try again to tomorrow.Ontario has the worst Healthcare and this clinic is leading the way

Will never use this walk in clinic again. Boxing Day hours 9 - 3pm. I went in at 1:35pm grabbed a number and waited for the receptionist. No one in the inside waiting area and there was 3 maybe 4 waiting in the lobby area. When the receptionist appears she tells me they are not accepting anymore patients. If not accepting any more patients remove all the numbers so like me we dont take one for a receptionist to appear to check us in. Need a better pleasant receptionist and a better system. I was there medical help.

I normally have a good experience here, have been going for years. However I had a bad time with Dr. Stark.I went in a few months ago regarding my feet going purple and cold, and he recommended blood tests (agreed), however he said he wanted to check me for HIV because of my abundance of tattoos..the way he said it was really condescending. I went this month on a Monday (which he works those, so if you want to avoid him don’t go on Monday)I had pneumonia and he said he didn’t believe me and patronized me. Call this defamation of character but I know MANY people that have a bad taste in their mouth from this lad. Including my Mother.I do sincerely speculate that he is in the wrong profession. Communication is key when dealing with the public. The people attending this walk in clinic already feel terrible from being ill, they don’t need to be approached by the epitome of a virus, which this man is.Thanks!

NEVER GO THERE. If i would give zero i would. Doctor name was Sharma and was completely rude and condescending.I had a wrist injury and he had no idea about anything, i kept asking about what it may be or probabilities especially for that injury and gave him examples ( I’m a health care professional too so I understand medical terms ) but he had no idea what i was talking about.He didn’t even want to refer me to an orthopedic till i kept insisting, and waved his hand in my face in a very rude way.He didn’t even tell me what to do, should i wear a splint or what to avoid doing. He just LEFT the room WHILE i was talking and went to another patient right away. I’m NOT JOKING. Didn’t even ask if i had any other concerns. Just STORMED OUT of the room.WOW. I have never seen a doctor as rude as him and I’m in the medical field and i deal with tons of doctors. Will never go there again.

An efficient clinic that Ive gone to several times. Can be quite busy, however have received excellent care at the facility. I would never go to a walk-in clinic expecting instant consultation and results. 👍

Terrible experience, went in to see “doctor” for a referral to a skin specialist, weeks past, I call the skin specialist, there has been no record of my referral, absolute ludicrous. One star. Never going again, nor would I suggest anyone to the morrrison walk-in clinic.

I went to this walk-in a total of 3 times (2 times my family doc is too busy; one time for TB skin test for volunteer work). Wait time is longer when the clinic is busy but very fast when there are only a few people in front of me. Receptionist Diane is pleasant and courteous. The doctors are professional but quick (did not do patient education to explain result). I think they have too many patients and cannot have time to explain much. I go to health information websites to check my conditions and results implications. To be fair, we cannot expect the same service of walk-in from our own family doctor.

Similar complaints as many of the other reviews.- Rude receptionist- The entire transaction was very clearly about maximizing profit and minimizing effort- closed extremely early relative to posted times- claimed updates times were posted on a specialized maps app I have NEVER heard of... (even if so - what good is that if no one on earth uses it?!?!)- unhelpful with alternatesComplete waste of time!

Never had an issue with the doctors there. Huge issue with no one answering the phones for 2 days after leaving a message regarding my daughter. Called about 20 times at different points of the day. Pretty sure someone sits at the desk beside the phone and can pick up at least one phone call.

The lady who answers the phones could not be more rude. Needs a customer service lesson or lesson on how to talk to people. She constantly gives attitude and likes to hang up on customers. When I called to ask if they would be open until 9 because I went the other night and they were closed at 7:45 when they were supposed to be open until 9 I was told “well we are never open til nine” and hung up on.

Perfect;y fine clinic. You just got to have some intelligence & actually put your complaints together in a clear, logical manner. For example if you are coughing & have a sore throat, you tell him you are coughing and have a sore throat and youd like some antibiotics. Dont um & ah as if you forgot why you came here between the time you parked the car to the time you registered & dont blubber about irrelevant things.Besides these walk in doctors oftentimes dont have much if any, medical history on you except whatever you tell the receptionist unless you are a patient of his [occasionally hers] elsewhere or go here routinely. They cant work magic out of nothing.

Dont bother with their hours of operation, theyll consistently close 2+ hours before the stated close time (both on their website and on Google) even if theres 0 people in the waiting room or in the building.While Ive had a good doctor here who I felt was genuinely invested in helping me with my issue, others gave little concern to what my issue was and just wrote some random prescription (which later by another doctor was puzzled why I was prescribed that as it was entirely wrong).Ive had mixed results on visits here, some are great, most are very poor. The only other option is Valley Way Medical Clinic which isnt any better.

Busy but well handled so you feel attended to. Very helpful receptionist. Dr was friendly but professional and took care of my problem. A positive experience.

My daughter had an IUD put in by Dr. CHEEMA.... He rushed stretching her and even though she was crying, he wouldnt stop and let her calm down. She is 25 and has a black belt so you know she is not a wimp! Now its 9hrs later, she has been medicated and is still in bad pain. My heart is breaking for her.

This place is a complete joke. I just walked an hour to get there, waited an hour in the waiting room only for the doctor to completely ignore my concern and treat me for something that I came in for 2 months ago! I came back very visibly upset as I felt like I wasnt being listened to. However, this time the doctor didnt even bother showing up to my room after another 30 minute wait. Im so upset and am still in horrible pain. Now I have to wait in the emergency room after all of that. What a waste of my time.

Why have a phone when you dont answer it and you dont have a voicemail. Been trying to call about my referral I got, for two days now. No one can answer the phone. Now I have to go in,and pay for parking & try to talk with the rude receptionist about my referral. If she will let me talk to her before taking a number. Terrible reception.

The nurse or the lady at the desk was really nice and helpful, but I went for a too step tb shot which had to be read in the following two days i came back two days later 2 hours before close and i went in and they said the doctor had already left... i came back the next and a different doctor told me i should have came back sooner??? Even though i tried to! I had to come back the following week to do my second step which was today i went 3 hours before close this time and the doctor had left. The doctors and staff were all really nice but it is very frustrating to call and check the website and the sign on the door and it still be closed

If any doctor here mistreated you, please file a complaint with the College of Ontario Physicians and Surgeons. Doctors like this need to be held accountable. Any patient with a chronic condition - including those suffering from chronic pain - deserve better than what they are being provided.

They need to update their hours because if they are open till 8 why was I turned away at 7:25 with 1 person in the waiting room. I could understand turning me away if they were full but it was still a half hour before there closing time and the women at the desk who needs a lesson in manners told me they were closed.

Friendly reception sometimes a wait but find the doctors are very helpful and informative. For a walk in doctor You cant ask for more treating you like they are your family physician with t dedicated service and support.

Took our nephew there and although the dr was great with him the receptionist was ridiculous..gave us the complete WRONG information on how to be reimbursed for invalid health card and then gave attitude when confronted about it..very misleading AbsoLutely disgustingly rude and borderline racist to a family ahead of us..how she is there I have no clue

Nice and polite doctors. Been here twice and both times have had issues getting along with the receptionist. Same older lady every time and both times shes rude and will yell at you. Heard her take a phone call and called that person annoying. She needs a lesson on customer service or if you dont like your job then leave.

Waited over an hour! I dealt with a Dr Colorado all I needed was a note for orthotics cause I stand all day at work.. he refused to write one unless he examined my feet first which is fine. he’s ask me to walk around barefoot on that dirty floor didn’t even offer to put the white paper down... I said I wasnt comfortable walking barefoot on that dirty floor cause you can pick up many foot and skin infections. He said well I’m not writing a note then and walked out of the room..

I have been to this clinic quiet a few times, the staff are okay but hippa rules and regulations are not being respected, l mean patients privacy .They ask you questions openly for everyone else to know your situations. Too bad!

I went there today and it was disappointed. I went there after my 8 hours shift but the receptionist was so rude , ill mannered. She needs to be fine . Not only did they waste my time I was also disrespected. I literally heard the doctor spending a good 20-30 minutes chatting, laughing with his pal on the phone while I wait for my check-up in the waiting room. It was much more than clear that he rushed through my check-up to get me out of there.

I took my 15 month son to the clinic on monday, he had fever for couple days, and i was suffering pain on my foot. so that visit was for me and my son. my son was checked first. the doc was not nice at all, my son was crying because of the sickness. the doc just send him go out with my mother in law, and cover his ears like he was suffering. that was so rude to a mom whose kid were sick. and i was still in the room.

My daughter went a few days before me and they were closed at 7:45, even though hours state 9 pm. THEN I got a scratch in my eye, I called to ask if they will be open and lady who answered phone told me they were closing at 8:30. I tried to explain to her I should be there for 8:30 but worse case 8:35 and she told me too bad I had to be there 8:30 on the dot they wouldnt wait, go to ER and HUNG UP ON ME! I even explained to her BEFORE she said too bad and hung up that I had two YOUNG kids at home, one with autism and a husband at work trying his best to leave early so I can get there ASAP. She clearly didnt have any care in the world for anything but herself. After I was hung up on I called back as for I had another question and they just didnt answer my call. Thankfully I managed to get in there before 8:30 and did not have to spend the night at the E.R. wasnt their time on something a walk in could take care of. They should either change their hours or find someone willing to work the hours they post. As a business owner I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and not allow employees to treat any human like this!

The doctors at this clinic are really great but the receptionist is terrible! I once thought I had caught her on a bad day but she is consistently rude to me whenever Ive been there over the past 3 years. She seems to have no ambition to help you on the phone or in person.

This is a terrible clinic. Had a bad experience every time Ive gone in. And on a side note Id a doctors office has a fish tank they cant care for, whos to say they take good care of their patients. The doctors spent no time with me giving me no information of what could be wrong. I saw the doctors for 45 seconds LITRALY. To which they drew a basic conclusion and gave me a prescription. Last time I was in i had some sort of outbreak maybe allergies which caused my eyes to swell itch and burn. He said you have a rash heres a thing. I asked could it be allergies infection etc? He simply said idk but this will help. The pharmasict gave me more information of what could be wrong and recommended I get an allergy test which he doctor didnt even mention. I am dissapointed in the lack of care and effort put into patient care. I get these places are busy but attention must be paid. I knew a little girl who went into a place like this complaining about stomach pain to which the doctor dismissed it as her pretending to get out of school. That little girl had cancer. Medical institutions in this world are terrible and half these doctors shouldnt have licenses.

I went to this clinic earlier in the week and got the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Mcbride. If you want any Dr. To bash you and critize you just go see this quack.I went in with a fairly basic issue that just needed an antibiotic for -but like many medicines they are long and use basically every letter of the alphabet so lets face it, i couldnt remember the name of it.With that being said, i pointed to the area of concern - my leg and explained the suitation that there was an area of the concern with the same issue (which he refused to listen to me). He proceeded to tell me this medical name then said there is nothing to perscribe for it. I then said yes that i have been perscribed before with both pill and ointment form. Next,he proceeded to ask me if i would be willing to stay out of the sun and i said no. He proceeded to say well, if you wont stay out of the sun and help yourself then how am i supposed to help you. There is no medication for that unless you want me to perscribe you anything just for the sake of it.. I was in utter belief, first doubting me then trying to bluntly say i was a drug addict looking for a hand out.So i then said wait a minute let me call a pharmacy so i did.. needless to say i found the pharmacy that had my record, erote down the name and informed him. He said thats not what its used for and i said yes it is. I then reminded him of the other area and said ill even show you, so he said lets see. I showed him & behold he then replies oh i thought you were talking about something else, yah thats what that medicine is for then wrote up my script.So how dare you Dr. Mcbride, not everyone around is a drug addict looking for hand outs!

The 2 young girls who work there shouldnt be. All they do is sit and talk and make people wait for their conversation to finish. My 1 year old spent the whole time crying in pain because of what was wrong and they let people in front of her and then when it was finally her turn (they told me she was next) they sat there for 5 minutes whispering to each other. I had to walk up and tell them to take her back into the room. So we can get everything dealt with and i can get her home. Theyre dumb and should be working in a circus for how big of clowns they are!!!!!

MOST Worst experiance ever. DOC. Spent 30 second with us and wnen upon asked i have a question he said QUICKLY! as to i am in like a food market que. Comeon you are getting Paid 6 figure for this kind of service ? People at macdonald and tim hortons treat customer better! Atleast be a human with manners first. I have never had an issue with staff, BUT they always close the gates an hour before their closing time. Really feel they should change their hours online. As Im sitting waiting to be seen 3 people have been turned away it is 220pm online it says they close at 3. This is very confusing to people, and frustrating especially those who walk or taxi in. To get here and be turned away must be very upsetting

Went there at 6:29 PM and it was closed and cage was across. They advertise closing at 7pm. People need these clinics because there arent enough Doctors for the patients and them to close early is ridiculous.

Best walk in clinic I have ever been too, never any waiting times and most necessity are in the building. Im from Brampton and Ive never been so well treated at a walk in.

Never going back !!!took my 21 month old daughter in because shes had a bad cough since end of september... an asian doctor looked at her, he said she has a daycare cough (never heard of that before :S) he said good news and bad news, good news is its nothing serious, bad news is there is nothing we can do about it and that kids put anything and everything in their mouths.Took her to the fort erie urgent care two days later, turns out that she has bronchitis, a little pneumonia and an ear infection in both ears, how they couldnt point any of that out when we took her to the walk in is beyond me. Just sad because this could have been dealt with sooner.

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. Blonde old lady is very ignorant and cannot do her job properly. She is misleading with information and was VERY RUDE to several patients after me. This is one of the best walk in clinics in Niagara Falls If you have a sick child or you have something wrong with you or a family member this is the place to go and it saves you from having to wait 6 to 8 hours at the hospital

Lady at the counter refused to let us see a doctor and told us to go back to whatever walk in clinic we had been to before. Cost a ridiculous amount to for parking too because we couldnt get the prescription here.

Is there any less stars option?? This place was a complete waste of time. The reception was rude and indifferent to everyone that came to her window - we had to take a number even though there was no one else there. The doctor??? well, who knows because he never showed up and the reception offered no explanation except are you in or are you out??

We arrived just before the clinic opened to minimize our wait time. 45 mins after opening, the doctor still had not shown up, nor had they notified the receptionist why or when they would be in. Waste of time. From other comments, perhaps this is a common occurrence.

Went here to have sutures removed..waited 1.5hrs only to be told that they did not have any kits to remove them they were sent away for cleaning the nurse was rude and unapologetic..the doctor though was nice and did apologize...
