This location is getting a LOT of bad reviews from people calling the call center- a separate entity.I was scheduled here by my sleep study doctor for CPAP machine fitting and use. I had nothing short of a great experience in this physical location.The rep helping me was very clear and accommodating, answering any questions I had (this is my first time ever with cpap) and worked with me to get equipment that I would be most comfortable with.I have not had to use the call center yet, but if youre giving this location a bad review based on your call center experience, think twice, this location is not responsible for their actions.

This is hands down the worst experience my family and I have ever been provided. From being late on oxygen deliveries, to a technician pretending to stop by and leaving a blank doorknob hanger saying someone visited, without even knocking nor did they fill out the door hanger for us to know who visited. The technician was called in to check one of our oxygen machines because it was producing warm air. Anyone who uses oxygen knows warm air is a big no no and it causes extreme discomfort/bloody noses, especially over a long period of time. We were told that this is normal or we need to come up with a better reason in order to have a technician come out to diagnose the issue. After the first attempt, I called the service center again to have a other technician stop buy for the same warm air issue. I was greeted by someone named George. George is probably the most fowl, hateful person I have ever had the chance to speak to or work with within the customer service industry. George told me he would not continue to provide me service unless I fix my tone, which lead to being on the phone with him for almost 15 minutes just to place an order for more oxygen that they were late on and to have a tech come diagnose my fathers oxygen machine (Mind you my tone was perfectly fine and professional) which the conversation should be recorded and checked. I pray for all of the families/folks who have endured the headaches that AeroCare put upon you and your family. This company should no longer be in business. This is life and death for many patients including my father. Please do yourself a favor and look beyond this company. AeroCare earned their 1 star reputation and it truly shows through majority of their workforce.

I have a friend that uses this company for oxygen and they refuse to bring it to her and they tell her they need to verify her doctor appts before they will give her oxygen. She is the only one that drives in the household. Who is suppose to buy food and supplies for her and her grand kids. They say there is a nationwide shortage on tanks of oxygen.

Despite the fact my neurologist personally sent an order for a C-Pap Mask u0026 supplies for me to this company, they still have not processed my order. The order was placed with Roberts for a third time today! It has been over three weeks now. I’ve spoken to several unprofessional phone agents at Roberts who have no phone speaking nor order taking skills u0026 talk as if they have marbles in their mouths. I still am completely without a C-Pap mask u0026 have been told it would take another 10 days to receive my supplies once my order is processed because of Covid! Another excuse. That would put receipt of my desperately needed breathing supplies at FIVE WEEKS AFTER PLACEMENT OF MY ORDER! FIVE WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY BREATHING SUPPLIES u0026 EQUIPMENT! This is UNACCEPTABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL u0026 NEARLY CRIMINAL. The background noise, chatter u0026 clanging noise level is very high when speaking to them so as to indicate I am speaking with someone in a third world country - not the USA. I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need life saving breathing equipment of any kind. Actually, I would not recommend them to anyone at all. This is the worst service I’ve ever received. Look else where for your medical supplies u0026 equipment. This company does not care about its customers health nor needs. They dismiss your Order, questions u0026 inquiries. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor seven or eight times before I was switched over to one. I was told I would need to send an email to corporate if I had a complaint. I have no confidence that my order will be fulfilled anytime soon. I hope I will not have any further interactions with these incompetent, uncaring individuals. My doctors office has faxed my order to them for the third u0026 final time today.

This company sends me an invoice, pretty much every month for a cpap machine Ive been using since 2018. They claim insurance deductibles are the reason. I am done using Roberts because there are other medical supply companies to use. I had to give a one star just to get this posted, but they dont deserve that. If you dont have to use Roberts, please dont.

I had to reorder supplies 3 times over a period of 2 months before receiving them and when they did arrive one item was wrong and others items were more than I had requested. When I inquired about the wrong and extra item, I was told that my insurance would not cover the proper item and the extra items were from the previous request. I was also told that since I had received the order more than 30 days I had no recourse to get a refund. I am not sure if the issue lies with Roberts Home Medical or AdaptHealth, but either way I will find another way to get my supplies online.

It honestly doesnt even deserve the 1 star. The first orders were sent almost 2 months ago after a month and nothing followed up and they say they dont have, after being sent 4 times, doct office called immediately after and magically they are found and said would process right away. Three weeks later nothing, call back told didnt have again and when told them doct confirmed they do was told oh first place didnt have, transfer to place that can help which is automated and says I win life alert bracelet, when decline then was asked to talk about car insurance offers. I dont know how this place is still in business and have advised my doctors office. I urge everyone to stay far away from this place!!!

Service and billing for many years has been bad. Products sent late or not at all and other times double sent. Duplicate orders sent and billed for items not ordered. Shame on me for continuing to use Roberts for my parents and inlaws for so long instead of locating another company for CPAP supplies. I am done. Buyer beware...ripoff.

Im still waiting for my mobilize scooter wheelchair after two months. Unable to stand or walk long distance. Company force me to revise orser twice. Still no scooter
