The folks running the Newport branch of Kinetic are always kind, courteous, and professional. The facility is clean, well maintained, and every member is remembered and catered to within reason. Of the gyms I have been to, Kinetic Newport is by far the best - so good, in fact, that Im hesitant to recommend it to strangers because it would become too busy too quickly.

I have been going to Kinetic for over 1 year! Kinetic Gym is very spacious and bright! Everything looks new and well kept! It is always clean and sanitized. Elijah and Brett are knowledgeable coaches - they are highly trained, have many certificates in strength, conditioning, exercise/physiology!Classes are fun and everyone is respectful and polite.

Ample garage parking (about 20 spaces versus the 7 mentioned in Ms. Lights review); body wash; hair products; make-up remover, shower and workout towels; day use lockers; kit lockers for rent, and more. All personal trainers hold a degree in an exercise related field and additional nationally recognized training certifications. Staff is personable, engaging, and professional.

Way better gyms to go to in the area. The front desk is also extremely difficult to work with and condescending.

Nice gym but closes too early on weekdays and too early on weekends.I’ve got 5 people who want to leave Equinox in NB but they need a gym that’s opened until 10pm and 7pm on weekends.

Awesome staff and clean locker rooms, phenomenal trainers and can’t beat the value of this boutique fitness center!!!

Good corporate gym. Now allows all members access to group classes and trx/ropes area without paying extra. The hiit classes Ive taken are great and staff are nice. Wish it was open 7 days a week though - correction - it is open 7 days a week but closed early on weekends.

Front desk employee very rude and disrespectful. 2 day pass involves being followed around the gym every minute so you really dont get to explore it. Only 2 big rooms and very pretentious. Only 7 parking spaces - very inconvenient. Limited class selection. Limited hours. Overpriced for what is offered.

Great gym, not too crowded after work, very nice employees, cleanest and fanciest locker rooms Ive ever seen, free lockable lockers, $40/Mo for me
