Dr. Armstrong is an excellent listener who does really care about my healthcare. I always get very quick responses to my questions on the portal and he is always accessible. I have recommended him in the past and would highly recommend him again.

Took the time to explain and answer all of my questions, in detail, so I understood and get confident in the next steps. Would highly recommend. Office staff was friendly as well and wait time was minimal.

Dr. Armstrong is a rarity. Not that many doctors don’t share his attributes. I’m sure they do. It’s just that I haven’t engaged with any of them recently. Dr. Armstrong is well informed about medicine in general, aware of what he can treat and what needs to be referred. I feel lucky to have him on my side.

The front office is always so nice and helpful. Dr. Armstrong is very professional and caring. i would recommend the office to anyone looking for a doctors office.

We absolutely LOVE Dr Armstrong! Our entire family sees him. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and just all around a pleasure to be around. He gives you plenty of time in your appointment sometimes he runs late. But never over 30 minutes. I do have to say that I have a lower rating for the staff as I don’t like his nurse practitioner. But as long as you get an appointment with Dr Armstrong, you will see him and love him. So happy we found him!

From the moment I walked in yesterday I was greeted with a friendly smile and offer to help me check in. There are no words for Dr. Armstrong. He is an awesome human being and an incredibly talented doctor. Every time I leave I feel so, so lucky to have found him as our family doctor. While I agree that Dr. Armstrong is fantastic and a great physician, dealing with this office is frustrating. Dont plan on talking to a live person. Youll leave a message, they may or may not actually call you back, and when they do, hopefully you are near your phone. Otherwise, youll play phone tag all afternoon with this group as I did today. When I asked about not being able to get through, I was told that the practice gets over 400 calls a day and the only way to communicate with them is to leave a message. For everything. I see several other doctors in Newport Beach, and this is not the case with any other practice I visit!

Dr. Armstrong is very personable and good listener. He is on time, caring, and speaks to you not at you. He is a thinking guy and he talks to you about what your options are.
