If you like nails that are uneven and crusty looking then this place is for you !. Do not waste time !! Book your appointment now !! .With all jokes aside this place is a joke . This place was good prior to covid . But so many good nail techs left . Julie did my nails and they came out horrible . They had me pay my bill half was through and I left her a $10.00 tip . And $5.00 for Tiffany the pedicure tech . Julie was laughing with me and having a great time till she seen the tip I left her . Then all the sudden she was awkward and unfriendly . Rushed and did a horrible and uneven job . The gel was placed as if my nails have been done a week ago and grew out already .I was very u happy with the service and a few days later my nails started to lift and gel cracked . I called the salon in all fairness to let them know and speak to the manager / owner ( which they said are not here and to go online and write an email ). I did just that and asked for Kimberly which is the owner to get back to me and I mentioned to her how upset I was after spending $300.00 . I did not request for my money back , just for them to redo the service because it’s unfair to be charged this much for something so terrible . I drove from downtown LA because I had a good experience with them prior and wanted to celebrate an event . Well it’s been a week and I still have not received an email back . Not even “ hey , we are sorry you did not like the service “. I mentioned that if she doesn’t get back to me I will write a review . Well here it is .So Kimberly , if you are reading this .Please answer your email and address your clients concerns . The salon is not cheap and the quality should be better . Also they rush you and don’t listen to you .SAVE YOUR MONEY , do not go here . They changed . Don’t go here based on the good reviews . They were written a long time ago .

Ive only been here once, but it was a really nice salon. The tech did one of the best pedicures Ive yet to have and they were friendly, communicative, and kind. Pricey, but overall was a nice treat.

Clean space and great quality manicures! They do any design and nail service you need without hesitation and the product is fantastic. Autumn and Lucy are amazing!

Called and booked an appointment before going, yet the lady at the front desk let walk-ins go before us. We waited 25 minutes just to be seated and waited even longer for the nail technicians. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the dirty chairs and towels, which had several stains from god knows what. Definitely a case of “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”! Wouldn’t recommend at all :(

Overpriced wuth poor service! I think its best asset is its location.

Visited on May 2nd. My friend and I had appointments for two gel manicures and two pedicures. We showed up 15 mins early but our appointments were rushed anyway. We couldnt even talk to each other during our manicures because the technician sat between us. During my gel manicure I realized after the first coat that it was the wrong color and told the technician immediately so it could be remedied, I believe her name was Leyna. She argued with me that it was the right color. I asked for blue with blue sparkles and she was using black with yellow sparkles. She even told me that the color changes after three coats and I jokingly said it turns blue after three coats? and she said yes. Not wanting to argue with her further I pulled my hands away because I felt uncomfortable and she just grabbed my hand and continued painting. After three coats she told me to look and see how its the right color. I again told her it was the wrong color and she huffed and puffed and then stomped away to grab the color palette. On the palette I showed her the color that I told her I wanted and the color that she used. She laughed and said oh yea we are out of that blue color. She didnt offer to redo it with a color that I actually liked and she never gave me a hand massage that was supposed to be included with the manicure, she just told me to pay right away. I was thinking she would give me a discount since she rang me up herself but she did not. I didnt intend on leaving a tip but she was staring at me intently as I signed the receipt. I wasnt able to go back and sit with my friend while they finished up her pedicure. I felt uncomfortable and bullied by my technician, and she had every opportunity to turn it around but chose not to.Both my friend and I ended up with the wrong color, we felt rushed during our time there which sucked because it was supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable experience, and my technician was incredibly rude and borderline aggressive. Because of this TERRIBLE experience I will never be returning and I will caution everyone I know against this place.

This salon is beautiful and the technicians were friendly. My issues with this place have more to do with the manicure itself and pricing. I paid upwards of 150 for a gel builder fill and pedicure. My pedicure lasted extremely well and was well done. My manicure however started chipping and peeling within a couple of days which is pretty uncommon for gel builder with gel color. Im giving three stars because when I went back for the chipping manicure they fixed it without charge and hesitation and were friendly to do so.

My Mom and I went for manicures and pedicures. The outdoor atmosphere and decor made us feel like we were on vacation. Ha did my pedicure and Stephanie did my gel nails. I can honestly say in twenty years I have never had a more thorough and satisfied experience. Lots of patience and care instead of getting me in and out of the chair. I highly recommend!

I went a few times there and had my appointments mostly with Trish. She very first time she was very nice to me. The other times she wasn’t anymore so nice and I thought she may had a bad day or so. Then I notice she was talking to one of her co-worker who did my nails and Trish did my toes or the other way.. anyhow... they were talking in they foreign language the entire time. Wish is very rude and unprofessional if you don’t understand a word.When they were done and I had to pay I saw her reaction when I didn’t tipped well enough for her I guess. Well I’m not tipping for someone who’s rude and not professional and when they charge anyways high and the quality is not worth the money.But to Thread customers bad which are still coming back to them makes me NOT going there anymore for sure now !

I love love this place! One of my patients recommended it to me for dipped powder /SNS, I saw Julie & she did an amazing job, very detailed & constantly asked me if I liked it. She was very friendly & welcoming. You are gonna to be my Nail Lady forever Julie! Thank you for doing a beautiful job.

We walked in with my daughter and didn’t even have to wait! Beautiful clean salon, great prices and they did an amazing job on our nails! Had one of the best massages ever from June while getting my mani/pedi. And I’m very hard to please when it comes to massages. Loved it so much I back again the next week with my husband! We live in Sacramento but I’ll be returning anytime I get a chance.

Able to walk in and get a pedicure immediately. So much seating and great service. Very relaxing treatment and great color selection.

I always tip when I get my services done but due to Covid I was not going to be able to tip this one time. I decided to let the technician know in advance. I said “I have enough for the service but I will not be able to tip you at the end.” I was refused service because of it. They said “no tip, no service.” I have been loyal to this business even through the rough patch of the pandemic. I am tarnished and broken 😠 😞 that I have been refused service because I do not have enough for a tip this one ☝️ time.

This is one of those places that pours money into the “look” but lacks in everything else. Went on a Sunday with a friend for a new acrylic set. We both had appointments. We were taken back and both of our ladies argued with us about getting new sets, like they didn’t want to do it. Probably because it would take more time and they couldn’t get us out quickly to take more guests. My tech actually sliced the side of my pinky from sanding so hard. When it came time for the color I wanted black with the fairy dust glitter, the really fine powdery shimmer. Was told they only had chrome and she brought me 4 different glitter polishes. My friend new set took TWO HOURS because her tech took 45 minutes just sanding and shaping them down. They up charge for everything here. I was charged for a new set, the take off, the gel, shape, length. Totaled $70. I can get this same thing at my regular place for $45. My friend showed her tech the design she wanted then when it came to it, argued that she had to do it a different way. We both left really unhappy with the experience. Two days later her gel completely chipped off. She went back today to have them refill them with a new color and showed me a picture with the fairy dust glitter I was told they didn’t have. I recommend taking your money elsewhere, if you can. Their only concern is money, not customer service.

Its horrible experience very bad customer service ...they ruin my Sunday. JULIE and AMY were really unprofessional very rude and Julie did horrible service as well .dont look at the outside its nice place but the inside is completely opposite save your day and money and dont go there

High prices and below-average service. This place is located in the prestigious fashion island and nobody speaks English. it is a big place but theres only one toilet used by men, women, employees and customer s and it is not clean. Very unsanitary.

I got acrylic. My nails look fine just one or two were kinda lumpy from the polish. We went in without an appointment and i got helped first after 20 minutes of waiting. my friend was sitting next to me waiting to get hers don’t. they kept telling her oh you will be helped soon. but they never did. we had to leave in an hour so there was no way they could do acrylics in 45 minutes. so she had to get gel instead. i know they were busy but maybe there should be better service considering she waited for practically 35+ minutes until she got her nails done.

Bad customer. After a very bad manicure I got back to get pedicure and let them know how it was. The owner was there and I happened to talk to her. She was definitely not nice, with an attitude she said we can change the color as if I am making an excuse which I think it was quite rude! All the do is trying to charge more money and selling more products to you. I’m gonna avoids this place and make sure my friend know what happened. Ive been going there for few months because its convenient location.

Terrible customer service. Very uncomfortable cheap chairs, unsecured to the base, I almost fell out of the chair. And very poor wifi system. No offering of any kind of be beverage eitherNone of the female customers had any drinks, but offered perrier to 2 old men right after me!And on top of that it cost more money here since its in the mall!
