Always go to Diane to get my haircut/styled. She never ceases to amaze me and I always leave feeling fresh and fabulous! This salon has a wonderful atmosphere that I feel comfortable in for the duration of my stay.

BUYER BEWARE!! This salon is taking advantage of the COVID-19 crisis and price gouging clients.My usually salon has permanently closed due to the crisis so I gave Bellagio the opportunity to win my business. Since they are located within an upscale area, I anticipated a higher price for their services, $95 for root touch-up is higher then the norm. I did not anticipate to be charged $65 to blow dry my hair which is normally included with all color treatments at every salon I’ve ever been to in my life, except for Fantastic Sam’s. Yes, they charged me $160 for a root touch up. The service was poor at the very least. I had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which I arrived 10 minutes early for, the stylist led me to a coat closet grabbed a used apron from the laundry basket and told me to put it on without allowing me the privacy to remove my top. Instead she said I can go in the tiny coat closet. I wasn’t offered any water, coffee or anything to drink. The front desk receptionist was having her hair done next to me while clients waited to pay and the phones just rang. Not to mention other calamities and mishaps that occurred during my visit to this “upscale” not-so-upscale salon.The stylist covered my roots leaving a stained crown on my skin along the hairline which I had to shampoo my hair to remove. That totally defeated the basic $65 blow dry. She just blow dryed it. Nothing fancy, no waves, no curls...just a straight basic blow dry which I could do on my own. Not only was it a waste of my money, it was a waste of time and gas. You can get better service at Fantastic Sam’s.

Most Day Spas in Newport Beach dont specialize in mens treatments but Bellagio Spa knocks it out of the park every time. I recommend the Mens Sport Manicure and Pedicure and the Gentlemans Facial. Both under $100 and excellent!

Drove up to the Newport Beach branch from San Diego to receive a massage only to be informed that the spa services of this business were no longer being offered. Please update your website!

I loved my experience at Bellagio Newport Coast! The finished look for my hair was beautifully amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their hair done!

I was nervous about going due to the crabby Yelp reviews. I took a chance and saw Diane for a blonde partial highlights. I have issues with cold temperatures and gave her my lists of donts. I have never had anyone be so respectful and courteous, and she did the best highlights Ive ever had. I asked for as white as she could go, and she has delivered every time. I will never go anywhere else!

Very very disappointed ! In the last 7 months For the same work I have paid 75 usd today they charged 130 usd, after complaining they reduced at 110 usd. Last time I went there was about 28 days ago. And of course I paid 75 usd...🤐
