I have had comprehensive and thorough examinations and treatments here and would highly recommend this practice. I have had acupuncture treatments with Katrina as well as a Holistic Health consult with Trish. I would recommend both. After a long road of recovery for me with western medicine, this approach of whole body care has really excelled my healing beyond my expectations.

Incredible relief. I cant thank Katrina enough for introducing me to Holistic health within her acupuncture and cupping treatments. From a frozen shoulder and disabling lower back pains to finally feeling loose and stronger at the gym.I originally contacted Katrina a couple of weeks ago because of a history of back pain from an old sport injury. Dr Haley is intuitive, effective and takes her time to understand and treat the root cause of my symptoms. Ive turned to acupuncture for preventative health care, if I start to feel a cold coming on and she has also helped me with acute and chronic muscle pain, headaches and hormonal balance. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have done acupuncture and cupping with katrina many times. Cupping is amazing when I get back pain. It immediately relieves it. I’ve done acupuncture for baby positioning while pregnant and both babies came out in perfect position. Also did to relieve random aches and pains. Katrina always takes it easy on me with needles and my anxiety about them 😂. (They don’t hurt at all it’s in my head!!)

I started working with Dr. Haley when I was experiencing chest pain. What I thought was a lung issue was actually anxiety. Through acupuncture and cupping, she alleviated the pain; and got me off daily meds. She’s been great at explaining how the body works in order to help me help myself going forward. The Arôme kit I purchased there has been a lifesaver for me and my children through this never-ending cold season!

Shady business practice. I would not recommend. There are better options in Newport Beach.

Been going here to do acupuncture therapy a little over a year off and on due to lower back problems. I wasn’t a believer in this kind of practice, but Katrina has made me a believer. Pain is gone and when I have flare ups, I pop in and everything is back to normal. Highly recommend.

Katrina is the absolute best and has helped me more in the past month than countless doctors over 5 years. Don’t know what I would do if I hadn’t found her!
