Hello my name is Amber. I want to share my experience with this company. I started the Golo plan March 16, 2019 at 320 pounds. Today I weigh 196. Total loss of 124 pounds so far. Not only has the coaches been amazing help whenever I needed it they truly care! I am forever grateful for this company and its coaches for helping me get as far as I have. I am 42 years old and am healthiest I have ever been in my entire life!

I started using GOLO in February 2020. To date, I have lost 60 pounds. This is not a diet. It is a healthy way to eat. I plan to eat this way the rest of my life.The GOLO metabolic plan is easy to follow and the Release supplement really helps with the belly fat. I lost 10 inches from my belly. The GOLO Facebook page is wonderful. The coaches answer questions very quickly and other members truly support each other. They share recipes and there is something for everyone, whether you’re a vegetarian, meat eater, kosher, and so on.I am thankful for my healthy life! Thank you GOLO!

Since Beginning the GOLO meal plan and taking the Release supplements in August of 2020 I have released 40lbs and taken 6” off my waist! But that isn’t the end of the story. I was living with diabetes type 2 and eating all the wrong foods which kept my A1C elevated as high as 7.8! After only six months on the plan my A1C dropped to 5.6!! I attribute this to following the GOLO plan, taking the Release supplements and exercising regularly. As of today I have reached my target weight of 175. Though my weight may vary from 175 to 180 lbs I continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My coach Jamie has supported me throughout the plan with encouraging words and a great sense of humor! I have been using the GOLO program for a few years and it is by far the best program I have ever followed! I refuse to call it a DIEt because it isnt... I will follow this program for life! Clean, whole foods, no packaged junk or shakes. My whole family eats what I cook because the food is simple, healthy and delicious. My doctors approve of the Release supplement and are pleased to see my cholesterol numbers down and my A1C in control. GOLO has helped me avoid becoming a Type 2 diabetic and kept me off statins. I sleep better, have more energy and just overall feel great. If you are looking for a change to rigid deprivation DIEts, or days full of shakes and pre packaged frozen foods, this is the plan for you. And, no auto ship, so youre in control!

Golo definitely changed my life . May 1 of 2020 I was so down on myself needed to loose weight and change and I have tried so many programs but golo was different and I noticed myself feeling better and loosing weight. I lost over 100 pounds and feel amazing and I owe it all to golo! All the administration and golo support group they are all so inspirational and encouraging beyond words!! Myself and my daughter took GoLo what it did do was crave my appetite but it dried my skin up badly. The inching and my hands peel

Product may work, I do not know. Trying to deal with customer service is akin to trying to reason with an irate Klingon while speaking Vulcan. I told then 4 times they were calling me by the wrong name to no avail. I have never encountered so many low intelligent people in one location at the same time in my life.

Totally misleading called 8 times for a refund never spoke to a real person. Not successful at all

I would give it zero stars if that was an option! I have been taking this product for just over two months. I have stuck to the instructions perfectly. However, I have not lost one pound. I understand that not all plans work on all peoples. Just wanted to share that Ive followed this companies instructions to the letter and it didnt work for me. I now have a full bottle of GOLO that I can do nothing with. Highly disappointed that this didnt work after all the great reviews.

Awful scam. I bought the 3 month supply. Followed instructions / plan to the letter. Sorry customer service . My health is not important to these scammers. Complete jerks. 2020 worst of the worst!

They dont even have the decency to respond to you after an interview to let you know whether or not you got the job. seems like a shady company to me. I wouldnt recommend them. try other diet products!!!

I ordered 3 bottles, a 3 month supply of Golo and I started taking 3 pills a day on February 18th 2017. I will finish my 3rd bottle in a couple a days. I really wanted this product to work for me and I was faithful at taking it, plus I walk 5 days a week 40 - 45 minutes. This product did nothing for me, no weight loss, no loss of inches, nothing.

Teaches you to eat and live fresh and healthy for life. And their supplement “release “ cured 90% of my stomach issues. I feel much better after taking it with each meal. No more cramps or lethargy or other issues cleared up. Along for that it was worth doing Golo. So much support at their site and at their face book group. Full of great people who does not judge even if you fell of the wagon. They are always try to lift you back up. It’s afordable no gimmicks not traps of auto order. You buy when you want to how you want to and how much you want to. This company’s transparency is unmatched in my opinion.

GOLO Release, AKA Magnesium, no really, its magnesium. Just thought you should know before you buy. I got the bottle in my bathroom. It really is magnesium and a few other things.

Ive been on GOLO LIFESTYLE for 3+ months and have lost 30lbs. I love the fact that this program teaches you how to eat a balanced meal in eat Wholesome foods thanks to golo now I get excited to eat brussel sprouts when I use to get excited if I got to eat a burger LOL thanks golo for helping me to get back on track

I have to admit I was skeptical when I first learned about GOLO. But I was also desperate and looking for something to address insulin resistance and wanted to find a program that my husband and I could do together. The Golo program has been developed with people like myself in mind. Some of the areas I needed help -poor eating habits, poor food selection, and lack of imagination when it comes to planning a meal. Golo is based on the concept of moderating your insulin levels and teaching you ways to eat the proper foods in the proper proportions.Some of the other diet options out there want you to buy their food, their shakes, their what ever... $$$$Golo gives you free of charge a realistic meal plan, which you can change once you get the hang of it. They provide recipes in reasonable sizes, you wont go hungry! Best of all the recipes are fresh, healthy and great tasting!The Golo store has six items in it -- Most important is the Starter kit and the Release supplement. They dont try to sell you a bunch of useless stuff like the other diet companies try to do. In fact my grocery bill has gone down since adopting the new lifestyle.They offer coaching for those that need it and a great Facebook community to teach and encourage each other.My advise - You have nothing to lose but the inches around your waist and youll gain the confidence of having done it!
