I’ve been coming to this doctor for years and they have always manage to have the rudest people at the front desk. You say good morning they don’t even acknowledge you.

I’ve been attending this office since January of this year and after my experience over the phone on Tuesday with the staff and then with the doctor yesterday I certainly will not be going back to this office they have no respect whatsoever for patients not to mention the doctor I would never ever recommend anyone to this office even if this was last resort to save there life…😡😡😡😡

This place is terrible. The wait is incredibly uncalled for considering there are 3 APN’s there to to provide care. Last week I went there waited for 1hour before I got called by the Ma and another 30 minutes before my son was seen. And to think I have a 8am appointment. After all this I walked to the front desk to confirm my afternoon appointment for my daughter. Due to them having a 1 child at a time policy I book another appointment for a later time in that day. While confirming that appointment. They now inform me it wasn’t even booked. Upset still willing to give them another chance. I booked a appointment for today agin the same way one earlier appointment son 8:15 AM and one noon appointment for my daughter I get there 10 mins late so I knew the wait was going to be long but the not that long I do the same thing as last time a confirmed my afternoon appointment. This time to one that made the appointment is the one that I was confirming with can you believe she had the nerves to do the same thing and not even book the appointment. I have always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to them being in my family for years but I will now brake that chain and never return.

FIRST THING FIRST THE WAIT IS A COMPLETE LIE! YOULL BE THERE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS . MY APPOINTMENT WAS 9 AM ITS AFTER 11AM AND IM STILL HERE WAITING ON THE DOCOTOR PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE LIKE I HAVE !!!!! ZERO STARS

Terrible experience doctor rude staff incompetent wait is to long to be appointment only

The doctors are great.the problem is the one that answers the phone, when you call always putting you on hold and never come back to you,so how do you make appointment when they are so RUDE

I’ve been a patient at this office since the 80’s.But over the past few years the customer service is horrible & I will never ever step foot back in there. Jahyra is very rude and disrespectful to the patients. (Hoodrat mentality)The office manager is even worse. I will never refer them to anyone & would love to see this hole in the wall patched up. Meaning close it down if the community is being treated like worthless animals. I advise anyone who’s seeking medical attention to go to an urgent care & choose your PCP wisely.

I been going to this doctors office by over 20 years if you go for medical center its good. But GyN not my choice.

Worst experience ever. Rude employees. Arrived at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment. Wasnt seen until 12pm. We werent told that it was cash only until we were called to be seen. Who doesnt accept credit cards for copay payment in 2017? If this was the only doctors office left on earth, I wouldnt come back because of the terrible service.
