Was there almost 6 hours for a rinse retwist n style. Paid almost $200. Style lasted a week. It was beautiful just a Lil disappointed bc I expected my style to hold up more than a few days. But color is nice.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop and the way things are handled there. Only issue I have is when I got my starter locs done BLACK GEL was used on my hair, I have never used that in my hair. Also, the stylist who did my starter locs made my parts in the back of my head larger than I wanted and the parts in the front of my head small (the size I wanted). Butttt because the customer service here is so great I’d still recommend them , I should have spoken up. They’re professional, clean and caring. If I’m back in jersey I’ll go back and give them a second chance for sure.

I had staff member 3. I got my hair retwisted and a style done. She did a great job. Everyone loves it.

Bambi did my hair is beautiful her hands is a YES for me.. My sister also got her hair done and i have never seen it retwisted so nicely.. Really talented crew.. My only complaint was time management appt was at 11 we didnt leave until 9 30pm.. I know 2 to 3 hours out my day but a whole work shift... Thanks gawd for those hands those.. We be back with a better concept of how things run now.. I recommend

$1200 for locks extension and they are falling out. Is known to give one price and then change it. Not worth the money. Will look nice when you are leaving, but doesnt hold up

I traveled 1 1/2 hours yesterday and It was WORTH EVERY BIT OF THE COMMUTE. I AM HIGHLY OVERLY SUPER SATISFIED WITH ALL OF EXPLOSIVE STYLES!!! MY DETOX SHAMPOO... DEEP CONDITION AND STYLE WAS DONE WITH KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL haands.. Not ONE stylist Is ADread HOWEVER THEY ARE ALL Lockticians. I am a Forst Time and LIFETME Customer... Every customer who walked out Had theirs Hair laxed... I am HONESTLY HAPPY THAT I TOOK THE RECOMMENDATION from a coworker who I complimented her hair and Im glad that I wasnt afraid to travel. Because I believe in Quality Service regardless of what the Service and when it comes to my hair and personal grooming I Will go to Asia if Necessary!! Dont waste Your Time or Your Money.... Just another money grabbing establishment. My love extensions are a mess. Looks good when you are leaving, but after a few weeks when you take the style down, you realize its not done properly. Very overpriced.

Deafly not a bad place to get your 🤩hair😎 done👍 but $100 for a four-year-old Kid mohawk Wash/twist 🙃🥴🤦🏾‍♂️ But my son Do look nice 🤗😊☺️

Been coming here for some years now. I love it. The environment, the women are funny, friendly, and knows what theyre doing with hair. I dont go no place else.

Great atmosphere, the prices are a bit above average but you get exactly what you pay for. They have specials on certain days im not sure but be sure to check them out if you want your locs in a better healthy state.

I came today from out of state and was running late because of work and the staff that was present were very understanding and kind. And although I did not get the staff I requested because of my tardiness I still was very happy with my loc maintenance appointment and definitely left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. I definitely will be returning I think my hair has a new home

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. This happened over the three day period it took to complete my hair:1. I went for a consultation and we agreed on a stylist that would install my loc extension. (Day one) When I arrived I was told that the person is available just stepped out for a short moment, 30 minutes after they told me the person is out of town. I agree to go with a different stylist and she asked me to start installing the locs the following day.2. (Day 2) My appointment was at 5:30am, and the shop remained closed until 6:40 am. There I was waiting in the cold, no call to reschedule, nothing.3. I showed them a picture of how I want my hair to look, the owner gave me a price, half way through they told me to pay now at a higher price (said she didn’t include everything).4. We came to a price agreement and after I paid they did not complete the job.5. Their attitude felt like I asked them to do my hair for free. They treated me with such disrespect. There was no apology for all I went through. Nothing.

10 months agoI went here for starter locs. The stylist that did my hair didnt know what she was doing. My hair was stiff and I had so much build up, that I spent the first week beating it all out of my hair, not to mention my parts were crooked and the stylist left me under the dryer to run an errand. I was charged an arm and a leg for messed up starter loc that I ended up combing out after a few months. Dont waste your money or risk your hair going here, go to Strandz in Maplewood instead. They charge half the price and do amazing work, not to mention they are professional.

Tia was great and very professional. She did a great job on my hair and styled my fiancées hair beautifully.

My husband had is locs done there... Loved it...and we will be RETURNING!!!
