This location of Cabela’s is my favorite destination for any kind of outdoor activities! Their collection of hunting, fishing or any outdoor activities are superb! Staff are friendly and helpful whenever I needed any help or if I have a question someone is always there to help! Parking was never a problem even if it was the busiest time of the season! The entire store so nicely decorated one can spend hours watching to the fish in the aquarium or roam around the store! Amazingly beautiful!

I just love walking around this place. I am like a kid in a candy store. I could spend hours in here just looking at all the products. One of my favorite departments is the cooking department. Man they have girls, meat grinders, meat slicers, packaging for me, smokers, dehydrators, all types of different kinds of grills, all kinds of cooking devices, and much more. It’s amazing how much product the store has and also how much more is online. You just can’t go wrong going to the store.

Never been here before, and they were running low on what we really came for, however, it was like being outside with nature! They have a massive fish tank and the life size REAL stuffed animals (see photos) look like they were going to move at any moment! Children will love it here... felt like a museum with fishing rods and Columbia gear!! 😅😅 I enjoyed this store more without buying anything!!

Went in to find jackets for the kids. Had a great selection and fair prices. The women who helped my wife find shorts for our daughter were very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our selection before we purchased them. My girls loved the aquarium in the back as well as all of the stuffed and mounted animals around the store. They also offer all licenses for hunting and fishing

OMG this was my first visit! It is an amazing store. The fish tanks and displays are awesome! I saw a nice firearm and Mr. Jack, an army veteran, gave me tons of information on ammunition and other firearm tips!

First time at this store/chain. It was a fun time. Every isle had a surprise or something cool to check out. Give yourself plenty of time if you go, youll want to check out everything! Employees are super nice and have knowledge on the products in their area as well. Enjoy!

Fri. Oct.15 21 6:00 pmI was told by the two ladies ( customer service agents) at the front door that RV parking was not allowed.I was then told to go to Elkton, the problem is there is not a Cabelas there. I dont understand why they were so misleading. Not a good look for a beautiful store.

Always good service and products, but bonus points for free, overnight camping. Highway noise becomes white noise, 24 hour security and clean. Do them a solid, and buy something before you leave and leave it better than you found it.

My sister’s family and I visited Cabela’s at Christiana Mall after over an hour-long drive specifically because my brother-in-law needed several Wacky Rigger lures for an upcoming family vacation. While the store had two lures on the shelf, this was not a sufficient number for him, so he inquired with the sales representative if they had more in the store. Indeed, they did. How grand! Unfortunately, this sales associate was not interested in going into the storeroom to find the lures. So my brother-in law inquired with two more additional sales representatives if they would kindly look in the storeroom for the necessary lures. These two additional associates also were not inclined to look in the back room for these lures.Here’s the major issue resulting from the lazy associates’ disinterest in assisting this one customer:He IS the client base of Cabela’s, as are all of his family and friends. Now that we know that Cabela’s sales team is not actually interested in the customer service aspect of their jobs as sales representatives, we will look to alternative sources for our hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and camping gear. Furthermore, we will no longer recommend to our colleagues, friends, extended family, and students and their parents (yes, some of us are teachers) Cabela’s as a viable source of supplies for upcoming hunting/fishing seasons or camping/hiking excursions.In short, the lack of customer service for ONE customer from three associates has resulted in the loss of HUNDREDS of potential customers.Congratulations.

Cabelas is an awesome store and I feel lucky to have one in my area. the people that work there are usually older and retired very knowledgeable very respectful. Ive only had one bad experience in the store and that was when I was told Bass pro Shop took it over and due to that they stopped their lifetime warranty on any name brand cabela boots. since that day I have never purchased another pair of boots from them. the quality of the boots are still excellent. the experience of being in the store due to the attention that Cabelas puts in to their stores with the atmosphere in the fish tanks THE FREAKING MAN CAVE. its just an experience unlike any other store. stop in, you will not be disappointed. I bet you cant go in there without buying something. I can never do it. any store that has a section called the man cave!!! how can you not stop in. lol should be a five-star review but its only going to be a four star due to the reneging of the lifetime warranty on their boots.

Wife and kids accepted as well! Large fish tank, mountain of animals,, and ponds with fish make a nice chillout spot in between shopping areas. Love this store basically my life all under 1 roof found some $10 kick cargo shorts🔥🔥 picked up some ammo a lot of ranges/stores have no ammo there’s always a bargain or a deal on wheels …. Last month online I found a pair of boots on sale for $59.99 went to the store they were priced $110 showed customer service they honored it 🔥🔥 Love this place💙💙

Good, convenient location, especially if one is coming from Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Generally speaking, I believe the prices were better before the merger with Bass Pro Shops. I feel like its on the pricier side now. Good, but not as great as it once was.

Clean store, friendly staff who is knowledgeable and willing to help, or get a staff member who has knowledge on what you need. I dont have the time to mention all they have to offer, just check them out! The large fish tank is cool too!

Very clean and organized outdoor store. They had a special promo going on for travel destinations it’s extremely cheap and you have a 1 year redemption period. And I found out they’re the same as a bass pro shop if you’re familiar to a bass pro you’ll get the exact same experience there.

Gun department is extremely slow. Expect at least an hour wait to even talk to a sales representative.Went in this evening knowing exactly what I wanted and waited over an hr to speak to someone at the gun dept. Finally some old man in his 80s called my name. He was so out of it I could barely understand him. He also couldnt keep his head up and was constantly looking at the floor. I showed him what I wanted, it took him multiple tries to open gun case. Then he brought wrong gun from the back room. After explaining again, he walked back toward the room but proceeded to help other guests, leaving me to fend for myself. He also left a new gun in box sitting unattended in plain sight.After speaking to a manager, I was able to finally complete my transaction with 2 other very knowdgable gentlemen.Cabelas, please stop hiring 80 yr old elderly people who cannot perform their job!

Truly an amazing store. I was blown away with how big it was and all the merchandise they have. The fish tank in the back with the waterfall is awesome. There is every possible item for outdoor activities you can think of. The taxidermy animals all over the place was also a shock. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the only places left with reloading supplies. Inventory is a bit sparse, but its better than nothing. Nice store overall. Excellent collection of taxidermy and a really neat aquarium. Very cool place to take kids.

Nice place. Was just expecting more as far as tree stands and blinds. We went few a few items and walked out without or a different version of what we were expecting to buy.

Love Cabelas and Bass pro shops. Not only are there products fantastic and the customer service is awesome, but its about the only place you can go where there are virtually no leftist liberals. The first experience I had on 7/16 was good the cashier asked me if I found everything I needed and was nice. The second experience on 7/17 was not so good. I’m a novice at guns so I picked up 9 mm gun tips thinking I was getting full bullets. I thought I was getting a steal buying 250 bullets for $31. The cashier did not ask if I found everything ok or if I knew what I picked up were only tips. They had no actual 9 mm bullets. I will not be returning to this store.

Archery guy is an old rude guy that won’t help anyone trying to find a good beginner bow. The rest of the staff all seemed nice and very helpful.Since I was in there to potentially spend $1k in archery gear for me and my wife though I have to knock off on this rating. The archery attendant is a negative 3 star rating at best. The rest of the team and the selection is probably 4-5 stars easily.After some research online and from bow hunter friends, my wife and I wanted to see the Bear RTH Legit and also see if there was a Cabella’s brand, Blackout, equivalent.We found the guy and the first question was if there was a blackout equivalent and he seemed very confused and said that blackout was made by Bear. That is true and why we were asking. Getting the “off brand” blackout should save some money over the name brand Bear.He didn’t seem at all knowledgeable about why we wanted the legit specifically. In a nutshell it’s a bow meant for beginners that is very adjustable in a larger range than most other bows.We tried to explain why we wanted the legit, that they did have, and he grumpily said they were all adjustable “If we’d only read the tags”. By now I was getting a bit upset with his attitude so I played stupid and asked him to show me. He showed the legit was adjustable from 10-70lbs and then went to the next bow in his moment of triumph to show me it was adjustable from 55-70lbs. Since that wasn’t even close to the same he went to the next that was 40-60lbs. “Well they’re all adjustable to some extent” was his only reply.I just turned to my wife and told her we’d go to the archery shop nearer us that had a working indoor range and people that knew the brands better and we left without spending anything.Either the guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about at all and shouldn’t be back there, or he doesn’t like novices looking to get into the sport that don’t know everything about every bow and he probably shouldn’t be back there.

Big stores with plenty of hunting and fishing EQUIPMENT. Had a great time looking for things for fishing trip in the spring.

Huge store with tons of stuff for camping, fishing, hunting, and a ton of flannels and Carhartts. They’ve also got a lot of zany little gifts, candles, toys, a big fudge bar, and a wacky mountain of taxidermy animals. Oh and also a big fish tank for inspiration.

My go to place for all my saltwater fishing needs, plus camping supplies looks good there too.

My First visit to a Cabela’s! All the sales associates were very kind and helpful - not pushy but genuinely helpful. Jim in Events was super kind, gave us some samples of dehydrated foods and took us back to a sneak peak at Santa’s place. Loved seeing the animals, dog friendly environment is a plus and the fish were fun to watch. Not to mention the food in the cafe looked and smelled amazing! We’ll definitely return to grab some next time.

I always have a great experience here!! Went in for fathers day stuff was able to find what I was looking for.. staff is always friendly and nice!! My 3 littles love seeing the fish and turtles.. along with the turkey, bears, deer, etc.

Overall, I like shopping at Cabelas.I had a recent experience that wasnt so pleasant ordering online though. Spoke to a representative regarding trailer wheels and tires. They appeared to be silver painted wheels, but the description didnt specify. The representative wasnt sure, so she had to consult with a product expert. She got back on the phone with me and stated that they were galvanized, so I ordered them. They come in and they are silver painted. I lost a week of wait time and the time and gas to run up there for nothing. Wasnt happy.They need to specify on a product that could have multiple options as far as construction.

This is a smaller scale store; but, it does carry a wide variety of of outdoor supplies, clothing, shoes / boots, hunting, fishing and camping gear.The store is laid out nicely and you can easily navigate the store to find what you are looking for. The store is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful.I prefer the store in PA as they have a larger selection plus they have boats. Still this is a great store.

While I was directed to the correct department on arrival, no one was around to help me in that department. I had picked out an item, but I couldnt carry the display item to a counter. I would prefer it boxed anyway. Waited 15 minutes, no help. Another customer was also waiting for same thing. They lost 2 sales that day!

No crowds. Helpful employees and lots of merchandise on the shelves. Alot of merchandise marked down from last years inventory. (Non-advertised) in-store specials.

Went in to pick up a roof cargo carrier as soon as they opened Saturday morning, and the staff coordinated to check the back of the store, told me where to drive around back and got me on my way efficiently. It was my first time using ship-to-store with Cabelas and visiting this location, and with this experience Id do it again.

Not as big as the one in Pa nore the one in Richmond but still very nice.

The well themed interior makes shopping feel like an experience! The beef jerky samples were delicious!

We just love Cabelas and Bass Pro. Just not the Bass Pro in Arundel Mills. The casino next door ruined parking. Plus the crime that casinos attract is very evident.

Not entirely about cabelas but about blue-green vacations inside of it. Your sales people are so entirely pushy and beyond annoying. If its too good to be true it is. I did research on the company and its a complete scam. Cabelas - disappointing you let von artists be in your store and be affiliated.

Great store for all your hunting, fishing & camping supplies, plus boats and ATVs products. Good sales and clearance items if you keep your eye out. Fabulous shoe department with various styles. Last visit was were for Sperry but they didnt have any on shelves, shocking but still found good deals on other stuff. Friendly and helpful customer service. Quick check out.

This past Saturday my daughter stopped by cabala’s to see if they had a gun I was looking for in stock. When she was up there she told the employee at the gun counter that I was looking to purchase a gun that they had in stock. I drove an hour to the store to purchase the gun. Once I got there and showed my license and proof of my name I was denied the chance to purchase a fire arms from their store. They told me my driver’s license was not a legal document and that my court letter wasn’t legal even though it has a stamp from the court. They told me I needed a document saying that the judge who signed my document was a real judge and not just signed by anyone (even though the document had the state seal stamped on it) they keep asking me if I had my birth certificate or passport to identify myself even though I had my license and a letter from the courts. I was previously told by a cabala’s employee that once I purchased with them I would be given a free gun box of my choice since now I have tried to purchase with them at least 4 times but of course that wasn’t mentioned. I even said just let me run my application and if there is any issues I’ll call and get it take care of but no Brian and Corey kept refusing to help me and I know it’s because I’m black that they had an issue because previously I was able to run my application but I had things that needed to be taken care of so not that I’ve fixed it they are trying their hardest to limit people who can purchase affordable guns. Then I called corporate and as I was telling the rep about what happened she hung up on me. They pick and chose who they want to assist and who they allow to purchase a firearm. I went to another gun shop and I had no issue getting my firearm. They need to really do something to better the way they treat people of color. Things need to be corrected if your black and they refuse to help you don’t give up keep trying because they are picking what documented are legal documents and what is “good enough”.

Good selection of pretty much anything outdoor related. Other than preserved food, which has shrunk drastically in selection. We like going to browse camping gear and look at the fish and the taxidermy animals.

Okay for anyone within an 1hr drive. Closest cabelas to me, is 2hrs, either Delaware or PA. The one on rt78 in PA blows this store out of the water

Always a pleasure to shop here! Great place to visit with children as well. Crystal Cave and Hawk Mountain are local to this area and are highly recommended places to visit.

Love this Cabelas. Great location but can get very very busy on weekends. Gun variety is limited to popular models and due to the ammunition frenzy stock is often low. Needs a better discount section.

Not sure how this place survives with the high prices. Nothing is a good deal. There is vast inventory and plenty of cool stuff.

Typical shelves being bare since covid 19 ..still recovering I guess. But no bullets or reloading supplies to speak of for sale. Of the gun selection and inventory still down.

First time at the Delaware store, its nice, but the Hamburg Pa store is nicer. But that doesnt take away from the store its is still a very nice store.

I Believe there called Lagerhead turtles. But they have a awesome aquarium there. Really makes you want to spend a ton on fishing gear and spend the day on the lake or bay.

Cabelas is a great store, but the fact that they wont sell particular Firearms to customers in New Jersey because of clip sizes is Off the Wall ridiculous, and management needs to do something about that if they want to continue to have these customers from New Jersey

The customer service at this particular location is outstanding. They helped me, and went out of their way. Cant speak for every Cabelas, but this one has some good employees.

I go in walking around to buy items like normal and see there is ammo. So I get in line and wait for 40 minutes. Finally we get to the front of the line and they announce,”If you don’t have a number you need to get out of line and get one”. I’ll never buy from this place again. That’s not customer service especially to people who shop here frequently.

Website does not update in real time and when I ordered an item and it was approved and set the next day I was told sorry out of stock. So with this site you have to wait to see if you even get the item which is unacceptable with the technology other sites use which will give a number of items left.

Went in to pick up some fishing supplies that I need and talked to Frank in the fishing department for a long time. Very knowledgeable individual. Then I met David the store manager. Really nice and helpful people.
