From beginning to end, (including my actual vaccination!) my entire process was smooth. My travel nurse was super informative, detailed, and patient. She thoroughly explained everything and was very gentle. I felt very confident in my trip and being protected during my travel. I would absolutely recommend Passport Health NYC to everyone and certainly return!

I went to the passport help in midtown on 6th Avenue American Avenue 1001.. the nurse could not wait to get me out of the office she said she just have time to do yellow fever ,if I want anything more I have to make appointment again, she just put me in a chair beside the wall and give me the injections, she dont even wash her hands... she do not wear gloves... I dont even see nursing license on the wall are anywhere insider the office, and I was asking a question about the yellow fever vaccine she look like she do not want to answer me . looking at me like its time for me to stop asking her question... Then she said I have to pay her $305 for the vaccine....before I go that they tell me the constellation and the vaccine cause that amount but I did not get no constellation she just put me in the chair and give me the injection...I hope is the right injection she gave to me because she told me the yellow fever vaccine is not in America the one that she gave me come from France... So I pray to God. Is the yellow fever vaccine ..and it good for me🙏

Passport health was wonderful, on time, and took the time to explain all the shots I needed to get for an upcoming trip. They even had a booklet prepared for me with important numbers and info I would need. I would definitely recommend them.

A little un-orthodox for me. The RN just sort of claimed she was an RN after I asked. I didn’t see any plaques or displays of her degree or license like in traditional offices (not that she was required to, maybe her personal preference.) The shots are not administered in a patient room. Just in an administration office in a regular chair pulled against the wall. There is no hand washing sink, no OSHA Hazard Waste Box for used needles. I actually probably should of triple looked to make sure she was using a new needle. Also the nurse didn’t seem to know any information about the vaccine she was giving me, where it came from, the difference between the Stamaril substitute or knowledge that there was even a YF vax shortage in USA. She didn’t even wash her hands before she started to touch me.Just a little unusual to someone if you’re not use to that environmental setting at a medical facility.

Convenient, helpful, provided all the information I needed as well as shots, prescriptions etc. One thing to note is that they do not take insurance so you pay out of pocket.

I visited the 1001 Avenue Of The Americas location as I will be traveling to Africa and needed shots.  The person who saw me told me I can only get pill prescriptions and they DO NOT give shots. So I have to visit another travel clinic to get the shots. I wasted my time and had to pay $85 for the office visit.
