I stumbled upon this place googling tattoo laser removal and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made! My tattoo is fading nicely after only ONE session and there’s hardly any pain! The store’s owner, Red, is the epitome of professional with excellent quality laser removal equipment. He takes the time to explain how it works and how to care for it. I have over a dozen tattoos and I’ve never been more comfortable in a tattoo parlor then here! Definitely recommend!

I just got my nostril and cartilage pierced by Serge! It was almost painless, and he was super quick! He sanitized the areas thoroughly, and made sure I liked the placement before he pierced me. 10/10 will come again in a few months for my navel piercing.

Got my septum pierced last night by Spencer and I am so happy with the decision. He took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. The actual piercing was done very quickly and nearly painless. He also took the time to answer questions about an old piercing. Would recommend!

I went to Redink yesterday. The whole experience was very easy from making the appointment to being done. I first started coming to Red Ink last year for some of their flash tattoos and kept coming back for custom ones. 7 out of 8 of my tattoos have been done in this shop and they are all beautifully done. My husband and I were in NYC this weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary. We decided Saturday morning to get tattoos while in town. I found Redink Tattoo online and used their “text us” feature from their website. They were very responsive and were able to take us that night. We are super happy with how they turned out. Spencer is the best, they know their stuff and all the staff give you plenty of time to decide what you want. I will go back to get mine colored after it heals, and get a custom tattoo. I went to their tattoo event where they give the flash tattoos, the price you see is the price you get with the exception of coloring or resizing.

I went here during one of their Flash Tattoo events and I got myself a lovely little mushroom and a trans symbol on each of my arms. My artist, Frankie, was super cool and fun to talk to and I am very excited to keep coming here for tattoos in the future! I would high recommend them.

I went for the Flash event on Saturday! The wait was honestly not bad considering the volume of clients they take on the flash days, and I couldn’t be happier with my piece. Everything about this place was awesome from the building itself, to the cool art on the walls, to the staff themselves. I absolutely loved everyone there and they were all so nice and cool and encouraging. They were hyping my tattoo idea up at all times lol. My tattoo artist, Mike was unbelievable. I can’t stop staring at the tattoo that he did for me. Everything about it is so precise and detailed and awesome. Mikes vibe in general was also just great and I can tell it’s the same for the whole staff by the way I saw them interact with me and other people too. Besides all that, the studio is very clean and tidy and I will definitely be coming back here for a second tattoo or a piercing if I want one. Thank you red ink!

Got my tattoo by Michael on Saturday for their comic con deal. Not only did he make the tattoo even better from the original drawing but it looks fantastic. This is the best tattoo I have so far and so glad I went to Redink!!

Booked online for any artist. Ended up being booked with Red. It did not indicate that his minimum was $200 when we were automatically assigned to him. We were not informed of that until we arrived. They could have called to let us know. We were able to get in with another artist for a lower price. It doesnt say anywhere on the website that a guest would not be allowed in the client. This was my sons first tattoo at 18 years old. I absolutely expected to be able to go in with him. I overheard Red speaking with another artist about issues she was having. He was very rude to her. The artist that did my sons tattoo also seemed unhappy. I would not recommend this establishment.

Spencer is an amazing tattoo artist. My girlfriend and I got matching tattoos for our anniversary and he was very calm and helpful for my girlfriend who was clearly very anxious about getting her first tattoo - and on her ribs! I would highly recommend using Spencer in the future given his attention to detail in making the two tattoos align and his professionalism in dealing with a first-timer.

I recently got a tattoo and piercing from Red Ink Tattoo and couldnt be happier with the results! I walked in without an appointment and was seen with no issues and pretty quickly! Went to get a tattoo and wasn’t given the chance to fully listen to by the artist. It was his way or no way! In my years of being tatted and as a customer I would appreciated being treated like a paying customer! Will not being doing business here looking for a more suitable fit to the customers needs rather than the artists way only!Update:After having some time to see this being seen online. I mainly addressed that the customer wasn’t considered in this discussion. You refer to a sheet but we came in for a quote as stated at the time of visit and even in my comment. Please allow my criticism to help grow your business because your customers aren’t $$$ and this comes from someone who worked retail and has helped kick start 2 small black owned business after my 6 years in serving this country. So the regular guys can have a voice both here at “home” and domestic! Have a blessed day and keep growing as a person!

Mike is great esp. for blackwork tattoos. This was the first tat I’ve ever gotten and he made the process smooth and fun and walked me through every step. He’s such a great guy with great positive energy and I highly recommend him! He’s a pro. I love my tat. This is a great tattoo shop and well priced for the quality.

Had second lobe piercings done - Spencer was friendly and the piercings did not even hurt. We were walk-ins but were helped very quickly and the studio is very clean. Very pleasant experience!

Went on one of the special flash sale days it was really busy but if you are on a budget i went in got a small (1x1in) tattoo for $20. My friend got two more detailed ones for $70. Waited 2 hours but they have a fine waiting area and you can also wait outside.

Me and my friends came for an impromptu piercing day and they had a sale going on so we said why not. They were so fast and I barely felt anything with my piercing! They’re nice too!

I came in with my best friend for a tattoo and we both requested these tiny red hearts about the size of a dime. Very simple, not sure how you can mess it up. the guy who did my tattoo didnt really give me any time to look at my tattoo and approve of it as he quickly wrapped it up - however, through the plastic wrap it looked fine and I figured its a tiny red heart, theres no way you can mess this up. BTW this was a $100 piece.The tattoo has completely healed and Im pretty disappointed in the results. this is my 11th tattoo so I know i did everything right in terms of after care, all my other tattoos are healed perfectly. I really do regret not asking the artist for a better look after he already put the plastic wrap on me. I feel like the artist cared more about rushing through this tiny heart than he did about the quality of the service. Im not from New York so now I need to get this touched up at a different shop and spend even more money on something that should have just been done right the first time.. extremely frustrating experience.

Went to a flash event (where you pick from a set list of tattoo designs with a set price) and had a great experience. I wasnt sure if they had availability for walkups for the event and used the text us function on their website and they got back to me immediately with an affirmative, so that was really nice. Once it was my turn, they got me in the chair with Mike and he made efficient, precise work of an excellent tat on my shoulder. The team was great even with the stress of lots of clients today. Im really happy with this place and will definitely be back for more flash events and/or custom pieces as well.

The stencils/drawings don’t do the final product justice. I walked in to get a tattoo with no appointment and the service was great from start to finish. My first time was during a flash sale (the smaller three) and I got one done. (Ako did them) I was so satisfied that I came back later with my friend. The next flash sale and I waited to get this beautiful butterfly piece done with Mike and I absolutely will be coming back for more tattoos as I continue to cover my arm in adorable designs. This place offered me perfect service with best tattoo ever. I got it from Chris, I strongly recommend this guy. He is a great tattoo artist, deals with customers really kindly. Even though his day was off, he came to work on me and gave me a great tattoo on my chest.

Asked them if I can get piercings on the phone and they said okay. When I got there, I told them that I wanted to get piercings and they let me in and I waited. Then when I got upstairs, they said they didn’t do piercings today. So I waited and drove all the way there just for them to say they don’t do piercings…that’s just terrible service. I don’t understand why they couldn’t do piercings that day.

My boyfriend and I went on a whim last night and decided to get tattoos. We called them fairly late and they let us come in right away. Spencer was the one who did our tattoos, and not only was he friendly but also super professional. Would totally recommend them to anyone, and will be back for future art.

After texting the shop back and forth and trying to figure out what to do about my schedule, I finally had my very first tattoo yesterday. My idea was a little cliche, but its the tat I wanted to memorialize my partner. My tattoo artist was Spencer. He patiently listened to my idea, helped me reach decisions on some of the details, drew up a great picture and gave me exactly the tattoo I wanted. I was worried about my ability to sit through it, but Spencer made it easy, and actually faster than I expected. I guess thats what happens when youre dealing with a pro. I had a great experience at the shop all around, and this tattoo is helping me cope with my grief. Please note, the only reason I am not posting the tat, is because of its private nature, but you can always see the artists portfolios on their website.

I’ve came here for 3 tattoos and 1 piercing, and the service is efficient and excellent. It’s straightforward, what you want is what you get. The staff is really social and accommodating, they’re very easy to speak to and I think that’s what made my experience more smooth sailing. If you happen to go here during a flash sale, ask them about their app and the rewards system they have. Their social media’s are always up to date and contacting them is very easy. You can get listed prices for certain designs and some tattoo inspiration on their Instagram. I recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are getting a tattoo for the first time!
