The trainers at physical equilibrium are amazing! They are very precise and have gotten me through multiple orthopedic issues over the years. My strength has increased and they are continuously challenging me and helping me become stronger and leaner.

I took a pilates class from Jesse and he was really great, it was like having a personal trainer in my home through zoom.He gave modifications to the exercises if they were too challenging for me and he explained and showed me how to do the exercises properly so I could maximize my workout.

Everyone there is pretty cool except for one trainer who was a pro body builder and was promoting veganism. He was disdainful of anyone who was not in perfect shape and was always late. He acted as if he was doing me a favor even though I was paying him. His group exercise classes were a joke because he had no personality and was as stiff as a board when he moved. I cant mention his name but I think the PE staff will know to whom Im referring. Thankfully he no longer works for PE.

I hate working out. I took a 7:30am Pilates class here with Cherry the instructor and it kicked my ass and made me feel so great the rest of the day. I havent gone back yet but I check out the schedule all the time. The staff was all so nice. I saw a few people working out with personal trainers - seems like a really safe and nurturing place. I didnt feel uncomfortable or judged like I do when I go to some other fancy gyms like this one. Seems like a group of people who care about their bodies, and who have fun. Oh oh also SUPER nice changing and shower facilities! Free yoga mats (dont have to rent). Also the studio was small and they said they dont ever let the classes feel crowded so I liked that too. I will definitely go back.

I am very happy to recommend Physical Equilibrium and to share my experience of joy and relief after the classes I attended, I m very close to the due date in my pregnancy and i could never imagine that my body was able to do so many exercise , feeling powerful and in shape as my weight has not change, it has felt healthy and magical.i am very thankful to Julia the personal trainer I worked out with and to Sara who is very experienced as a trainer and as a mom so that she could lead me and explain a lot about my physical changes.both teachers have the necessary grit and enthusiasm to inspire and stimulate in order to feel pleasure with really little effort in every movement..thank you

I have been taking Meditation for Profesionals with Daniela and it has been a wonderful experience, it is super relaxing and amazing class, exactly what I need in the middle of my crazy busy week, this class is perfect to balance my mind and body. Daniela is great instructor, she is very knowledgeable and has a great energy. I totally recommend it!

I took a Pilates mat class with Jesse, and it was one of the best workouts Ive been to in a while. Not too rushed, but not too slow — an intense workout that still doesnt leave you feeling burnt out. The facility is also really well kept and pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have joined the meditation class with Daniela Mattos-Turcinov few times and was AMAZING. Working full time on a very demanding job sometimes is difficult to find that little time to be in the moment and re-charge to continue moving on and I managed to get that joining the lunch time class. I will definitely be back for more!

Sara Dimmick and team at Physical Equilibrium are AMAZING! I ran my first marathon this past November in NYC. I had a very aggressive time goal and I am in my 40s - I wanted to accomplish my goal without getting injured. I was referred to Sara at Physical Equilibrium by another one of their clients. She became my marathon coach through the entire process.I worked with Sara over the many months of my training. I had an online schedule tailored just for me which included running plans, weights, cross training exercises. I met Sara in person monthly (at my choice) for adjustments in weights (form adjustment, etc). She was available through comments on Training Peaks (our training plan software) as well as via text, email and phone.Mid-training I developed Planters Fasciitis. (Total bummer!) Sara immediately referred me to a medical specialist for review/insert and a PT group for ongoing assistance. I also had digestive issues at the start, where I was able to utilize Sarah Currie, another trainer at Physical Equilibrium, for nutrition advice. After months or work and training, I was able to not only accomplish my time goal (a sub-4 hour marathon!) but to also achieved this goal without injury. It was amazing!!Sara, Sarah and their resources are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They work with all types of athletes - from the extremely competitive to the novice - with professionalism and care.I could not be more happy with my performance on the marathon, but I know I could not have achieved my goal without Sara and Physical Equilibrium. I highly recommend!

When I realized I had taken over 180 classpass classes, was training with a trainer, and running on my own time seeing little results, sustained an injury, on top of a childhood injury that resulted in tendonitis still pursiing daily bootcamp classes in which did not have teachers who were aware of proper injury modifications, I knew it was time for a change! I was determined to find something that was better suited for me and my fitness routine! I searched diligently for a gym or trainer looking for something so specific you would think it didnt exist. I hoped to find a trainer that was educated in post-rehab, experienced in running and run coaching, personal treatment plans for weight training and just an all around support without all of the glam. Just REAL strengthening, real changes, real knowledge and real people! Sara and Sarah have created something truly amazing! I am pleased to have crossed paths with them and Physical Equilibrium. I genuinely believe they have changed my life, considering I can not only walk with out pain but I can RUN and just ran my first HALF with the support and motivation of Sara! In addition, the space is AWESOME! Clean, new and welcoming. They offer supportive and safe classes including yoga, pilates and bootcamp classes! :)If you are looking for results, good people, and overall support in whatever goals you hope to accomplish, Physical Equilibrium is your place! See you there!
