Sent me a machine with no manual & the wrong hose. I called & they sent the right hose then come to find out there is a piece missing from the back of the humidifier where the hose connects. They only ship via ‘pony express…’ Still waiting for the missing piece. $878 and I’ve had the machine for over 2 weeks and still can’t use it. NO PURCHASES EVER AGAIN!!! Buyer beware!

At first I feared that this was not a legit company and I was scammed. We will see if I receive my product. Please find another source for medical supplies especially if it is an emergency or you need it by a certain date. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Delivered incorrect product and asked customer to provide proof that incorrect product was sent. Correct product reflected on site was not even available. Vendor never offered an apology for their error and customer’s inconvenience, nor made any effort to rectify the situation. They just provided credit for purchase price once product was returned to them.

Philips Respironics gel pads for nose protection was ordered and different type sent. It was a Liquicell but not the original thicker filled pads. When used, nose broke out in a sore. They would not return money just said I should get hold of Philips. At over $36 for 30 they could do better.

They handled my complaint really well and even though I wasnt able to return my items (for health reasons), I was still able to get a good deal on my new order.😎😃🤣

Ordered 2 small bottles of distilled water to be used in a cpap machine on a 7 day cruise. Received confirmation of delivery several days later but was unfortunately sent to someone in Michigan and not my address in Florida. Contacted Help Medical Supplies staff and was told new shipment would arrive before cruise date. No package, no delivery, no distilled water for the cruise. No customer service either. Would recommend never to do business with this company.

My fiance ordered a C-Pap mask. He accidentally ordered the wrong size and requested to exchange it for a different size. He was told that he could as long as he sent it back in the same condition that it arrived. He sent it back the exact way he received it. He received an email stating that the package was opened and that he had to pay them to ship it back to him. why would he want something that he could not use? I would never recommend this company to anyone. We will be contacting our bank in the morning to get his refund as well as contacting the attorney General about this companys scams.

Answered all my questions and even did my credit application for me over the phone because I was driving when talking to her and couldn’t do it my self.
