After countless visits to numerous dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, Salzer is the only expert to identify the root source of my issues. She is treating both my cause and my problem! Additionally, Salzer is an expert of the airway. Dr. Salzer is by far the best orthodontist in New York City. She is kind and caring and smart. I was very impressed by her treatment plans for all three of my children. She has also treated my husband and myself with the same level of care. She is always available to answer questions. Under her care, our treatment has always been finished on or ahead of schedule. All her explanations are extremely clear. The kids and adults all absolutely love her. My youngest child is finishing up treatment soon and we will be very sad not to see Dr. Salzer as often. Also her office is state-of-the-art and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. I just cannot say enough good things about dr. Salzer and her practice. Dr. Salzer is hands down the best ortho in NYC or the US. She listened to what I wanted, a beauty queen smile and I got it. I wanted a wide arch, I was annoying I brought in pictures, I dictated my treatment at points and she was patient and gave me results. Wow, we love this woman! First she fixed my sons overbite and made his smile amazing. There is NO better orthodontist than Dr Salzer ! She is attentive, BRILLIANT and patiently answers every one of my million questions. I’m on week 18 of Invisalign treatment with her and the difference is really something exciting . Awesome Orthodontic office!! Dr. Salzer is brilliant and I should know. I have know her for 25 years and not only is she a beautiful human being inside and out, being a general dentist myself I know amazing dentistry when I see it. I bring my 3 children to her and I don’t even look at what she is doing because I completely trust her amazing esthetic eye as well her her orthodontic expertise for the health and function of my kids teeth. She’s obviously amazing at the straightforward ortho cases but I refer any and all complicated ortho cases to her only. Do yourself a favor and get to this office if you need braces, not all orthodontists are created equal. 😁

I was a patient of Drs. Lemchen and Salzer and could not be happier with my results. Now, I’m the mom of three patients. Drs. Lemchen and Salzer are treating so much more than just straightening their teeth. They are looking at things like growth and airway- I had no idea that these could effected the facial development and health of my kids. Amazing! With Dr. Salzer’s vast knowledge on facial development and being a mom herself, I knew my kids were getting the best possible care. One of my boys was particularly nervous about beginning his palate expander. I was blown away how calm he was during his visit. Both doctors have a such a calm bed side manner. They explained everything to my son before beginning. Their vast experience and knowledge just made the procedure go smoothly and quickly. The hygienist working chair side was an equally calming influence. Their office is cutting edge! Their staff could not be more knowledgeable or kinder. They are simply the best!
