Honest high quality service that does not cost and arm and a leg. I had my invisalign done here and dr lien took the time to explain everything to me, Im curious by nature but he was patient to explain the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Thomas Lien, an amazing Orthodontists, made me feel comfortable and not afraid of anything. He was extremely welcoming and very good at what he does. My son and I had a great experience here (adults sometimes need braces too)! Dr. Lien was extremely patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions....kids have a lot of questions. He made us feel comfortable during every check up and adjustment and explained what was happening and what we should expect. He was great with my son and very attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Dr. Lien for kids or adults!

Dr. Lien was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He answered every question I had about getting braces as an adult, as it can be quite daunting. The staff were friendly as well and made sure that I felt comfortable. This office truly made me feel like home - from the decor, to the staff and the doctor. Never having had braces when I was a kid, I decided to fix one pretty badly turned tooth as an adult. I made sure to do my research because pricing and treatment plans really can vary between providers. I ended up choosing Dr. Lien at House of Orthodontia due to his experience and competitive pricing.I used to work in Midtown East and wanted to find an Ortho close to work, but after 2/3 consultations around my office, I decided to explore an Orthodontist near my apartment in East Village. Thats how I found Dr. Liens office. Hes prices were ~$2000 cheaper than the orthos around Midtown East, with flexible hours till 7pm and hours on Saturdays so I dont have to take off time for the regular 3-5 weeks appointments during treatment. Dr. Lien has not only treat children but also treat a good number of adult patients.Dr. Lien has many years of experience doing braces and invisalign. When I was trying to decide between the two, he helped me better understand the benefits/annoyances of each. His staff are also very friendly and professional. I can always get my questions answer via the phone or email. The office is also spacious and clean with up to date equipments.I finished my treatment within the estimated amount of time Dr. Lien quoted me. Towards the end he was patient in making minor adjustments to make sure I was happy with the end result. The cost of retainers were included in my quote as well as future follow up appointments as he continues to monitor me and make sure my teeth are not shifting.

Today, finally my braces off, it took 21 months (because of Covid-19), I really appreciate Dr.Thomas Lien, He is an experts. He did it very well step by step from the beginning to the end. I also wanna thank all of workers who helped me, especially Chompoo and Faith. If you want smile well 😉, this is the right place to go! Its so clean and warm.
