I have only had two other eye exams in my 60 years, so I was nervous about strange things blowing at my eyes, and touching them, and holding them open while bright lights seemed to burn them as if looking at the sun. The nurse, Irish, was very understanding and helped talk me through it. Once the doctor inderstood too, he explained what he was doing and gave me moments to get accustomed to the instruments and sensations. I left with a positive feeling about learning and about the humanity of the people there. I give them a five based on that,

Nurse Irish and Dr. Tran we’re amazing and great with my daughter who is was terrified of the eye doctors and now is ever ready. I appreciate the professionalism and candor that they provided. This office is the first I’ve been to that specialized in childrens eye care and I was amazed. Thank you for your patients and understanding. 15/10 stars.

Very pleased with this practice. First, the wait was not long. My exam was very thorough & eventhough they did a lot of tests, the appt didnt take long. Every staff member from reception to the doctors was kind and professional. The office is nice and clean, very modern. They were also very hygienic, wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and the office.

Dr. Tran and Irish are so friendly and very professional. Again Irish my mom says “ Thank you so much “

I showed up a bit before my appointment time and there was no wait, the offices were pristine & COVID safe, the staff were polite and friendly, and Dr. Tran gave a me a very professional and personable evaluation. Very great service. Office was so clean and spacious. The waiting room was also very big. Front desk check in was very easy and fast. The medical assistant performed all the exams needed on me before doc came to see me. She was awesome and very nice. Took about 40 mins to see doc because he was only optometrist in the office. He did explain to me how long the wait will be so I wasn’t upset or anything. He was very informative and helpful and explained things very well. I will be back soon! Thanks for the great service

I would be wary of this clinic. The doctors and staff were phenomenal and as many others have reviewed- very attentive and thorough. What issues I am currently having and continually having is through their administrative end and more so their call center service.The first appointment went well, I was asked to return. I was given a call to set up my next appoint- where the person on the phone had made for 8am. I had a flight to catch later that same day so the earlier the better. As it turns out- the office does not open until 9am and I realized this only the day before the appointment. I tried calling but my call was outsourced and there was no way of directly getting in touch with the office to double check my appointment and to change the time. I got there the next day at my appointed time at 8am- no one was there. If youve ever been late for a flight, you would understand the stress that this placed me under.I called while waiting outside, my calls kept getting outsourced to the call center. I waited around for an hour and then was let in, now running late. This appointment was necessary due to the possible medication I would need to be taking with me. Thankfully I was able to be expediated through the appointment thanks to the staff at the site.I then get a call later that day from the call center informing me that I had missed my appointment...I had decided at that point that I would no longer want to go to this office due to this external service and what hinted at mismanagement.As time went on, further proof that I had made the right choice became prominent. The next three months I get various calls from this call center, trying to set up appointments that I had already refused and even after I had asked to be placed on the no-call list. At one point, I received medication without any explanation from the doctor about a month after I had stopped going into this practice. I called (and of course am greeted by the call center people) and then they proceed to provide medical consultation based on my medication and records (!). I asked them if they were a doctor, they said they were not, so legally they cannot advise me even if my medical records indicated that I was receiving them. Why does someone that works at a call center have access to my medical records? I received three more calls even after I had asked to be placed on the do not call list.I understand that being a person in a call center can be dehumanizing work. I am not faulting the people trying to do their job but I am much more suspicious of the medical administrative office of this site that had employed a call center without proper training- it simply screams lazy and based on my experience potentially illegal mismanagement of my information.Now, I am receiving medical bills I had already paid 5 months prior through an emailed bill they had sent me through Instamed. The constant thread of mismanagement continues.

I was worried about visiting a medical clinic, since COVID numbers are rising again, but my worry was unfounded. The clinic was extremely clean, everyone was wearing a mask, and the waiting room was huge, so there was plenty of space between visitors. This was the cleanest, newest facility Ive visited in a long time.My wait time was no more than 20 minutes. I was given a thorough eye exam, and the doctor took her time throughout the consultation.Note: The doctors travel between locations and I live much closer to the one in Jackson Heights, but Ill probably return to this one anyway. Its definitely worth the extra travel time.Five stars and highly recommended!

The service here is great and I would recommend this location to any and everyone that would ask me about getting their eyes checked. Jose Adino is an access to the clinic he personality and willingness to help the patient is unfonded in todays work place.
