Terrific clean office. Friendly staff. The office looks like a cozy living room. The seats are very comfortable. There is a relaxation effect when you sit there. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. I will visit them again. She is a good doctor and the staff is knowledgeable. My problems were gone by the next day. What an awesome doctor and assistant.

Ms TCI recognize your face and you were at the Clinic same day I was there. You were screaming at everyone including the doctor and the staff and they were very calm and good to you. You are a sad pathetic person indeed. Go somewhere else and get your medical care stop rail rolling people into your miserable life. I was wondering if you were on something that day. Dr. A went above and beyond helping me navigate through a significant health scare. I trust her implicitly and would recommend her to anyone (and have)! The only drawback is wait time; but I arrive early and read until I’m called. I highly recommend Dr. A!

She is very professional and takes good care of her patients. She looks through her patience results and the staff calls the patients to inform them wether is positive or negative, many doctors offices dont do this, even if they are supposed to. I like her professionalism

Dr. Anyichie is very knowledgeable and caring. Wait time can be a little long in the Inwood office but then I always get her full attention. Shes helped me navigate through two issues in the 8 years that Ive been her patient. She looks at the full picture, not just the symptoms. I highly recommend her. The office staff is very caring as well, theyve always helped me navigate my prescriptions and insurance.

Awesome place, I have been to all her offices and I received the best care. Ty C I don’t believe you. Dr actually told me to avoid surgery and when I insisted she sent me to second opinion. She does surgery if it is the best option or only option. I still don’t believe you Ty C. There are procedures she doesn’t do in the office because she likes people to receive adequate pain management. If you want office procedures she will send you somewhere. I don’t know which insurance will tell patients they’ve or need surgery if the doctor didn’t request authorization which is usually after Patient agrees to the procedure. Please Ty C your comment can be seen as Defamatory if proven to be false. Be careful how you defame people.

Ty C: I don’t know who you are but I definitely know that you are a bitter person and perhaps you have other serious issues. Hence continue with your bitterness . The group actually turns or sends people away to other places for surgery because they have a lot of patients and they are good. 2NP’s one MD. They did my surgery and they explained everything to me and even advised me to take my records to somewhere else if I like. They also said I can get second opinion which I did and after that I did surgery with them and my outcome was great better than I expected.

If I can give a zero I would. Terrible terrible terrible service from the older woman at front desk. She needs to get fired. She’s like a body guard for no reason. Avoid this place. Horrible customer service.

Terrible staff, she doesnt remember patients. Caused more stress than anything. Set unrealistic expectations for procedures. Assistant (hispanic woman, tanned complexion and heavy accent) advised me if I want her to be professional I need to respect her; all because I was following up to schedule a procedure and she somehow felt disrespected when I asked when the doc would be in that day. She also mentioned how my diagnosis isnt her problem or fault. This is the worst place to go in NYC. Youre better off going anywhere else!Update- this office scheduled me for full surgery in a hospital when it was completely unnecessary. No call to or from me, instead my ins company called me to advise me of my scheduled SURGERY! this place needs to be shut down.
