The doctor was very nice and thats what matters to me

Dr. Agrawal is an excellent obgyn! She is gentle, compassionate, and keeps up with the latest research. The office is clean but old-looking. Regardless, she is a wonderful doctor and that’s all I care about.

My favorite GYN that I’ve ever had. Dr. Agrawal is kind, honest, takes the time to explain and answer questions, and is very knowledgeable in her field. I’ve also had some procedures with her and she is gentle, and talks you through the entire process.

Dr. Agarwal is extremely kind, proactive, responsive, intelligent, and helpful. I’m grateful to have Dr. Agarwals care while navigating some unexpected health issues. Never had an issue with the front desk staff at the practice.

My first time at this practice and it will be my last. The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. The exam room was hot small and dirty.The tech that brought me to the room was nice but her mds coat was dirty. The doctors was ok.Needless to say I will never go back ago.

Dr. Agrawal is very nice and professional. However, the front desk staff are unprofessional and dont seem to understand insurance policies. Most insurances dont charge copay for annual gyn exam and this is the first office that tried to charge me. Im never coming back.

Edit to review: The front desk staff seems to have been replaced and much improved, so I’m adding a star. Original review below:Dr Agarwal herself is great!! Very kind, professional, thorough, puts you at ease, takes the time to talk to you. However, her desk staff are horrible. I was berated on the phone by Epy, after she cut me off in the midst of explaining my billing problem. I couldnt get two words in, she kept talking at and over me in a raised voice, so I said excuse me to get her to stop. Her response? A very snarky excuse YOUUUUU. I had to hang up while she went on because she wouldnt stop. Completely crazy, unprofessional and unacceptable for a desk staff at a doctors office to YELL at patients. My previous interactions with desk staff were not warm and fuzzy, but this was a whole new level.

Front desk staff is terrible. I made an appointment earlier in the week and called to follow up on it and make a change to it and was told that my name wasn’t even in the system. Front desk needs to be replaced.

Dr is very nice but I also agree the girls at the front desk are unprofessional and should be replaced.
