The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was taken back extremely quickly (for ultrasound imaging, I know there were also regular doctors seeing patients so I cant comment on their wait time). Ultrasound tech was very sweet and talked through the entire process about what they were doing and looking for and why. The doctor called with results within 10-15 minutes and was also extremely kind and answered all my questions. So happy about my experience here and looking forward to coming back for my next one.

Michelle who performed my sono was excellent. She was patient and explained everything as she went along and really put my nerves to rest. Dr Fox as always was amazing!

First time mom during a pandemic has been a bit stressful, but Carnegie Hill Imagining has been extremely efficient and handled with great care. I am in-and-out quickly, with only 1 or 2 other women in the waiting area at a time. For the past 2 visits, theyve allowed my support person (husband) to come in with me. He waits outside the building until they call me in, which is usually a matter of minutes. Our technicians have all been extremely warm, friendly, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Carnegie Hill. The office is clean and welcoming, and I really appreciated the hot water, tea, and crackers that are available. My ultrasound went great, and I received several print outs. The technician took her time explaining what we were looking at, and describing the procedure. Baby at first was not cooperating, but after several tries, we captured what we were looking for. Everyone was incredibly nice. Will be returning for further testing in 4 weeks.

Everything about Carnegie Hill Imaging was above and beyond, from scheduling on the phone to the receptionists to the ultra sound tech and doctors. They are kind, considerate, and knowledgable.

Such an amazing experience!!! The technician was excited with every little move our baby made it almost seemed like as if this is the first time she is experiencing this... she was amazingly friendly and very experienced! She also went out of her way to make sure we see our babys face even if the baby was trying to hide behind her hands.We look forward to our next visit!

Always a pleasant experience at Carnegie Hill Imaging (I attend the 90th and Madison location). The front desk staff, the technicians, and the doctors are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. They take very good care of their patients (and it is never too long of a wait!).

I am 28 wks pregnant and I been to Carnegie Hall a few times already. Every time I go with my partner it has been a pleasant experience. The front desk are professional and polite. The technicians are great at what they do, very considerate and are always willing to answer any questions I have during my sonograms. The Doctors are awesome too, great bed side manners.. I have no complaints at all. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Cant wait for my next visit.

I had a positive experience at Carnegie Hill even though I was super nervous. The front desk staff was very attentive. My husband and I had a meeting with the genetic counselor and she was very knowledgeable and through in her presentation. I had a procedure performed by Dr. Monteagudo. She was amazing! I’ve had this procedure performed before and I highly recommend her. The sonographer was very good and sweet. I highly recommend Carnegie Hill Imaging for Women.

Drs are the best, worked with them for years, ended up with them for pregnancy. Of course if youre the best, everyone wants you, so when you come, be prepared to wait. Office staff can be a bit short, but overall respectful and helpful when you need them. Would recommend

My experience of Carnegie has been mixed. The doctors and services provided have been a five star top notch experience. However, its been hard not to let this experience be clouded by continuous issues with their billing department, which is horrible. The most recent example is that I received four text messages the day before my FIRST appointment with my second child saying I was grossly overdue for payment and my case was being sent to collections. No one ever followed up to explain that this was a technical glitch and to disregard/apologize. I had similar problems and spoke with rude staff on countless different occasions in the billing office during my first pregnancy two years ago. Its too bad as its hard to separate these negative experiences from the positive face-to-face medical care you receive during this important time.

I love this practice. They are always professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. I completely trust each provider and look forward to my visits. Highly recommend!!

Worst Experience: By the way, this is my first review ever- so you can imagine how I felt.I was seen by HASSIE which she was the most cold individual I have ever met in my life. Didn’t say more than 4 words ( that’s after I asked questions) so imagine if we didn’t ask anything) the entire 45 minute scan. When I asked her to explain a little bit to my husband and I she said “ well I have to take 80-100 images and if I don’t see what’s required you’ll have to come back so I’m saving you from another trip)”. She couldn’t do 2 things at once - speak and scan. I asked my husband who is in the healthcare field to explain things to me and he did. She never once spoke or felt bad I had no idea what was going on. My husband took a day off from a very busy practice, we got a nanny for 1st born and were so excited to have this scan/spend the day together but she really ruined it all for us. She kept asking me to switch sides and I told her numerous times I have back pain on my right side. She never lent out a hand for help or support. On top of that, she couldn’t see what she needed to and also had to do a transvaginal ultrasound. No bedside manner or personality...Extremely frustrated and disheartened I had such a terrible experience when I was looking forward to this scan. I have another child and the first scan I had done 2 years ago was amazing. It’s sad I couldn’t have that experience all over again. Doctors are nice but please save yourself and DO NOT VISIT HASSIE. She literally ruined my day, I barely got any pictures from her. Maybe 5 so I had to spend an extra $25 to buy the remaining good ones. Wish I could have gotten another scan with someone who spoke, showed some empathy, and skill. I’m assuming she doesn’t have a child of her own or I wouldn’t think someone would act the way she did.Staff and front desk are super nice.

Unprofessional and beyond frustrating staff !I had a consultation with Dr. Rebarber some time ago and at the time he convinced me that if I was lucky to get pregnant again he would see my high risk pregnancy through. He seemed pretty amazing and after my first nightmare pregnancy at the Columbia Presbyterian, Dr. Rebarber was probably a main reason I decided to try again for another baby.Now 8 weeks pregnant I had called twice trying to schedule an appointment and was told that he is rarely available and I would have to schedule an appointment with Carnegie Imaging and then schedule a consultation with any doctor in order to become a patient and establish care. I didnt think it was a big deal and agreed.Fast forward -24 hours before the appointment I get a text message that I need to bring a payment of $2850 in order to keep my appointment.Knowing that Carnegie Imaging and Dr. Rebarber participates with my insurance, I call back and ask why would they assume that none of it covered? Spoke to the supervisor who tells me that I need to schedule Meet an great instead of consultation.I agree and it seems to be resolved and my copay is down to $350 but CASH ONLY? I question it but agree and hang up although surprised that it is CASH ONLY. 5 minutes later my phone rings and they change their story saying I will be allowed to pay by credit card or a check. I thank for clarification and hang up. 5 minutes later the phone rings again and I am informed that my imaging cannot be done together with the Meet and Great because I need a referral. I tell them my insurance is PPO and I do not need a referral for my insurance.Then I am told that it has nothing to do with my insurance but it is their system that wont let them schedule ultrasound for a new patient without a referral. I explain that am not a totally new patient and maybe there is a way to override it? The girl says that the system wont let her and at that point I realized that if all this is in any way an indication of the quality of my future prenatal care , maybe I am better off some place else?I rarely write reviews and being a medical professional myself, prefer not to ever say anything bad about my colleagues.However this series of interaction with Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates and Carnegie Imaging left me beyond frustrated and I hope since that they seem to care about their online presence, it will give them something to think about.Off to Cornell I go for my next appointment - it took Cornell 5 minutes to schedule my visit and verify my information and insurance.Still disappointing I wont be under the care of the doctor I really hoped for, but I feel that the staff at this practice would make my pregnancy beyond stressful and I should just go some place else.

The people in this place were very nice. From The frontdesk to the sonographers to the doctor, they were all very nice. The sonographer was an expert, I think this is why people are being sent here. The only thing I didn’t like was the very long week from the train, this coming from a 36 weeks pregnant lol
