After a few months of dealing with this agency for my moms care, they still couldnt get it together. The coordinator didnt see to care to get someone compatible for my mom, who has dementia. Had a bunch of aides coming.. Causing mom to be agitated. Leaving!

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. My mother couldn’t not have been more upset every day a new face. No one responds. Tell you someone is coming and they never show and then keep telling you they are looking into it and don’t call you back. Never using them again and cannot recommend.

This agency provided adequate care for me for six weeks. However, after paying them $28,000 out of pocket, they refuse to give me a mandatory coded invoice in order for me to be reimbursed by my insurance. Privatus has their money, my insurance is willing to reimburse me, and yet Privatus has refused for a year to provide me with the required paperwork. I have referred this matter to the NY Attorney General.

My mother was under 24h hospice care with Privatus in nyc. I was quoted and billed for the service $4700.00 for 7 days. I cancelled service 3 days prior to service termination date as required, now have been billed another $3682.00. Best part the doltish personal cannot come up with a reason or a justifiable explanation. Dont use this company.......Rebuttal to your reply Mr.Owner its today Sep 27 @ 2005L as yet there had been no Credit applied... please explain that one..???

Do not entrust them with your loved ones care. They never sent an intake nurse to do a plan of care or provided a log of the 60 hours their employees spent with my gravely ill father. Transferred me around from person to person who all made excuses then stopped responding to my emails and calls. But had no problem billing me. I would give them zero stars if I could, but google does not allow that.

Company claims to be a tight-knit family but not true at all. If youre searching for employee first culture, this is not the organization to join...just ask their employees.

Don’t waist your time they don’t have any jobs. If you don’t have a job yet go and apply and do the orientation your will get pay for 4 hrs . Some of these agencies need to be shut down because the keep taking people social security for nothing . I REPEAT DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME

I agree with Alix Do not use this company or anyone from this facility. I had a horrible experience with the aides and nurses that were sent to care for my gravely-ill wife on Hospice care. Each and every nurse and aide came with little experience handling a brain tumor cancer patient. This company had no problem billing me for services even after I spoke with the director of this business requesting compensation for services that were not delivered.
