I have been suffering chronic migraines, at no ease for years now. Ive tried many remedies and had given up. Marina saw me and we talked about new options, and so far Ive felt great. I got a monthly (preventative) injection and will follow up in 2 weeks. She really listened to me and my concerns, and was very well informed. I recommend a visit!

I really liked this place very friendly staff, I had to go to different neurologist before I went here they couldn’t help me but, this place helped me in first sessions. They have excellent service on the front desk with making follow up appointments or something different. I’ve never had this kind of experience in other medical offices. They really helped me with my pains.EXCELLENT JOB, THANK YOU 🙏

The earlier you go before your appointment, the quicker they can get you in. When I came 30 minutes early for an 11am appointment, I was out by 11:30am. Friendly staff. They were able to help me in the first session, they had some testing at their facility. They were very helpful in scheduling and making follow up appointments.

I am so happy I found CNC! Booking an appointment was seamless, waiting time was minimal, and the actual appointment couldnt have gone better. The staff was very friendly! My doctor listened to all of my concerns and helped me get a new migraine treatment plan in place. I felt heard and cared for, which are two things that are hard to find in headache/migraine management sometimes.

I was so glad to have made the appointment for my neurologic impairment. The young ladies at the front desk are superb! The nurse practitioner was on point from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend anyone with any neurologic concerns give CNC a play.

Wonderful doctors & nurses. I’m so glad I found this place I used to go every month to a hospital with terrible headache. Now they cure me . I take a medications to prevent migraines also I have Botox in my head that works very well. It’s be a long time I don’t have my migraines anymoore.

I have very severe migraine headaches, and any kind of medication can help me. Also, I have had muscle pain on the left shoulder since 2015. I see two doctors in this facility, Dr. Dargah-Zada, Dr. Larisa and Dr. Ana-Maria. They are very intelligent and nice to patients. After seeing them I don’t have any muscle pain and any headaches at all. Furthermore, I get infusions there. The medical assistant is the best. She does infusions with zero pain, and she is very kind.The technicians Hyson and Klodiana are the best. Moreover, the supervisor Arleen is very professional and patient. She is extremely nice to patients. Every time when I go there I feel some kind of positive energy and this energy lasts for the whole day. I love this office!!! I recommend 100%

I’ve never had an experience at a medical office as amazing as here. The office itself is very well taken care of. The staff is absolutely wonderful, starting from the front desk, who gave a very warm welcome as soon as I walked into the office. The supervisor was very attentive and more than happy to help with all the questions I had regarding my insurance. The doctor is extremely professional and has listened to every concern I had, and has properly addressed them. And the medical assistant was very kind. I genuinely can’t wait to go back there for my follow up visit, knowing I’ll be given the best care there is.

At first I though this was a good office and didn’t think they will turn out to be unprofessional at this point I have been trying to call over a month and no one answers I called to check why they haven’t started the prior authorization for my botox. I called my Insurance and they said they never initiated one and even if I had one that was authorized many months ago from another provider it shouldn’t be a issue. I feel that the people in this office are very lazy. The supervisor should do better. I guess they don’t understand when a person has chronic migraines and is in pain they don’t care about you here. I will have to go to a different facility that won’t ignore your needs. Don’t go here there always placing the calls on hold.

Dr. Larissa is great. I don’t recommend any other doctor for your neurological concerns. Hands down.

I had a horrible experience at this neurologist. Anamaria Sabournin was the neurologist that saw me. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before being taken in. Once in the exam room Dr. Sabournin did not introduce herself to me and immediately started asking me questions straight from the computer without trying to find out how I felt or what was wrong. She was extremely rude and did not listen to anything I told her. At the end of the appointment after barely listening she attempted to prescribe me several medications that I did not want. The next day she called me trying to convince me to come back to the practice and practically bribing me with Botox injections for my migraines. DO NOT go to this practice!

First they gave me an appointment and when I showed up in the office, they told me the appointment was cancelled, because doctor was not there. They had two(2) different phone # and they didnt let us know before we missed a day of work. I requested to reschedule it and the receptionist said the latest appointment she has available was a 2pm. Supposely doctor leave at 2.30 Since they did not give me other option I have to take that.The day of the appointment I was there 1.50 and at 2.30 doctor received a visit and left to eat. At 3.00 I have to ask how long more i have to wait. Ending see doctor 3.30 left office 4pmI dont understand why they was unable to give me an appointment at 3 or later from the beginning.Very disorganized and they dont care about your time.

Arleen treated me as family as if she knew my issues personally. From intake to actually seeing the specialist, she was able to subdue my nerves and help me ease the already palpable tension I had. Although this was my first time visiting I felt at home with her warmth compassion care and attention. It felt as if a sibling was helping me the entire time, bless her beautiful heart and her smile I will forever be grateful for her customer service

The staff for both Pain management and Neurology are the worst! I saw Dr. Nigar Dargah-Zada and she was useless. My first visit, she couldn;t even get the pharmacy correct. Sent meds over 10 blocks away and didnt bother fixing it. Then she recommended me to the Pain Specialist on the same floor and the front desk lady took my insurance and ID and made an appointment. NOT even 30 mins later she called stating DR is not taking new patients. I asked if there is another place they can recommend, she said of course not since I am not their patient. I dont understand how these people there can be working as professionals.The waiting area is nasty too. There was a bug on the wall and they didnt even care. IF anyone needs a neurologist or Pain specialist, STAY AWAY from this place!!!

This office is not reliable on returning phone calls. Dr Hoang is irresponsible! Ordering CT and MRI for yourself? Good luck! Keep reminding him and his office will keep you on hold for hours. Dont risk your health, when you cant even trust them with money... Every time I was there I paid $40 co-pay, but when I checked my insurance claims it said $25. I asked Complete Neurological Care for explanation over a month ago buy they ignored me.

DO NOT GO!!! I have been receiving care from Complete Neurological for many years. I have been going longer than most staff has been working there. The care for patients has gone downhill. They are so disorganized in the back office. Every single month there is a constant problem with them doing the proper paperwork. They tell me call Ingrid, she never answers, her supervisor never answers. You leave messages, they do not call back. Today I was on the phone with my insurance company, whom called on my behalf and NO OFFICE, nor the central office answered! They do not care about patients. They care only about getting patients money. Dr Hoang is TERRIBLE. He is rude, rushes your appt, doesnt listen and is condescending. His reviews on Zocdoc are fleeting as well. Most long time patients complain about him. If you werent his assigned patient or if you have certain insurances that arent PPO, he doesnt want to see you, and makes it very clear. I have been waiting for one of my nerve medications since Larissa wrote my script supposed to be filled on Sept. 2nd, today is OCT 22nd!!!!!!!!!! Still no script.. She had to send another script because the back office didnt do their jobs as usual, and it expired. Here we are almost two months later, and I had no migraine medicine, nor nerve medication. I am dealing with severe nerve damage and chronic migraines. All I need is them to do their jobs. They dont. Then when you call. They are rude. Especially the team of ppl that do prior authorizations. My insurance company has reps that are astonished by their lack of professionalism. I have pleaded, been nice, and had to yell, to get them to do the paperwork. Yet its still WRONG! First my Botox, then my Lyrica, now my migraine meds. Its disgusting. They call and leave me messages and say its done and corrected. I showed up to my pharmacy, wrong. Smh. As if dealing with pains and migraines arent enough, now dealing with them makes my pains worse. They basically lie. Why are they even paid. I miss Dr. Patel and Jurcovich. I only kept going bc the front desk girls SPECIFICALLY MICHELLE!!!!!!!!!!! The new assistant that does the drips is awesome (dont want to misspell his name) and so is Arlene from 55th. Why are the front desk workers and aides better than the doctors and managers?! Its insulting, disgusting, and discriminating, to say the least. After a DECADE of care, I am switching doctors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a 0 or negative stars review I would. I am reporting them individually to the Boards of Professionals which deals with paraprofessionals in the medical field, who arent doctors. They should be fired! Since they are not NY State can deal with them.

I started seeing Dr. Edgar back in September and she was very thorough in trying to diagnose what was going on with me. The first thing she did was put together natural ways to help with my symptoms and hopefully resolve my problems altogether. Then she had me take various tests to get more detail. After everything was said and done weve come to a plan of action, most of which is natural and not a prescription based drug solution. What more can I ask for? Also the staff is extremely nice and helpful!

Such a smooth office! Sandra at the front desk is absolutely amazing and such a sweetheart. Walked me through what may be covered by my insurance and what’s not. The medical assistant was on top of her game too! She didn’t have to stick me more than once, explained what was going on and what was about to happen as she did what she needed to do. I really appreciated how less nerve wrecking they made the process for me. Love them!

My first appointment had a wait because of staff training. But the doctors are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I went from not functioning because of my migraines to feeling 110%.The infusion technicians are FABULOUS. It makes coming multiple times a week pleasurable instead of depressing.

Great doctors office. Currently treating my migraines with one of the doctors here, Dr. hoang (sorry if I misspelled it). He’s great. My visits with the him are fairly quick and to the point. Julie always greets me with a smile and helps to quickly schedule my Magnesium treatments as I am always in a rush to get to my next errand of the day. My treatment usually last approx 20 min and Genesis is always there to get it going quickly as well. I hate that I always have to be in and out of there due to a busy schedule But I love the fact that the staff understands and accommodates me accordingly. Even when I call in same day no matter who happens to pick up the phone they still manage to squeeze me in even if I give them short notice.

I appreciate the professional and courteous service, I was called almost immediately after filling out my form. The doctors are quite efficient, and I was even able to do my testing same day. The office is so clean and the staff is so nice!! Will definitely recommend!

Im new to the city and came in for migraines, and the staff was great! The girls at the front desk Sandra and Julie were so welcoming and friendly! Genesis the medical assistant was very sweet and I was able to see the doctor very soon after I came in. They even gave me info on how to set up for a primary care doc here in the city! I will definitely recommend!

Ive never been so disappointed by an office the way ive been disappointed with them. Everytime I come here I am forced to way almost 2 hours to see Dr.Fay. Why they setup appointments if they wont stick to the scheduled time, is beyond me.

I’ve been to several physicians and clinics and it’s refreshing to see a team that is so invested in making sure you are getting the care you need. All of the staff is so kind and Dr. Edgar was great! Shout outs to Karla who is such a sweetheart and welcoming. She makes me forget I’m at a clinic as a patient. Murodilla is such a fun character to be around and there hasn’t been a time that I haven’t laughed during an appointment and he’s around. These two just radiate joy and I always look forward to conversations with them. And Nena is super attentive to how patients feel. Azia is also kind and always has a smile when I check in and out. Have been coming here for 2months, I have been seeing dr. Isakov who is such a sweetheart, he always make sure he finds a plan when it comes due to my health. He is always available to reach, makes it very convient when it comes to my medications. He is an excellent doctor. Staff is wonderful, Nina is such a wonderful person, she makes me feel very comfortable at the office. Murmerdilla is such a happy character, he like sugar to my coffee super sweet. Im very afraid of needles, and was prescribed to do infusion treatments for migraines by my doctor. Genesis the medical assistant was so kind and understanding when it came to my treatments. She explained to me how everything worked, the medications and all she even checked on me regularly from start to finish, which really put me at ease. Will deff be recommending!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! You’ll experience long wait times, be seen by different doctors which can lead to a miscommunication in your diagnosis or treatment, scripts won’t be ordered in time.... the list goes on. But most concerning is their lack of basic knowledge of HIPPA. I had a terrible experience at my first visit (hence my review below) and felt urged to share so others could be aware... and you can see how defensive they became in their response to my post. They shared private information about my chart and my visit in their response which directly violates HIPPA!!It wasn’t just my first appointment that went poorly either - I actually received a treatment and experienced unpleasant symptoms (no fault of theirs, just a side effect), and when I called to seek medical advice and express my concerns, the physician NEVER returned my call. There are just so many reasons why I won’t be returning.Original Post Following Initial Visit:“Waited over an hour just to see the PA. Was told that my prescriptions would be called in, but when I went to CVS they had only called in a portion of my scrips.... not the ones I really needed and had went to the appointment for. Now going a weekend without a prescription that I made the original appointment for. The PA was great but the front desk staff is who likely dropped the ball... they were more concerned about who was going to pick up Fro-yo.”

Disorganized and careless. The doctor my mom saw last week Tuesday showed little to no care. Seemed very distracted and detached. Front desk staff are all over the place. I don’t feel very confident in bringing my mom back for the tests that were suggested for her to do.

Dr. Faye mentioned treatments which I hadn’t heard about and are so helpful in dealing with migraines. Like the rest of her staff she is polite, thorough and helpful.

I took my elderly mother to this location and was blown away!!! The staff was extremely respectful and attentive to all her needs. Julie at the front desk was by far the most efficient receptonist Ive ever been seen by. The medical assisant Genesis took my mothers blood pressure, and was very patient when asking her questions. The doctor called us in soon after, and was very detailed in regards to my mothers dignoses, I felt like he really cared for her and her needs.Sandra at the front then checked us out and explained the tests not only to me, but was also very patient when explaing it to my mother. I have never had a more pleasant experience!!!

Absolutely horrible. They should be shut down for their illegal cameras which they use to film all examinations. Beyond that, their doctors are dangerously ignorant on even the most basic facts while remaining smug and condescending even while acknowledging their errors. Avoid at all costs.
