I went here for a few years and met my now, long term therapist here. It is a great establishment with excellent therapists. When I started, I thought there was no way Id be able to afford it. Which would have been unfortunate because looking back, my experiences here changed my life in a big way and for the better.

I have always had a good experience here for the past 3 years. Its important to express your needs so you get what you want out of your sessions. You start with a 30 minute assessment session ($30) with a potential therapist if you want to continue with that person. After that the sliding scale is from $40-$100 (last time I checked).

Therapist had the nerve to laugh as I was leaving didn’t find anything I said funny lucky didn’t tell her anything to series also didn’t like some of the questions asked. It took me for ever to feel comfortable with going to therapy won’t be going back here. I left here feeling worse don’t think I’ll be doing therapy again.

Received the bait and switch.Email communication prior to ensure bi-weekly was okay vs weekly, which it was. During 1st session I was conveyed we would need to re-review bi-weekly vs weekly topic in 3 months. Then two weeks later in the 2nd session- it was conveyed that mandatory weekly sessions would be required in order to continue.Since I wasnt actually pursuing this for any particular reason and I was just curious what the experience would be like after reading a book, I could see someone under different circumstances would feel pressured in a non-proper way to continue.

I heard about this place through family member and called them two times. After the first call I never got a call or email back even though the person I talked to took down my information. The second time it seems like they listened, but apparently not because the day before my scheduled session I get a voicemail saying it was cancelled. Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.
