Very unprofessional. They do not return calls and there is no way to get a hold of them. Extremely frustrating experience.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to call me back within “24-72 hours” I think it is extremely unprofessional to a) consistently ignore people asking for help b) not even offer any other possible resources since they appear to be too busy. It’s TOO risky in this line of business to behave in such a careless manner. I’m an extremely disgusted and disappointed.

Useless... Receptionist was the high point. Contemplating going to the ER I found it so frustrating. Equivocation and misinformation, save time and patience go somewhere else.

This center and its staff is great. I was refereed to this center by my physician when I was at a dark emotional place in life and I was desperate for help. I am thankful they assigned me to Mrs. Charlene Humber who is not only a great professional therapist but an excellent human being who cared, listened, and challenged me to grow emotionally by facing and confronting my unsolved issues. After seeing Ms Humber for around 3 years, all I can say is, that these years were well invested and I see the great results in my daily life. I recommend this place highly. I am sure the center has many great therapists, but If you are lucky to be assign to Mrs. Humber, you will be in great hands because she is an excellent professional therapist. Thank you Metropolitan Center.

The staffs are great and very humble, I look forward to seeing them on a weekly basis.

The guy in the reception Jose Moreno is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. He should learn how to speak to people !!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went to my first appointment over a month ago and I am still waiting for them to assign me to a therapist. I have yet to be seen!!

I go there every Tuesday. and i am telling you that if you going though something and you need help this are the people to go to.the staff are nice and fun.i give it a 5 star rate
