This clinic has some very interesting operational procedures that allow for lots of flexibility when it comes to appointment setting, Dr. Pollack was very professional and understanding, clinging strongly to her best knowledge of practice, but lacked a realistic understanding, in the matter of actually getting to know an individual to determine there actual state of mind. I didnt like that my therapist and Dr. Pollack didnt communicate about my therapy sessions and I found myself having to go over the same story with them and that caused for some discomfort with my attending this clinic which in turn lead me to the decision of parting ways with the clinic and searching for a new doctor. .

Update: someone finally called me back! She was super sweet and patient with me. I feel bad for leaving a bad review last time but, fingers crossed!
