Excellent massage. I was extremely hesitant, not knowing what to expect as I had never had a thai massage. I usually get deep tissue or hot stone massages and the relief is short lived. Not this time. I felt incredible after my thai massage. I had no idea that what I needed for the tension and tightness in my body was some good stretching. Even though I practice yoga this massage takes that stretching to a whole new level. Now when I do yoga certain stretches that felt uncomfortable to me feel so much better.
