These people are healers. The reflexology as well as the full body massage is impeccable. I lived in China for 2 years and got amazing massages from blind people who train from a young age. And still I would say that the masseuses at ShunFa are on par with them or even better. This is my regular, go-to spot and it is worth every single penny. I have gotten massages from most of the people there and have been visiting for the past 5 years or so. Absolutely the best!

Overall great place except for Han, not a good masseuse. A little added pressure is great but when I said stop it hurts and he then says oh it hurts then starts to literally punch the area hard and aggressively I was done and stopped the massage early. Also be very clear when making your appointment what you want. I asked for 2 hours and they claim they didnt know/ understand and my second hour was haphazard

I really love this place. In fact, its the only place Ill go to anymore. Not only are the prices unbeatable, but the staff is excellent. They do get extremely busy, and I wish they had a more efficient way of keeping track of appointments. Any time Ive made an appointment, Ive still had to wait a very long time, if Im not completely forgotten. Ive seen that happen to others to, so now I just walk in and hope theyre not flooded with people. I have VERY sensitive little feet and she took great care in covering the entire foot and Achilles area to work out all of the aches and pains. Ive been training for a half marathon so Ive been heavy on the feet in the last month or so and was in desperate need of some relaxation. Nancys not the pounding/scratching/slapping type of masseuse. She feels through the sole of your foot finding the tight spots and deep massages those areas. She works between the toes, above the toes, into the arches, along the base of your heel. Shes got very strong arms/hands but she understood that I wanted more pressure point than anything else. The amazing part? ONE HOUR ALL FOR $25. TIP WELL!

I honestly cant believe I found a place with a full body massage for $35. Also, the staff were considerate, respectful, listened then the massage was tough, responsive to knots. I ran out and got cash just to give them an extra tip. Will definitely be here again.

The best deal in nyc. I go here all the time for a 1 hour foot massage for $25. The most relaxing experience in our bustling city. The words definitely out as theyve been getting steadily busier since I started going about 2 years ago. Theres approx 12 chairs in the front room and several room for back massages in the back. A combo of 30 min back and 30 min foot massage is also a bargain at $39. Dont forget to ask for a loyalty card and always bring it back because after 10 60 min massages, you get one free. The best.

It’s a hit or miss spot based on the person who does your massage. I recommend Kevin or Peter for foot massage however I did not like their back massage. My husband had some lady who just rubbed the foot with pressure rather focusing on pressing the points. I have been there twice till date and second experience was meh!

They let a therapist who was clearly sick, coughing and coughing for the WHOLE session massage me and now after 3-4 days I’m sick and showing the same symptoms. What kind of employer let’s sick staff keep massaging clients? Avoid at all costs.

Went here to try and get a knot out of my lower neck. My experience here wasn’t so great. I did 30 min of getting elbowed in the spine. The place smells pretty unclean, a sort of footy smell with a hint of unwashed sheets plus maybe a little BO. “The masseuse” put her knees on the table with my head between her legs to reach my back multiple times. Very sweet lady and I felt ok until the next morning. I woke up with my back in spasm and totally sore. I still have a knot in my neck by the way.

We arrive at 8.30pm but it was really busy, the manager suggested us to go to their new branch near union sq. he arranged a colleague to drive us there. The new branch is clean and on a second floor of a building which is very quiet. The therapists were really professional. She noticed straight away my shoulders problems and work really hard to unknot.Really recommend to go there after a long day on the 5th avenue. However, the new branch building entrance is actually not at all obvious. So it will be best to call them and ask them about the exact address because it doesnt show up on google map yet.

My son who lives out of town brought his girl friend to town to visit NYC. They had a massage at this place which they found on the internet because of reviews. I would be very skeptical of the reviews and this organization. When massages were over they went to pay and discovered there wallets missing. They had used them shortly before entering the establishment. The spa said they could have the massage free. Be careful there could be a thieve lying in wait while you are relaxing........

You cant beat $25 hour long foot massage in Manhattan. They must do more full body massages than foot massages because they only have three chairs on the front for foot massages. We were promptly welcomed at the door and ushered into the comfy leather chairs. After declining a quick attempt to upsell a full body massage we were whisked away to foot heaven. For the price, I probably could have gone another hour. The manager was happily making pleasantries with the patrons and making sure everyones experience was top notch.

Foot massages are out of this world here! Dont expect a gentle session - these ladies and gentlemen are as strong as they come, and youll leave feeling revitalised. So cheap too - I tend to overtip here because these guys are seriously worth it. Very busy on weekends so you should call to book - open late so its perfect post-work as well.
