Best massage therapy Ive ever experienced. I have a separated shoulder injury that flares up now and then. Its very painful ! My therapist at Thai Wellness was Bongon. She was wonderful. She listened carefully about where my pain was concentrated and went to work on me. Fixed me real good ! The facility is very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend.

If you want the best massage of your life....you need to request Nat.....She focused on the areas needed.....calf muscles.....hands.....lower back....she exactly knew the parts she has to work on.....I have taken my next appointment with her..... I highly recommend NYC Thai Wellness Center.....

Great authentic Thai Massage. Once youve had a Thai massage that systematically works out all the kinks in your body through a series of stretches and pressure points you cant go back to normal massages- so if youve never had one I definitely recommend trying it! My Thai massage also involved a portion with massage oil on the back too which was a nice bonus. I liked the place too, clean, humble, spacious and calming. Thank you NYC Thai Wellness Center :-)

They NEVER answer the phone since moving to new location. They expect a 25% tip which is a shame because the Thai massage is good but a gratuity is just that- and don’t hiss at me if I give you 18%

I bought a groupon for 50minute thai massage and was able to get an appt the same day, I called.The masseuse was extremely attentive, in working on my problematic areas. And although I am no expert, from previous experiences, I know that she stayed true to the authentic thai massage technique. She was also very kind and friendly.I was amazed at how beneficial the 50minute massage was; I am definitely going to do longer sessions in the future.The studio itself is very calming, clean and welcoming. It’s in a great location, as well.

For what you pay- youre not only getting a great deal, but the services are exceptional. The facility is clean and located very close to the Grand Central Terminal, making it easy to access. I will be returning and recommending TWC to friends.

I am really lucky to find this gem through Groupon. I tried the Thai massage, which involves both traditional massage and a lot of stretching, and it was great!!! The place is very clean, the staff is very pleasant and I have already been back for another massage! Also, they provide a tee shirt and pants for the massage.

The Thai Wellness Center was very serene, clean and gave me a relaxing feeling, just walking in the door. Soft spa music was playing along with a scent of lemongrass invites you in. My technician Bridget was well versed in her technique. I will definitely be returning to Thai Wellness Center. Its an oasis in midtown, very calming, and relaxing after hustle and bustle of city.

I come here twice a month and will continue to for years. Their therapists are all highly skilled, and give a proper Thai massage. Recommend Natalie

My massage therapist was very intuitive to my needs and maintained a comfortable pace and rhythmic pressure throughout the hour long session. I almost dont want to write this review because Im selfish and want to keep this hidden gem to myself! Having worked in several other spas this center is an oasis. There is always perfect massage music playing, everything is immaculately clean, and the members and clients alike are professional and keep quiet which is it should be when youre trying to provide a professional massage. I would recommend (and have to several colleagues) Thai Wellness Center.

I love the NYC Thai Wellness Center! The rooms are very beautifully appointed and the location is excellent. Everything I need for my sessions is there so I dont have to worry about carrying my supplies around with me. The atmosphere is very therapeutic and relaxing. NYC Thai Wellness Center has a wonderful variety of massage rooms. Each room has its own character. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and easy to access. One of the nicest - if not the nicest in NYC. You feel nurtured the moment you walk in the door.

Every time I am in the city I stop by Thai Wellness to see Pranee. She is a talented delightful woman. The massage rooms are beautiful, comfortable tables, warm towels, soothing candles and music. In a great location by times square. I have been here a handful of times and recommend highly to anyone in the city seeking an hour of bliss and relaxation!

I got a one hour thai massage from Thida and cant wait to come back to do and hour and half next time. I work a physical job and love a strong massage and they are open late on Saturdays at the end of my work week so perfect for my schedule as well.

First of all I’m only commenting on the customer service. I normally get my massage done weekly and decided to try this place out because of the review. I made my payment and scheduled an appointment but due to traffic I called ahead and asked if I could reschedule and they said no and it’s non-refundable. I’m totally okay if you TOLD ME beforehand about YOUR cancellation policy and the lady told me it was standard policy? Standard what New York? I’ve never encountered any kind of standard where they do not address their policy beforehand and just take your money? Seriously it’s on you that you forgot to tell me about your policy and expect me to just take it as a standard policy? It’s ridiculous and congrats you just lost a potential customer.
