I found this place through a friend and I am so happy I did!! I was nervous to get laser hair removal but Kelly, the owner worked with me and made me feel so comfortable. At the time (when the pandemic wasn’t here), the staff gave champagne to each client during every session so it calmed my nerves! I loved it so much, I decided to get pigmentation correction on my chest to get rid of my freckles and it’s life changing! After only two treatments, my chest is freckle-free and so smooth. I cannot say enough good things about flash lab! Highly recommend for anyone looking for laser or any skincare needs in general.

Kelly is wonderful!!! The whole experience with Flash lab laser has been very positive. I have been doing chemical peel for adult acne and acne scars with Kelly and even after first treatment my skin cleared up. Haven’t had acne ever since i started doing chemical peels. She is so wonderful, listens to you and treats you like your best friend would! She takes time to carefully treat your face and results have been nothing compared to what my expectations were. My face feels like baby skin, and dark spots are fading away after only first few treatments. And I cannot express my appreciation of the fact that i do not have to deal with acne. I would highly recommend Flash lab laser to anyone i know, because not like many other beauty spas and salons, here you get lot more and lot better results than what you pay for!

My first experience with Flash Lab was about a year ago. Got a chemical peel from a groupon offer. I enjoyed my time there and the service so much I inquired about getting electrolysis, something that Iv been looking into doing for a LONG time. The receptionist at the time was very patient with me and explaining everything I needed to know and to feel comfortable. It was a year later I decided to go thru with it and to my surprises everything I discussed with the receptionist was well noted and Kelly welcomed me back like an old friend I’m 3 sessions in and couldn’t be happier. Also the extra bonus is that the place is ALWAYS SPOTLESS CLEAN AND SMELLS AMAZING!!! I wouldn’t trust any other establishment with my skin for here on out. ☺️

The first time I went they were realistic with me and stated that I wouldn’t get results with three chemical peels that I would need six to see results and I appreciated that they made a second appointment for me but than it was canceled without my consent I actually found out because I called to ask a question and I was told it was canceled with no one calling me mind you I live in PA than I was given an apology and told when I was prepared I can call and they’ll help me get in I have a very hectic schedule so I can not just make random appointments on the spot so a couple of days before going to New York I called they stated they couldn’t get me in but will contact me they did contact me that evening stating they’ll for sure contact me the next day ( stating they needed to speak to the person who gave me the info) still no call I have two left from this place out of three purchased I don’t recommend they do not treat people like valued customers I felt really uncomfortable about the situation no one should have Canceled my appointment in the beginning without informing me I’m just very disappointed with the service I haven’t even called back don’t go here!

I have been here twice. Both times were exceptional. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to scream it from the rooftops how happy I am! I got the RF microneedling with PRP. I am 49 years old and starting to show signs of aging with sun damage. Just one session with the RF microneedling has changed everything. I can’t wait for more. Hope wants to see results more than you- which is extremely rare. She went above and beyond to help me, suggesting what would be best, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. When she was finished she even turned the machine again for minor tweak because she’s a perfectionist- which was incredible because most people wouldn’t have bothered. She was determined, thorough, and comforting. By far the best NYC experience I’ve had (and trust there’s been many). Can’t wait to go back to this clean, affordable and welcoming spot. Thank you!!

The Gemini laser has been the most effective and helpful treatment for my Rosea. Masking for covid has mad my skin a mess. The improvement was noticeable after the first treatment. By the 3rd my skin is clear and healthy looking. Hope is amazing. He knowledge and experience really show on my skin.Kelly has been fantastic to work with. She makes scheduling easy. The spa is spotless and they take Covid precautions each visit.

They really used specific methods that worked especially for my skin type. Since my treatments my skin has improved overall in texture and Ive had less break outs. Ive been coming to Flash Lab for about a year now and have always had great service but recently I purchased a Jet Peel and was so impressed with what it did for my skin I felt I had to make it public. So many med spa treatments feel like a workout. Theyre not always pleasant but youre willing to tolerate them because of the results. But the Jet Peel facial I just had was a cooling, 45 minute massage with a stream of pressurized air that exfoliates and then infuses serums deep into your skin. It was very relaxing and I saw immediate brightening and lifting! The day after was even better. The best way I can describe it is to say my skin came alive. It just looked clean, healthy and fresh. Like I had slept ten hours and drank a ton of water. I think this will be my monthly treat to myself. Beyond that I should say Ive always enjoyed my visits to Flash Lab and probably could have written this review a while ago. I had some sun spots removed which made me look much younger! Kelly takes such care to make you feel welcome and Hope, who did my treatment, has amazing spa hands making it so I didnt want to leave! Theres always such a great energy from everyone you meet there. Ill be back more often with this new treatment however!

Ok so hands down, this chemical peel was the best one I have ever had in my entire life! Believe me, I don’t make such strong statements easilyFor some background: I have a very very resilient skin type and my skin can take a LOT. So when I went into Flash Lab I told them as such. I get chemical peels regularly, (TCA ~30% ~1.7 pH) and know how my skin reacts, how much it peels and when, along with when it burns and what chemicals cause it to react a certain way.The peel that was performed on me was of strength as per the aesthetician but I was so concerned it wouldn’t do anything to my skin since it never burned like it usually does, and that it wouldn’t give me results! I kept questioning the poor girl over and over, who each time, calmly explained that it will work.I will be very honest, I left there skeptical, but figured I should give the professional the benefit of doubt. Thank gosh I did!!I have the clearest, smoothest, glowing skin right now, and the hyperpigmentation, bumpiness and acne scars from the summer are all but nearly faded IN ONE TREATMENT! Usually to get this result, it takes me a full series!!!On top of that, this was the most painless peel I’ve ever had done, which now I appreciate so much more, after the fact. It required a little bit less downtime for me, as I am nearly finished peeling, and should be done entirely by tomorrow just in time for Halloween and my birthday (can you say best bday ever?!)For reference, peeling has usually been another day longer for me in the past.I am the type of person who likes the “pain” almost and the drastic peeling to feel there’s been huge results. But this is the first time I am more then ever excited about my results and can’t stop raving to anyone that will listen!I cannot wait to go back to Flash Lab for the next peel in my series, and I will be going back for a long time, despite my two hour commute in (I’m from NJ)! I was blown away by the results I got at this place. I had quite a bit of sun damage on my hands. Some of the spots were large and pretty angry looking. I booked a consult with Kelly. We had a long talk about the process. She was very thorough in explaining what to expect as far as the downtime. She even did a test spot on one of them before selling me the treatment because I was nervous about the pain. Honestly, not the most comfortable experience but I decided to give it shot because the discoloration had been bothering me for a while. The downtime was exactly like she explained it would be so there were no surprises there but the results were way better than I expected! The spots are completely gone. My hands look twenty years younger after one session. I’m now comfortable enough to treat my face. Booked a laser facial for next week. Very excited to move forward with this place. The free champagne they offer at your session is a nice touch and shows they like to go above and beyond with their customer service. Looking forward to my next visit!

Ive been coming to this established since they opened in 2016. I must say that there is not one thing negative that I can say about this business. For the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile on their face and they go WAY above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. I have had numerous procedures done that I am more then thrilled with. The customer service that the owner, Kelly, brings is not something you see in all laser treatment centers. All of her technicians are very detailed oriented in their explanations on the procedures offered. They have now grown to be part of my extended family and one that I look forward to going to if not just to catch up with the girls! Its such a refreshing experience which is not always the case of the daily grind of living in NYC. Ive had two services at the Flash Lab Laser Studio: PRP facial with the owner Kelly, and blood vessel laser treatment with Shannon. For both appointments, Kelly started my services promptly and took ample time to explain not only the process but the sensations I would feel, best aftercare practices and any possible side effects. I felt at complete ease both times and have been amazed with results. I am very fair so even the slightest blemish or blood vessel is highly visible on me, after one blood vessel treatment almost all of my redness is gone. I cannot recommend the Flash Lab Laser Studio enough. From the decor to the service and every person Ive met there, my whole entire experience has been nothing short of five stars.

I moved to New York recently and looked for a place where i could continue my face treatment.I tried Groupon first time in my life because my friends told me this is good way to check the place.I bought blood vessel treatment.During the consultation i heard four times that Im Groupon client, they dont earn money from me, the machine is very expensive Ok I couldnt disagree but stayed calm believing they are professionals and give me the service they offer on Groupon which i paid for.After 5 minutes treatment I left the place in tears.Today is fifth day. No sign I ever had blood vessels treatment....No cat scratchesand all my blood vessels look the same.Maybe if I paid 700$ they would help me but i only wasted my time and money there.I wasnt able to post here because was blocked.Had to use my second account to rate them.I have pictures i took after you drew the treatment area.I asked you to measure it because it was smaller than 3X3, what you did and changed it to the right size.I didnt ask you for treating my extra veins for free.I asked you question if is it possible to close ONE vein outside the square since I dont have veins in the bottom part.You said no and it was the end of the conversation.You knew I was unhappy with the service because you texted me the same day asking how likely would you be to recommended us I told you exactly how i felt and got no answer.Fortunately i went yesterday to a place where i got professional consultation because didnt know what to do after your service.I do vessels treatment ones a year from many years so I know how it should looks like and when I can see the results.I was able to rate them with no problems, what wasnt possible in your case.

They are great! I went in for a consult for a broken blood vessel on the bridge of my nose; not huge, but obvious. I was definitely hesitant as Im fair skinned and have super sensitive skin to boot. They zapped the problem spot, as well as some other small veins around my nostrils (those annoying little red ones). The small veins were gone immediately; the main problem spot was completely gone 2 weeks after the procedure. I am so happy with the results, and annoyed at myself for not going to them sooner. Cant wait to return to see what other magic they can perform!

A big fan of this place, My first treatment went very well and its been two weeks and my hair is starting to fall out, I am so excited. I went to a place before that used an older machine (I think it had gel) this one was much better. I think its called Candela. 100% worth the price, they are very detailed and they care. Before the treatment they spent time to go over the whole procedure with me and this location is full of reputable plastic surgeons as well.

This is a really nice place. I had laser hair removal on my nose and some veins removed as well. The veins were fixed with only one treatment. Seems like theyre part of a whole medical floor and work with a lot of physicians. Im very impressed.
