If I could give them 0 stars, I would but that is not an option. This company should not be in business. Customer service is horrible. Case coordinators who are supposed to be there for support are rude and nasty to clients family members and caregivers. The aides are late all the time (not 10 minutes... more like 45) with no consequences and some have been extremely rude, nasty and extremely disrespectful to me in my own home. Do not use this company. They are terrible.

Worst company to provide eldercare. Coordinators and managers are very rude. They think we are at their mercy. Must report the company to New York state.

Worst company that ive ever worked for. Hardly any cases and if youre lucky to get a case better stay with it because you would be out of work for months. I qould not give it a 1 but i had to choose i would give this company a -5

HORRIBLE COMPANY! they treat their patients like a burden. if you complain, they tell your patients, if you dont like it then leave! Worst Customer Service EVER! So Glad We Left!
