A TOTAL DISGRACE! BEEN CALLING SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2020 TO GET PAYMENTS REISSUED SINCE EMBLEM SENT THEM TO WRONG ADDRESS. FIVE MONTHS OF DISCONNECTED CALLS AND LIES. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WORST REPS IN ANY BUSINESS. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF INSURANCE, CLAIMS, OR ANYTHING. REPORTING TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

The hold is more than 1 hour and whenever I am transferred to a Rep the call ends because noone wants the call. Its insanee!!!!!!!!! I am officially making a complaint with the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER. I have been trying to get claims reprocessed that are denying in error and whenever I do get some its just 3 claims and I have to call and call and call and call all over again. Horrible ins company

Worst insurance company for us. We live in NJ - hardly any of our doctors take this insurance anymore - one by one they leave the network - we have to travel 45 minutes to an hour to get a practice that participates in the Emblem/formerly Ghi network - even the practices listed on the website are not accurate.

This is hands down THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I work for a huge practice and dread every time I see somebody has their plans. the representatives that work here are completely clueless. you get transferred all over with no help. you even ask for supervisors and they have no idea either. hold times are 1 hour PLUS almost every time you call. I cannot even believe this is a functional business. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
