This is #1 store and people are always helping each other and the best service in NYC. Satish and Chirag both guys always super nice and helpful. Great to see this in people with the way some can be these days!!

I love this place. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. My son and I go there every day because we love the atmosphere so much and they always have what we need. The prices are always good and the produce is fresh. Love you guys at Natural Green! ❤️

Such a good little market. I live close by and cone here pretty much every day. I always find fresh fruits and vegetables that are local. Also they have mostly organic products which I love. The guys already know me and are very friendly all the time.

Listed as closing at 9pm, but they lock up way beforehand and are rude if you even walk near the door. Take your business elsewhere.

Ive been shopping in natural food stores around the U.S. for decades and this is my best experience: excellent customer service, such a pleasant clean and very organized space, they carry everything I need for macrobiotics and are happy to order if they dont have what I want in stock. THIS is the kind of business I feel good supporting and am grateful to have in my neighborhood. Its like the indoor version of the Union Square Green Market where you can stock your pantry with quality foods while enjoying the shopping experience.

I love this market! They have so many good products, especially healthy snacks that are hard to find at other grocers. I always buy my herbal “remedies” here too (oil of oregano, probiotics, echinacea, etc.)- the staff is really knowledgeable about it, helpful & so nice.

This is my favorite Health Food Store. They are super well stocked with great organic and other healthy raw and packaged foods, and their supplement section is one of the best in the city. I love that the place is always clean, the staff is helpful, and the shelves are packed.

I shop here with regularity and only had good things to say. They have an excellent selection, great customer service, extensive hours of operation and pretty much only healthy foods and products. I also think it’s important to support local small businesses instead of always going to whole foods or ordering online.

Great selection and prices for organic produce, local specialties, lentils, beans and vegan products. Thank heavens it’s not owned by a trillion dollar company that doesn’t value its workers. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend it.

Ive shopped at this great local neighborhood shop since I moved into the area 2 years ago. I appreciate being able to purchase a good selection of fresh organic produce and other organic/non-organic fresh foods and packaged products. Everyone of the staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful and offers great service. Grateful theyre here!

I was here a few times. I found their selection to contain everything I was looking for including some items I had a hard time finding elsewhere. The organic produce was really great.

Worst experience in a health food store ever! We were profiled during our entire time in the store and weren’t able to even look at the products without a salesperson badgering us. Three different salespeople in less than 10 minutes. We left the store and patronized a store that is welcoming and knows their products. I would give a zero if possible.

Wonderful staff, great selection and pricing. If they don’t have it they will order it. Always smiling and friendly service. Fresh vegetables and fruit.

The quick version: 1. They sell spoiled food. 2. Theyre rude. 3. Theyre clueless about the products they sell. 4. The stores not clean. 5. Prices are stratospheric. 6. That is, when an item actually carries a price tag, which most dont. 7. Too many better options nearby to continue patronizing this place.

Organic,natural shop run by Family business.Quite amazed items.Really better than small wholefoods.If u are lucky,some of dead stock items in normal shops ,You can find it as last.I got Burts bees honey n shea butter(thats point on Mid July 2016)Aubreys hand cream is half price as well!!!!! Excellent, with lots of vegan options!

Have bought things here for a while, and some of the sales are good, but just got a probiotic product that this place shows as $70 regular, $60 on sale: I go on line to the website of the manufacturer and it shows the regular price as $50! The manager said, thats our pricing.Not to mention that now and then the rice has worms.Rip off.

AVOID COMPLETELY. Incredibly rude staff; overpriced food and produce that goes bad within a day. Yuck.

Expensive produce and products in general. They do have a food bar with pre made food sold by weight, lots of vegan and vegetarian. Also they do Organic Juice.

Worst customer service in Manhattan. They were extremely unfamiliar with the products they were selling.
