I’m baffled. I walked into this just salad at 5:25pm. This is my lunch break. Walked 10 mins for them to tell me that they don’t have warm bowls anymore. Then when I choose a salad the worker gave me like 3 crumbs of chicken (i think she was trying not to finish the entire set there so they don’t wash it ?) I asked for more chicken because I thought she’s not really giving me that. Got to the register and she charged me extra chicken.Just awful and incredibly disappointing.If you guys say y’all closing at 6 EVERYTHING should be available till 6 not be in a rush to close early.

After sharing my concerns about my first visit. I decided to give them another chance. This time the staff was very warm and welcoming offering great service. The salads were prepared with a loving hand. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to ensure that the customers have a great experience. Thank you!

I wanted to rate this location 4.5 coz I don’t believe anywhere is perfect, but I absolutely love this place. The ingredients are fresh, the dressings are plentiful and the price is comparable to other salad bars/stores I’ve been to.The thing that actually makes me keep coming back is the staff, on my first few initial visits I realized I was always greeted by the staff to take my order before I even knew what I wanted. It’s like the minute I walk in a homing beacon goes off and someone is gravitationally pulled towards me. Now I don’t want to be the person who makes everyone behind them wait while I make up my mind, this is NYC after all, and everyone’s in a rush so I’ve realized that I have to make a decision before I even enter the store.In a Covid world I pay meticulous attention to everything and anyone preparing my food. The place is always clean and not once have I ever had an issue with a server preparing my bowl without wearing a mask correctly or not having gloves on. The employees always seem to be smiling behind their mask and very happen in their environment, to me that speaks volumes because as weird as it may sound, I do not want to have someone transferring any negative energy to my meals. Whenever people ask me when I get my salads from my answer is always this location.

Friendly staff and super fresh ingredients. I like how they do seasonal specials. One of the current ones is a wasabi Caesar. Comes with wasabi peas for those that love them! The avocado toast stays crunchy even after I bring it back to the office

Hello Yesterday I had a very good experience in just salad I am new in the city and I was looking for a good place to eat I ordered a California salad with tofu and it was delicious the food looked fresh and tasted good I will definitely Im going to eat at just salad again, thanks to Hector for helping me, he was very nice.

Employees are really unprofessional,,, i come always for pick up food,, their behavior rude & dirty,, and they are all the time crazy,, I guess they should take proper sleep,, specially they hate all delivery guys,, we don’t know why?? I guess they should stop their delivery business ,, should be respect wash other,, make your self by humanity & should avoid your all negligenceThanks

Waited 40 minutes , left specific instructions to bring the food up the loading dock and call ( which I missed ) Called back literally 1 minute later , the delivery guy was gone. I am NEVER ordering from this location again. What a waste of a lunch break . How hard is it to follow instructions ? They charge your card within minutes but it takes 3 -5 business days to get a refund.

They no longer let you step in with your bike to get food to go. I thought that Id come here in the past and quickly stepped in with my bike, left it out of the way near the door and quickly ordered my food to go. I thought I remembered really friendly people working there.I was at pure green this morning and thought Id stop in quickly and get a salad for lunch later. The lady at the door said bikes were not allowed. I said I was just going to run in and get a salad to go. She said they were not allowed even though the store appeared to be empty of customers. I said never mind and left. Some places are nice and will hold the door open for you to go in quickly and buy their food, this is no longer one of those places.

It was so tasty. I will probably become a regular. It has a nice interior.

Its just ok. Decent portion. Most things are not organic nor are they healthy unless you create your own salad. The bizarre thing was there were no napkins and when I asked the cashier for some he gave me two paper towels from a dispenser behind the counter using his bare hands.

I found a huge chunk of hair in my food, and when I asked to speak to someone of higher authority, they were very rude as well. Would highly recommend nobody goes back here ever! Also, saw a rat running around in the kitchen!

Its becoming one of my go-to in Greenwich. They hook you up on the lettuce- which is good. The protein is kind of short, but I guess you could always pay for extra. The dressings are good too. It always takes me about 30 minutes to finish a salad from here. Its very nice and quiet

I love this location! It’s close to my job, the service is always friendly and efficient. Tiffany on the staff is an incredible server and is always kind and sweet. The price isn’t bad at all, especially with your NYU discount. Check this place out!

Nice date spot. Food is a bit more expensive than it should be as it is sandwiches for the most part. Nice little atmosphere as there is a good buzz in the reestaurant. Not blown away by the food so it is not worth driving across town for. However, it is a good neighborhood spot.

Absolutely wonderful salads. So glad to have a healthy salad option in downtown. I think the price is good. Its quality ingredients at a quality price. I know if I go here, Im getting a great tasting fresh salad.

I love love this just salad location . The atmosphere is friendlier than the others Ive been too. Giannie was very warm and welcoming . Took my order without any attitude and asked if I need anything else. Definitely coming back for more and hopefully be served by her again.

Just stopped in for a light lunch on a warm Saturday...salads are excellent, really tasty and big. (Had the Greek salad...make sure to get the tahini dressing.). Good service l, though not busy. Hit the spot.

At this healthy fast food chain, you can choose between a variety of salads and bowls but can also choose your own ingredients. They are very easygoing with changes to the salads on their menu as well. You end up at around $12 for a tasty and probably more healthy than average meal. There is also a discount if you use their reusable bowl and NYU students can also get a special bowl in NYUs colors (fuchsia). They also serve fresh smoothies made to order at the counter.

My first time trying out Just Salad, this location runs fairly efficiently. I tried the crispy chicken salad which was great, and the portions are pretty generous. Not too many selections as far as drinks.

I love going there..The girl who makes my smoothies does a great job! Also if I ask for a little more spinach or romaine in my salad., they give me no problems whatsoever. All the young people that work there are great..even the manager..very helpful!

The staff is friendly and they know how to take care of you. There’s never a line and a customer is guaranteed a seat since it is a big space. There are also more raw vegetable choices to add in your salad than sweetgreen.

After experiencing shrinking portions of food and rising prices at Fresh and Company I decided to check out Just Food to see how they compare. I am very happy with the friendly service (especially Humaira the cashier that was very helpful, friendly and professional in serving me), generous portions, and cheaper than Fresh&Co. Check it out its good.

This place is a lunch machine. They crank you through a myriad options. Its a bit pricey, maybe $9-12 for a salad, but not heinous relative to competing lunch options. They have stuff ranging from skinny-hungry-healthy to hardly-salad-theres-so-much-meat. I like the California with balsamic vinaigrette. I am always hungry and this lasts me all afternoon.

Unfriendly and unprofessional Staff (charging more and beeing still rude instead of apology).I was there today. While I was eating there food I ordered, I noticed that they charged me more (app. 1.5 dollar). So I went to cashier to get the difference and talk to one of 3 cashiers/employees.Instead of apologizing,one cashier said: you can buy a drink.I said NOsecond one: it is only one dollarthird one: you have to wait ten minutes to get your money. We are in the middle of something (there was no queue).So I left without saying anything else, and it is not about one dollar. It is about principles.I started working really close by (NYU), and will never go there again and talk about it at work.

Absolutely love this place! Salad was super fresh even at 6pm. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my food allergies, reasonably priced, convenient and a nice atmosphere in store.

I ordered a chipotle cowboy salad thinking theres no way to mess up a salad. Well they did. The chicken was undercook, the dressing that they paired it with was disgusting. Best part of the salad was the black beans and the almonds that I added. I think the server knew the beans would be a hit because they put more beans than anything else I ate that and almonds and threw everything else out.

:) so it said just salad on the front but i was all up on 8th street looking for a soup. I went to the sezuan spot asking for broth soup or warm regular soup but they said noodle meal soups we got. I like that but i wasnt hungry for a heavy meal and justbwantrd soup. After going to a few spot and they didnt have soup i was in front of just salas debating lol. Would they have soup? Huuim it does say just salad? But soup and salad are like bros or twins. If u find one the other is right there. I crossed my fingers and walked it. So much salad and the leaves i just wanted in general. If i was looking for a salad at that moment it would hit the spot!!! So i was like do u have soup? They were like yeah. At that moment i was like deeuuuh to myself. LolSo i got the creamy broccoli soup. Small. Just what i needes. They used the bathroom with a code for customers and shared it with everyone who was wondering asking for it before they even asked. LolNice place

Not so much a comment on this store as the general customer service of the chain. Ordered a salad through their app, showed up at the store to pickup and found that the store was renovating. Called customer service and was told to walk 1 mile to another store. When I said that was absurd, they informed me that they could issue a refund and some store credits. A week passed and I had yet to receive an email regarding this. Called customer service again today and was told neither a refund nor store credits have been processed. She proceeded to tell me my order will be refunded and that I will be given $5 in store credits, which is the same amount I applied through the NYU promotion (which I can no longer use since its 1st order only)! So after all this trouble, basically no compensation was given and I’m still waiting for my refund :/

Skip it... and young lady, please dont use the same salad gloves to tender my payment. Lighting in this place is fit for an alien abduction.

3.5 - Salads taste great and price is very accessible BUT, ordering dynamic could be improved: increasing size of dressings list, telling you which ingredients are not available before writing down your choice, be more clear when assigning chopping station to know where to stand when there are many customers on line.
