Place is not in NYC was told I have to fly to Minneapolis,Minnesota ... Just had procedures cancelled at the LSI in Tampa (cancelled due to company we bankrupt 3/1 my surgery date was the week of the 10th) I am really starting to think these places are scams ...oh by the way still out my money I put down $ 😶
