Run, dont walk. Sam is so patient and she really will change your life. I have PCOS-related hair loss and she really does know what shes talking about instead of these doctors who practice medicine but always bring up the options that are whats most financially convenient for THEM but not the client. She was so patient and gave me another session after realizing the two first sessions were not enough for whatever trauma I had on my head. I have alopecia . I lost all my eyebrows and my eyelashes and my hair. I was speaking to her for I would say a year or two and finally decided to go to her she made me feel hopeful and I kind of felt like I can trust her with this procedure. She was very polite. But at the end of it I was not happy but I said to myself let me just go home and see how I feel about it later on. I then still did not like it and saw a few mistakes and called her sent her pictures and she done said no worries itll look different when I come the next time she can add to it and add color to it I then said cool Im okay with it lets see. I then came the second time and I still left unhappy one side was too thick one side was too long and now three to four months later it still doesnt look the way I like and Im going to have to pay full price to get it fixed I do not want to go back to her because Im afraid that should make the same mistake or continuously add more to one side or make it darker on the other and on top of that she said she can fix it but I will have to pay more money I dont feel thats right and then she gave me the excuse that my skin was too greasy when my skin it is not we see at all

I went in to see Samantha for scar lightning , the treatment I received made my scar darker, I respectively tried to contact her and no response. Expensive and didn’t work only made my condition worst , if something goes wrong or not as expected you will not be taken care of so stay away .

Samanthas experience, work and credentials are excellent. The studio is clean and professional looking. She may be a bit pricey but its worth paying a little extra for quality. I had scalp tattoo to camouflage my transplant scars . I only posted the scar camouflage photos here but because I was so happy with the results I ended up doing the whole top of my head which made my hair look much fuller. The coloring blended in nicely. I am very satisfied with the results.
