Best Equinox in NYC. With the grey walls, easy lighting, music at a reasonable volume, and industrial details, it’s a very relaxing place for a work out. I tell myself I’m going to a spa with a gym all the time. Not every location is worth the money, but e92 is an oasis in Manhattan.

After youve finished your contract and told them to stop billing you, they keep billing you and tell you theyll just give you a credit. I dont want a credit, as I dont intent to sign up again. Id like a refund, but they wont give me one. This is not the gym they were before the pandemic. I would rather go anywhere else. Theyre very attentive towards you when youre signing up, but they ignore you when they owe you money.

My favorite gym! Right down the street from my loves place. Cardio and squats a + when visit here. Their yoga studio is divine. Feels great to be back after the covid. Missed it. Woohoo!

Great to have this location open again! Cleaned thoroughly and regularly, social distancing is possible and mask wearing is enforced. Will move back to 5 stars when amenities can open back up...

I joined recently as a travel nurse. I left a $119 jacket in the locker room. I was told it was disposed of due to covid. Also, Iv been paying full membership fees despite the club not offering the bulk of their services. I totally understand the need to adjust due to covid, but to charge the same price is ludicrous. They should adjust their membership fees until they are running at 100%.

This gym is beautiful. It feels more like a day spa than a gym to be honest. Its kept in immaculate condition and it never feels overcrowded. But, the price is high. That may be part of the reason its never packed, but still.

May as well be a chain of high-class, expensive bathhouses. My friend and I both had memberships for two weeks, in which time he was touched sexually by other men in the locker room. The second time they expelled him when someone groped him in the locker room. Management didn’t bother to investigate fully, and when I approached them with my complaint about the matter they didn’t even address my concern and put me through the most frustrating cancellation process ever. And I’m still paying the dues for this place for 45 days. Just don’t do it.

I was a member of this gym for a year. It is a beautiful gym with wonderful facilities, the gym is clean and maintained extremely well but omg does it lack fun! It is as bland as the neighborhood it is in. The crowd is not friendly at all, you see the same people in the same classes daily and they literally dont look at you. I took a couple of training classes which were held in the lower level and they didnt and couldnt play music! This place is extremely uptight and no fun at all. Id rather go to a crappy gym uptown that is playing energetic music to get me pumped and with people that actually say hi every once in a while. I cancelled my membership after a year. :/

Terrific gym. Came here from the next door NYSC. This place is about double the price but 10 times the value. Equinox has excellent equipment that they keep nice. I always see staff making rounds cleaning, disinfecting, and tidying. Locker rooms are neat and spacious. Showers are relaxing and they provide great products. I haven’t taken one of their classes yet but I am looking forward to it. Also the equinox is on the 5th and 6th floor so you get a nice arboreal feeling when working out. I used to be skeptical on these high priced gyms, but now I feel like I could never go back to anything less.

Favorite Equinox on the UES. Large studios, good instructors, more spacious and less crowded than other UES locations.

Completely unacceptable for a gym with $200+ month fee to have no towels in the locker room regardless of excuse. It’s the management job to ensure that proper service is provided.

Nice, Well Equipped, and Not Very Busy.Visited Equinox 92nd after work and was glad to learn that the gym was spacious and plenty of room to workout efficiently. There is a CROSSFIT Heaven in the basement on the functional training level. Everything you need and want is down there.Well stocked and clean bathrooms. The only thing missing is back machines. There are on a few in the gym.

Shame on this Equinox location, their staff can legally take away guests valuable belonging from locker and doesnt take any responsibility for it. QNMLGB:) Really disappointed for paying $235 per month to get this kind of service and have to accept the way that how they treat their members trust.
