Dr. Lyon is always very thorough, professional, personable, and reassuring. She spends a lot of time with me each time I have my annual check ups - discussing any concerns and answering any questions I may have. She’s also very thorough with her detailed responses when it comes to following-up on blood lab results. The office staff is very friendly as well.

Dr.Lyon was extremely friendly and had great bedside manner. She talked to me like a friend during my entire check-up. Her staff at the front desk were also very polite, friendly and helpful. No complaints what’s not to love!

First time back at Dr Lyons since 1998. Delighted to be back with her. A thorough physician who treats the whole person. She asks interesting questions (in my case, when I said my mother had died, she asked if my mother was ready to go. Profound question).In addition to my very recent experience after circling back 23 years later, my initial experience was life changing if not, in fact, life-saving.Long story short, Dr Lyon phoned me after receiving completely normal blood results. Why the call? She explained that though the results were great, she feared I would take that to mean a colonoscopy would not be necessary, so she called rather than having someone else in the office notify me. She wanted to ensure that I made appointment. I made appointment after our conversation. Yup, a tumor was found (initially thought to be C). Successful but painful surgery allowed me to avoid what would have become cancer.My insurance changed shortly after that experience, but so happy to be back now.

I was late for my appointment, yet Dr Lyon took her time to be with me. It was the first time I actually felt heard by a doctor. I appreciate her thoroughness and willingness to genuinely help understand my issues. I am very satisfied with this doctor and the office staff. I will be back.

She has hired a PA to help with her busy practice and I have no problem with seeing her for small things that come up throughout the year but I prefer Dr. Lyon for my annual physical because she knows my history. The staff is always responsive to my request. Speaking of staff, they are an important component to a professional and helpful office. Dr. Lyons staff has always been excellent. The practice is busy so if you are late for an appointment things may be a bit brisk. They will still accommodate you within reason but realize youve likely screwed up the schedule for the day.

I rated their practice 1 star because this is the only office that forced me to leave my credit card number on file despite my resistance.After my first visit during which I saw a nurse rather than the doctor, I was charged the second time a few weeks later even though there was no follow-up scheduled.I had to close my credit card account. It was a big inconvenience for me.Never agree to leave your credit card number on file to any doctor you see. It is a violation of consumer right!

Im extremely disappointed in the level of care I received from Dr. Lyon. Ive been going to her for 4 years and everything was fine until I had a health issue. Dr. Lyon didnt sit me down to explain everything properly and didnt instruct me on how to take the supplements in order to correct my anemia. She didnt seem like she wanted to help me. I had to drag information out of her. Had to go online to research what my symptoms meant. And even when I came back to ask her about my symptoms, she still didnt provide any information. She forgot to check me for B vitamin even though it was an important one for my condition to check. I had to ask to get a referral to a nutritionist to take care of this properly. I felt like I was just an ATM machine for her and wasnt treated like a human. I will never go back to her. She clearly doesnt care about my well being and isnt properly educated to provide care to patients with health issues. Doctors like her should not be allowed to practice medicine.
