Came at 4:20 for a 4:30 fly shot. No one at reception. No one at the lobby. The staff left for the day. Poor receptionist from Family Medicine is looking for a nurse to administer the flu shot for the past twenty minutes. She’s the reason why I’m giving two stars..

My 2 daughters came for their pediatric physical here from Andrea Gray and everything was excellent! The receptionists were very friendly, nurse was nice, Dr Gray was smiling the whole time, very sweet and calm and professional with my girls. So happy we found them.

Appointment availability is ALWAYS months away. If your sick or in pain be prepared for a long wait. I called August 2nd to make an appointment for neck pain and was offered an appointment in November 👎🏾🤬Go elsewhere!!

I used to take my twin grandkids to that place. They have similar sounding names but different social security numbers. Those dummies were always getting their records mixed up.The PCP,s for adults were not top notch either.Terrible place

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The worst. Horrible. Why does my child have to leave the building to get bloods drawn at Quest which is also horrible. I waited longer for blood work than I did for his actual appointment (60+ minutes).

The receptionists were rude to me all of the time. I had Dr.Zachory, he was very rude to me. I told him I think Im allergic to shrimp because I broke out in hives afterwards and I never was allergic to shrimp before. I told him I wanted to take an allergy test. He said well it is common sense not to eat something that Im allergic too. They gave me a blood test. Then the next appointment I was running late and he lectured me about being late. But he told me well there you go you have food allergies, you cant eat, wheat, corn, milk,soy or dairy. So for six months I thought I had food allergies and changed my diet. Then I went to the allergist and he told me I didnt have all of those food allergies. They gave me the skin test and I had no food allergies. It turned out I have eczema and I seasonal allergies, Im allergic to roaches, dust, cat hair and dogs. I am mad because he misdiagnosed me. The only Doctor who was respectful was Dr.Finklelstein. He helped me with my gastritis. Im glad this place is closed down.

I enter this clinic to ask a question and what I faced was a receptionist that seem like she didn’t want to deal with any clients and explain things in a nice and clear way. So she called a nurse to just say the same thing that the receptionist said. The nurse came to speak to me but with a nasty tone. I honestly felt very disappointed with how he spoke to me. I understand that what the receptionist did wasn’t professional because she called a nurse away from his job to basically say what the receptionist could have explained to me as a client. I got out of the clinic very hurt because the way I was spoken too was a very dehumanizing way. Ever since that day I am no longer motivated to get health services there.

One hour before I was scheduled to report for a medical procedure, they called me and said that the appointment was cancelled because they did not have the equipment that they needed. I had already taken off work and arranged my schedule so that I could rest over the weekend if necessary. The appointment was booked almost 2 months in advance, and already according to their rigid schedule (only Friday afternoons at 2pm were available.) It is completely baffling that they would only realize one hour in advance that they didnt have the supplies needed. I am very concerned about the fact that these people have access to my personal information, medical records, test results, etc. since they seem to be disorganized beyond comprehension.

I had to wait about and hour and half to see the doctor for a follow up appointment that lasted 1 minute, for her to tell me nothing is wrong. My previous appointment here was supposed to be for a stress test but instead I had and echocardiogram that I didnt need and was told they dont even do stress tests at this location. The doctor (dr. Jagger)seemed to have no concern with my issue and didnt really try to help me figure it out just like most doctors Ive seen. I understand that there were patients before me and they had a couple emergencies earlier but this was an in and out appointment she couldve seen me for the 1 minute she did and been done with it.

Dr. Gautreaux saw me the same day - was worried about several things and she not only gave me the reasons why, but also the new things to do get better. It all worked! She also reminded me to get my women’s health visit done and the office care team got me in at my convenience with Meredith Hughes-Lowder, NP who I learned is particularly well studied in pre and post menopausal health. Meredith is so easy to talk to and knows her stuff. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt like they really cared for me. Cool office and great access to the subway. Gold star ⭐️ from me!

I love Dr. Phillips which is why I made my daughters first ever Gyno appointment with her. Dr. Phillips is awesome but I wish she would go to another practice. My daughter never saw Dr. Phillips because she was so disgusted by conditions in the examination room that she left before she was seen. My daughter noted the following: Unwrapped speculum spread out on a damp counter next to a giant container marked for hazardous waste. Next to the exam table was a bin of used gowns. She also said there was another waste receptacle in the room. She said that once she had her gown on, the assistant gave her a paper cloth for her lap. When the cloth fell to the floor at the foot of the exam table, she said it was still okay to use. The foot stool was stained with the remains of some kind of fluid and my daughter wisely declined. Once in her gown, my daughter proceeded to sit on the exam table but then did not when she realized it was fabric and barely covered with paper. The exam table faced the open door from which my daughter observed a man wandering the halls. He wore a backpack and did not have an ID badge. At that point my daughter got herself dressed, told the front desk she felt sick and we left. BTW my daughter checked out the other rooms and all but one was much like hers.

I go here for prenatal care. Theres no direct phone line so its impossible to get a hold of your doctor. Every time I come here I wait at least an hour. Doctors are nice but I constantly have to correct them--like they dont keep a good eye on your folder

If I could give a zero I would. My mum had appointment here got a confirmation text went to her appointment they said she had no appointment. Made another appointment went to the appointment and they would not put her in the system. This is the person working for the gynecologist horrible woman I think she thinks when people get older they do not deserve respect. If she can treat my mum as an idiot imagine what she will do to your parents skip this place find somewhere your parents are treated with respect. This person who works for the gynecologist seems to think she is the owner and does not think people make up the clientele.Skip this place your parents deserve better.

I have been to 3 appointments at this location. The 1st was fine. The 2nd involved me sitting in a waiting room for over one hour until the Dr. was ready to see me. The 3rd appointment was cancelled after they decided to change my procedure the morning of it happening. All in all, I am losing trust in Advantage Care in general, and I will certainly not come back to this location for any of their specialists.

Worst experience trying to seek prenatal care!!!! I was attempting to transfer at 20 week they gave me the run around. Put my appointment off for another week and when I came back rejected me saying that I did the have the appropriate paper work and needed to have an anotomoy scan which was suppose to be done within jn the time I was rejected. After having my paper work reviewed by another doctor in the EMERGENCY ROOM, she confirmed all the paper work I needed I had the entire time. So she not sure why I was told I could not be seen.... horrible horrible horrible people who lack compassion even the damn phone people aren’t helpful well the one lady I spoke to more than once with the same nanchalant “I hate my job”voice and I’m gonna follow the guideline with out trying to actually help you by listening to your unique situation. I still currently have no prenatal care taker now I understand even more the statistic for black women and birth complications leading to death (in America)

I dont recommended The urgent care clinic, to start the receptionists has such attitude to help that make feel worse. Doctor Vinod Thukral didnt take the time to listen to what I have to say Ive been coughing for 5 days and got worse night before I went to see this called doctor, was in pain when I cough , sore throat and he said not to eat nothing like egg , cheese, milk, no juices at all, gave me 5 days antibiotics and one day off when I explained to him and the supervisor that I work with little kids and I can take 2 o 3 days so I can get better and no contagious my little students. IS AGAINTS THE LAW TO GIVE ME MORE DAYS What the hell is this ....since when we have the kind of law? I know my body and how I feel how come he gave me one day off . RIDICULOUS . I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT URGENT CARE CLINIC....

Dr. Benjamin Kaplan was great. My husband was seen by him today.After an unnervering appointment with an NP didnt take place. My husband was determined to be seen today. He came across Dr. Kaplan. He geniuniely looked after my husband. Thank you Dr. Kaplan 😀.Normally appointments are cancelled at the last minute here and some staff are unpersonalable.Thanks again Dr. Kaplan.

I scheduled an appointment for today weeks in advance and took off work so that I could go. I got a call this morning and was told that the doctor was not coming in today and that there were not any more available appointments for at least another week. I took off work for nothing and am left without a medication prescription that I need right away. Needless to say, I am finding a new doctors office.

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. There’s no way to contact your doctors office directly. Messages are passed through third parties, who keep you on hold for 30 minutes, and requests are never fulfilled. Also doctor gave be the wrong prescriptions twice.

I had to call 4 times to follow up on prescription, sent a message to the Doctor and never got a reply. Followed up with phone call, got transferred three times, only to be sent to voice mail, never got a call back after that either. My Prescription has been late by 1 month now.
