Dr. Zotovic is amazing! I saw her for the first time today as a new patient, and her bedside manner was impeccable. I couldnt help smiling as she talked. Shes caring, thorough, thoughtful, insightful - everything you would want in a primary care physician. On top of this, her staff were friendly and accommodating. They even apologized for the 7 min wait, even though I had to finish registration when I got there (so I was likely the cause of the delay). Wow! When does that ever happen? Im so happy I found Dr. Zotovic - shes just lovely. I would recommend 110%.

Front desk, medical assistant, and Dr. Danijela Zotovic were all caring, welcoming, and efficient. They went above and beyond to attend my needs. In and out for an annual checkup took only about 20 minutes. Also received great referral to a specialist. Best practice I’ve experienced.

Everyone was so kind. I felt at ease the whole visit. You can tell they really care. Very happy I found Dr. Zotovic :D))

I have never been to a better Drs office. From the check in with the most incredible reception nurses, to Amber Rosenthals incredible bedside manner and knowledge, I would highly recommend coming here. Amber has been nothing but kind and helpful. Amber is so understanding and walked me through all the things she was doing, she connected to me as a person and not just as a patient. I have never been to a better practice and am so glad I came across them. They are just so incredibly warm and caring. (They even noticed I got a haircut a few months after my last visit) I have sent quite a few of my friends here and will continue to.

Beyond kind, very thorough, and so fast. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a doctor’s office. Dr. Zotovic’s style is so joyful while still being candid, it’s a breath of fresh air.

I visited Bodhi Medical Care last week to get a COVID test before seeing family for Thanksgiving. Typically I am not a fan of doctor’s offices, but I have to admit, Amber Rosenthal was easily the most caring, knowledgeable, and professional individuals I’ve encountered in the field. Also, her medical assistant was extremely helpful and attentive. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly, highly recommend!

This is only about A. Rosenthal, FNP. I have had other pleasant visits for a doctor here in the past.Is it normal for her to spend an hour with a patient, talking and laughing, while there are people waiting right outside? FYI people waiting outside were past their appointment time like an hour with no exaggeration.And well she did talk a lot with me too even in that situation...

Very helpful! This was my first time seeking medical care at Bodhi and I really recommend Dr.Zotovic, she is extremely knowledgeable, very considerate and well mannered. Especially if it’s your first time I recommend to see Dr.Zotovic as she makes the transition to a new practice quite comforting. This was a great experience for an extremely high anxiety issue. The staff was very helpful. Amber Rosenthal was beyond knowledgeable, patient, and caring with me. This is something you do not find in many medical practices today. I highly recommend making an appointment to see Amber Rosenthal, as I certainly will be going back for any future issues I have.I went back for my 2nd visit this week to see Amber Rosenthal. There was no wait time at all. Everything was as scheduled. She did not rush me as a patient nor was it over crowded in the office. She was considerate and took the appropriate amount of time with me to make me feel comfortable. The front desk was friendly. I even scheduled another appointment for next week and have recommended Amber to my friends and even medical doctors I know due to her professionalism.

Tiny office space when I went. Dr was ok but now they have an inefficient online system where if you dont check in on time for an online appt, it will cancel your appt automatically 10 mins before the appt. Super frustrating.

Dr. Malanchovsky is an extremely caring and thorough doctor. Booking an appointment is extremely easy as you can do it online, and he works at several office locations. His staff is very courteous and friendly and treat you with the best care. They follow-up with you immediately with any test results and are available to discuss any concerns. I would highly recommend and am so glad that I found him.

I have been seeing Dr. Malachovsky for a decade now and I cant recommend him highly enough. Dr. Malachovsky has been nothing but incredible to me and my family. He is kind and absurdly responsive. In a healthcare system where weve come to expect frustration and poor service, even with good insurance, Dr. Malachovsky is a shining star of what good medical care can be.

Dr. Nishawala is the best pediatrician I have ever met. His diagnosis is always accurate and he saved my child life when she got sick and handled the emergency situation promptly and effectively. I sincerely appreciate him and his professional skill. In addition to his excellent practice, my child loves to see him because he is truly caring and friendly.

EXCELLENT MEDICAL SERVICES

Dr. Malachovsky is the best practitioner you could ever meet in NYC, hes highly qualified and his level of service exceeds any expectations. For various different reasons Ive had to consult with him and hes very accurate and would make good recommendations. I feel comfortable talking to him about anything.For many years, Dr. Malachovsky continues to be my number 1.

Promptly took my call and was able to fit me in on a day when they were full (on their website). Upon arrival, the wait was very short... between 5-10mins at the practice. There was an issue at the pharmacy, about which I spoke directly to the practice... they immediately called the pharmacy on 2 occasions and addressed the matter right away. 1 item needed further authorization from my heathcare provider and I received a follow up email the following morning with a status from the practice. Since moving to NYC almost 15yrs ago, this is by far the most pleasant and well organised doctors practice I have used. All the staff I have liaised with here are so nice and very helpful.
