Cool looking place. Super easy and fast. Friendly staff and probably the cleanest facility I’ve been to. Happy to make them my primary care location.

Lovely office complete with nibbles and coffee. I was a first time patient and the check in process was quick and friendly. They ladies at the front desk were helpful. Dr. Roya Fathollahi was on time (!!) and delightful. She is very easy to talk to and addressed all my questions and suggested a couple of possible approaches. A perfectly pleasant annual check-up.

Dr. Yakubov is wonderful! He is nothing but professional, and caring, and runs on time. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each and every option fully. He answered all my questions. Excellent gi doctor I highly recommend him

Finding a decent doctor in NYC is a struggle. I found Dr. Roya after a few bad experiences and it was such a relief. She was thoughtful, took her time to explain things and actually seemed like she cared. The nursing and wait room staff was also very friendly and easy to work with. The office was beautiful and clean, I waited 10 min and was in and out. Will be back to this joint practice for my future specialty appointments as well!

Dr. FATHOLLAHI is very kind and thorough. I was at ease throughout the whole visit and she also provided a referral to see another specialist.

Just came from my first visit here and I am absolutely surprised at all my encounters with the staff today. I never had any positive experiences with doctors- they are usually curt and sometimes insulting, which was why I was in the market for a new regular physician. Happy to say I will be returning to Dr. Roya Fathollahi’s office. Front staff were also courteous and professional, which is also important. I came early for an annual physical and I was out in less than an hour. Most of the time spent was registering as a new patient at this facility, but I’m sure it will be a quicker and smoother process next visit around. Highly recommend!

I had a good time with Zhana the BEST MA!!! She didn’t care that my urine smelled like coffee. She said it’s normal for the New Yorker since they don’t sleep. Good times.

This was my first appointment for my annual physical and the experience was fantastic. It was easy to make an appointment online and I got in and out without having to wait. Dr Chaudhary helped me figure out what tests I should take and was thorough.

This is my second year visiting her and I am disappointed at the level of carelessness. She omitted a spart of the annual exam that that I requested to the lab that I am required to go back to the office and get another blood work done. Seriously, it should have been done in all one go! This is such a careless mistake. The bloodwork that day was also particularly painful and took longer depends on the nurse you get and that I would have really hated to go back and the worst thing happened. Overall, the visit also seemed rushed and insincere - I wont consider this place for my next annual check ups.

I went in for a checkup and received a bill for $600 for lab work because they submitted my labs to a non network lab. Now I cant get anyone to resolve it after 5 phone calls and countless messages. The doctor is great, but that is about it with this place. No one seems willing.to help me.

Everyone here is immensely kind and helpful. I dont think Ive ever had such a great experience at a doctors office. And the referrals I got make me feel more confident about tackling issues going forward.

Called three times on three separate days to hear the results of the tests i went to get done, each time to be told by a different secretary that the results were ready and they would pass along the message that she needed to contact me. i still have not been contacted. don’t bother with this doctor if you’re looking for someone who values you as a patient.

I asked her to test me for vitamins and minerals deficiencies. When my lab results came, there was no result for vitamins and minerals. I called her office and they told me they were going to call lab and see if they still can test the leftover blood!!!!Not sure if the lab actually kept my blood samples until two weeks later or the results were not mine.Anyhow, the results did not include Vitamin D. When I asked them again, they told me it’s a new policy and insurance companies do not pay for this test anymore. Few days later I found they tested my sister fir Vitamin D deficiencies. I DO NOT trust this doctor and I do not recommend her at all.

Everyone in the office is very nice. I’ve been there only once, Dr. Fathollahi seemed very knowledgeable. The reason for the four star is because they weren’t on time, I had to wait 25 mins.

Ive been going to Dr. Fathollahi for a few years now. Almost every visit is at least a 30 minute wait, and getting prescriptions renewed is very difficult because no one calls you back when you leave a message. The front desk/administrative staff is a problem, and unfortunately, this seems to be a problem across Concorde Medical Group. The doctors are great. The admin. staff could use a refresher course that would teach them how to answer messages, for one thing.

Update: They are trying to resolve the situation. I will keep updated.---I had gone to her office for 2 years and had thought she was nice, caring and professional and continue to see her... until my last visit became a billing nightmare.My last visit was an annual physical checkup, which is 100% covered by my employers insurance company (my second one and first physical with Dr. Fathollahi was all covered). I went in and started talking about my health issues as I was asked, which I assume that everyone routinely does in their annual checkup. I expressed some concerns and she suggested a couple of tests.Unbeknownst to me, these tests were not covered by my insurance company despite the fact that I asked Dr. Fathollahi if they are 100% covered and, if not, how much the co-pay is. She just smiled and nodded.3 weeks later, I received two separate bills, one from the medical group she belongs to and the other from a lab. If I had known how much these test would cost, I would have said no. The tests were completely unnecessary and I had been assured that they are covered as part of preventive services.She also suggested that I go to ultrasound to make sure that everything is OK. Again, as a risk-averse lawyer, I asked her if the test is 100% covered and she squinted her eyes and said yes. I felt that I should not have bothered her about the costs as I thought she would not recommend me anything that would cause me to co-pay.Then, I went to the suggested ultrasound facility at NYU and filled in the form. As I was about to get in. I thought I would ask the facility anyway and they surprisingly said, It should cost some for you. If youre not sure, call your insurance company. Thank god, I asked. I called the insurance company right at the reception and then was told it would have cost a few hundred dollars.I understand that this is a prevalent problem in this country and it is nothing to do with her medical ability or assessment, but if I cannot trust a doctor in any way, I would not feel comfortable going to see her/him.Just to warn all of potential patients out there, please make sure that you receive all the information not only about the tests themselves but also the costs associated with them because those are also the doctors responsibilities (and patients). In my case, I did my due diligence and still got unfortunate results.
