I had my appointment today with Ginatoday and it was perfect!!First of all I had the full time, she doesn’t double book like a doctor.The appointment was not like a regular nutritionist session. It was more like us talking about eating habits, what I want from this process and how we should achieve the goals.The best part was she didnt give me a cookie cutter plan we’re working on my specific issues.She was also really open to questions and explained everything clearly.Overall it was a great experience and definitely will stick to this place.

Theyre very passionate, realistic empathetic, professional and knowledgable here. Everything you could every want in people accompanying you on your annoyingly necessary journey to healthiness. (Why cant I finish my syrup covered bacon tempura with deep fried carrot cake every day????) Thirty one lbs and counting. Zero complaints.

I had a great first visit with Gina today. It was such a relief to walk in and not see a scale or tape measure. She gave me some very specific advice about how to foster intuitive eating. I look forward to our next meeting!

The office is a little small but Gina makes you feel great about being there. She empowers you to do what needs to be done to make change forever. She does not give you a list that you must follow, specifically but lays out techniques to change your health for the better.

I met with Gina today and really appreciated the personalized attention.Im a nurse so Im familiar with a lot of what she said, but the breakdown regarding the types of food I should eat and when was very informative.

Nutritionist Gina is excellent. she gives good advice based on your existing lifestyle.

This office is small and very personable. The staff listens and cares, they are wonderful!

Talked about herself the entire time. Did not hear me. Told me how I felt over and over. Waste of time and money.
