If I could give 6 stars, I would!Dr Robert Walther is an excellent doctor.He has been helping me for many years. He is always kind, friendly and cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and always found solutions/ treatments for my symptoms. His nurse is also friendly and efficient.I am grateful to have Dr Robert Walther as my doctor.

Dr. Bordone is excellent, passionate, professional and takes the time to truly help patients heal fully. She’s intelligent and resourceful and optimistic. Meeting her has changed my life.

My family and friends love Dr. Bordone. She attentive to the sensitivity of the problem and helps find a solution everytime.

Dr. Bordone is very nice and for the most part, very efficient in her exam, etc. I do wish that the Columbia doctors take a bit longer time spent with their patients---especially when they are running late and then rush you through your appointment........because they are running late and your appointment is at the end of the day. I realize they want to go home , but I want a great exam. This is a Columbia problem--too many appointments squeezed into one day.

Dr. Walther is wonderful. He has been treating my eczema and psoriasis for the last ten years or so. Whatever is in his magical cortisone shot, clears my skin within a week. and as a added value helps my arthritis. I feel better, have more vigor, and less hurt. Just adore this man.

Dr.Bordone is incredible. She told me exactly what I needed and gave me hope in a time that I was starting to lose it. Her diagnosis was spot on and I’m seeing incredible results following her recommendations. She balances good bedside manner with an efficient appointment, a great experience without a 2hr wait that comes with a lot of other doctors of her caliber. Highly recommend!

Doctor did her job well but was only seen by the doctor an hour and 20 minutes after my 9AM appointment. I work in healthcare. I do not understanding how this happens and why this is acceptable.You will get good care but have some buffer time since if an hour + wait is the norm first thing in the morning, I cant imagine what it is like later in the afternoon/evening.

The visit was efficient and thorough. I appreciate Dr. Bordone’s expertise!

Lindsey Bordone is an AMAZING dermatologist. She knows her stuff and will recommend different options for treatment. She’s also really easy to talk to and is understanding.

Long wait with no explanations forthcoming. Just show up half an hour late, it’ll have you in the same situation as if you actually show up on time.

Terribly managed, shamefully irresponsible / disorganized staff.I should have taken my last prescription medication 2 weeks ago. This mess all devolved due to a careless practitioner.Ive provided screenshots as evidence.Note, my injection was due on Dec. 20th. Ive been trying to get a refill since the beginning of the month, and should have received the medication months in advance.The pharmacy has called me and emailed me multiple times that ColumbiaDoctors have been unresponsive. (screenshots attached)After 15+ phone calls both with and without my pharmacy on the line - calling multiple times to every single office for Columbia Hospital, I still havent received an updated prescription, which is now 2 months overdue.Ive let this go multiple times, but this is really my last straw. This is no way to be spending my holidays.Ive escalated this issue with the staff on multiple occasions, but there was zero accountability to be had. Ive followed up with my doctor on the app as well. Ive asked this on multiple occasions to be escalated, and I was assured at least twice that it was. I still havent heard back.If this were a life-threatening medication, similarly to a reviewer below, I would be dead. The lack of accountability and care is astonishing.Avoid this practice at all costs.

The best run doctors office I’ve ever experienced. Appointments on time, efficient at the desk.

Office is poorly managed. Got the runaround for weeks to get a simple insurance authorization.I called the practice about 10 times over a course is a month for insurance authorization to get a prescription filled. I got the same answer every time I called which was they had passed on my message, opened a case and someone was working on it. Except my message was never passed on and no one had contact the insurance company and they did not know about the authorization request until they were formally contacted by the insurance. If this was urgent or life saving medication I’d be long dead.
