When entering west side kid dental,I knew this was a great choice for dental service. Everyone is so friendly, we even got a walk through of the practice. Graciela presented my daughter with a goody bag that had a balloon attached. What kid doesn’t like balloons. We proceeded to the examination room where they had coco melon on for my child and gave her some cool glasses while explaining the process with my child. Dr. Goldsmith did magic tricks and explained great hygiene for kids. We loved our first visit.thank you west side kid dental.

Dr. Goldsmith is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so sweet with children. My son loves him. He also helps us to take advantage of all of the preventive care that our insurance offers. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Definitely a great experience for my two kids. Clerical staff was welcoming. The tech provided us with an informative tour of the clinic. X-rays were simple and painless! The hygienist explained the teeth cleaning process step by step. Lastly, Dr. Goldsmith was detailed and provided the best care for my little ones!

I love West Side Kids Dental!! Dr. Goldsmith is wonderful. He is a true professional, honest, kind, knowledgeable, has lots of patience, etc... I have 2 children and he knows how to treat my little one who is a little nervous. I can guarantee you that if your child is nervous about the dentist experience this is the place and doctor for you. Staff super professional and friendly , environment is great to keep your little one entertained in other things and stop thinking about “the dentist”, equipment is modern, they are always on time. My oldest is almost 9 and has a lot of anxiety, but they handle it extremely well. They have provided excellent advice these years, and we are very happy. My kids love their goodie-bags at the end too. Very clean! We have felt very safe during Covid-19 at their office. Also, the people working at the front desk are great too. Very efficient, never a problem. I love their reminders system. I highly recommend them!!!

Truly a great place for kids dental visits! Our 3-yr old daughter came for her annual visit and it was thorough, safe, and pleasant. Dr. Goldsmith and the hygienist took the time to explain everything to our daughter, answered all of our questions, AND gave her a nice cleaning/polish/fluoride treatment. We were done in about 20 minutes. The office was clean, everyone wore protective gear, and our daughter came in and out happily. We would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Goldsmith and the staff at West Side Kids Dental are amazing. My 5 yo daughter loves going to the dentist because they make her feel comfortable and at ease while she is getting her dental check up. They make sure to explain everything they are doing to the child and the parents. They also educate them on how they can take care of their teeth better. I wouldnt take her anywhere else.

My 27 month old had her first dentist visit today and it was great! There was no wait, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! Dr. Goldsmith explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do at home. He and his team made sure she was comfortable and gave her a balloon and prizes which won her over. Our 6 month follow up was booked on the spot and we were good to go!

Its perfect for childrens dental visits. The doctor speaks directly to them and explains everything step by step to the child and parent. Definitely glad I found them!

Our children have been coming to this dentist for a few years now and the best thing is the customer service! Everyone from the support staff at the front desk to our dentist, greet us to make sure we feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very clean, temperature is taken upon entry, no crowded wait room and the office smells great.

My daughters have been patients of Dr. Goldsmith and Dr. Lynch for 4+ years now and we love them so much. Recently my two year old had a bad fall and hurt her tongue and teeth. Dr. Goldsmith was fully available during the evening, texting and calling me all weekend, giving me advice on how to treat her injury and what to feed her, and then Dr. Lynch saw my daughter and just took such good care of us. Dr. Goldsmith also connected me with an oral surgeon for an additional opinion. I am just so thankful for how they took care of us during an emergency situation. This is just a really wonderful practice with knowledgeable and caring doctors.

The office was great! My 2-yr-old son went in for his first appointment. They had a gift bag waiting, gave a tour of the office and then sat him in a comfy chair with a TV monitor on the ceiling. The dentist and the assistant had all kinds of tricks and fun phrases to help him feel comfortable and understand what they needed him to do. And they were so fast! Definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.

My 7yr old and I went for his first visit. The wait time was ZERO!! The office is well equipped with kid friendly x-ray machine, TV screens on the ceiling, a GIFT BAG!! The staff was very nice and so was the Dentist. Overall it was a very nice experience. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This office is PHENOMENAL!! So amazing with children but also explain what’s going on during the visit to both parent and child!! We were even given a tour of the office! Best pediatric dentist and experience of all time!! My four year old is terrified of the dentist and is extremely difficult to cooperative with. However the entire staff and especially Dr. Goldsmith made her feel so at ease and comfortable and very very welcomed. The doctor went though a treatment plan for her dental work and explained to me in detail of what he feels is best. Dr. Goldsmith is an amazing dentist! We went to our second visit this week & he’s so pleasant, was great with my son, was so great in educating us to maintain great dental hygiene & made him feel at ease while he did his cleaning. The office is very clean, they offer you coffee, tea, water or hot chocolate & at the end the kids get to pick 2 toys from a treasure box, super cute! They really pay attention to all details to make sure your visit with your child is pleasant.I highly recommend Dr. Goldsmith, you won’t regret it!

We found this place when we passed by it. The first visit was amazing. They are very friendly, quick and dr. Goldsmith and his staff were all very polite and knowledgeable. I took my 3 1/2 yr old for a minor filling on upper back teeth. Dr. Lynch was so amazing at keeping him calm. He usually squirms a lot. He really responded very well to her and she got them both done in one visit. This was his second time ever at the dentist! Thank you for a great experience. :)

Just took our 21 month old daughter to her first dentist appointment. Dr. Goldsmith and the rest of the team made us and our little one feel at ease. They were very sweet, knowledgeable and quite entertaining.

We actually came early, and they saw us early! Ive never experienced a team and staff better at managing a childs expectations and making the experience as anxiety-free and fun as possible. While at the same time, we moved through the whole process (X-rays and check-up) quickly, yet not rushed. My son actually looks forward to his return visit in six months, when was the last time you felt that way about a dental appointment?

It was our first visit and my daughter was extremely nervous but all that changed from the receptionist (forgot her name) Jessica, Dr Goldsmith is so much fun. My daughter loves him. She says hes the best. The environment very welcoming. Her favorite part was the toys and the little rap session with Dr Goldsmith. We left there feeling like we belonged there . My daughter says she aint going anywhere else from now on.

West Side Kids Dental is by far the best Pediatric Dental office I have taken my kids to. The staff is very professional and courteous. They are very accommodating. They are so flexible with every patients schedule. When it comes to patient care and satisfaction you cant go wrong when choosing West Side. Everything from how their clinic to their website is set up is perfection. Their website is very informational and has all forms required for new patients. Their office is a kids friendly environment. Dr. Robert Goldsmith treated my two kids with great individualized care. He took his time to explain things and my kids felt very comfortable with him. He has a way of leveling with kids to the extent where kids feel comfortable during their dental visit. I will be bringing my kids for their six month recall in December and for future visits.

Even though we have moved to a different neighborhood we still come to see Dr.Goldsmith. He is professional yet down to earth and warm. He made my, now 10th grader, but then 1st grader feel comfortable and safe right at the first visit.

My kids love the dentist... seriously who can say that, any parent whos child goes here. Both of my children look forward to thier trips. Service is quick, warm and caring. You get an education in your childs oral hygiene and care, while your kids are entertained with cartoons. The dentist is so awesome wonderful with kids , you can tell it is a passion and calling not a job for him. He puts the kids at ease and encourages them through the whole thing. I can not say enough good things. One draw back, I am not a child, because i need a great dentist.

First time bringing my son to Westside. Was able to get a Saturday appointment, which is a plus. Was seen within 5 minutes of our arrival. Front desk staff , super friendly and professional. Jessica , the hygienist was great with my son! Explained procedures and answered questions to my son and I. Made him feel as if this was a fun adventure. The office is clean , neat, kid friendly, bright atmosphere. Dr. Goldsmith was just as friendly and professional as well. Dr Goldsmith is amazing. My son unfortunately got his first cavity and I was dreading the visit. I was sure my son wouldnt cooperate , Dr G put him at ease immediately and was so efficient that it was over so quickly without so much as a flinch from my son.
