Best dentist office ever! They are very technically advanced for appointments - can easily chat with them on their website. They texted me a reminder and I was also able to let them know that I was running a little late due to traffic and they responded immediately. Dr. Kim was great - she was very thorough and explained everything to me. The office gave me a little care pack after my surgery which was really nice.

They are the best dental practice ever! I became a patient almost 2 years ago and have had a lot of work done (2 crowns, fillings, treatments, cleanings etc.) and all has turned out great. This is a competent, extremely user-friendly practice. The doctors are well-trained and intelligent. They are young for the most part, so perhaps not as much cumulative experience as some private practices, but their knowledge is good. Assistants are friendly and efficient. The front-desk crew is outstanding -- they take care of paperwork in an up-to-date way with texts, email and online insurance submissions -- and the amenities make patients feel valued. (For example, theres always coffee, and on a good day, Kind bars.) Finally, the hours cant be beat: weekends, almost all holidays, and evenings, theyre here!

Dr. Piamonte is one of the greatest dentists I have ever had! I am very impressed with his kindness and patience in explaining my plan of care. He always makes sure that I am comfortable with the least amount of pain from any procedure. His competency is exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful work that you do!

A huge waste of time

I found CPW Dentistry on Google after losing my tooth filing on a Saturday night. The next day I had an appointment and was treated by Dr. Kim and Sam. They were so caring and understanding about my fear of dental work. It was my BEST dental experience and I will definitely be going back for regular check-ups.

I LOVE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!Everyone on staff is polite, helpful, professional, and friendly. they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable!The dentists are extremely good! my favorite; Dr. Lhota, is like a zen master in the dental world-hes awesome!! and my hygienist, Diane is the best as well, she is so knowledgeable and caring, has the softest touch, and should get an award for nicest person on earth!They also have treatment coordinators who help you navigate through the confusing world of insurance and payment plans, Felix and Malory are the absolute best! I could go on and on....I have worked in the medical field for 40 yrs, and have NEVER come across a practice where every single person working there is nicer than the last. I strongly recommend them whether you have to go for emergency work, maintenance, or cosmetic-They do it all superbly.

Wanted to say some good words. However, after couple round efforts, i decided to give them an one star. This place is extremely expensive. They dont take any dental insurance, which means patients must pay in full at the visit. At the time I made reservation, the staff asked me our dental insurance information since our dental insurance does cover out of net work dentist too. The front desk staff also told me that they will take care of submitting insurance claim. So that i can receive my refund soon. I was very happy to hear that. However, after I paid in full. My insurance company never sent me a check. So I called my insurance company and they told me there is no any claim submission from this office! So I called this office again and the front office promised to send as soon as possible. However, after a month, nothing happened! I feel they are very eager to make money and does not really care about the patient! I will never recommend this place to my friend.

Dr Gardner is amazing! She is extremely gentle, and has a wonderful manner. I am the sort of person who loathes going to the dentist, but I leave her office literally with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Central Park West Dentistry to everyone!

Love this place! Everyone is so kind, professional, flexible, helpful. They make setting appointments incredibly easy for - theyll text you to set it up so you dont have to worry about calling. They also send email and text reminders of your appts and always follow up and ask how everything went. Ive even texted them to change my insurance and to ask them if certain procedures are covered and they take of it all through text and call your insurance for you. So helpful!!! My days are crazy so that is always so much appreciated that they will reach out for you.They are thorough going over any options with you for any work you need done, consultations you want to look into etc. and are very transparent about any costs upfront and what is and is not covered by your insurance.The team is very accommodating, especially with some sensitivities I have, and always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.Dr Martin is fantastic. Dr. John Lhota is an amazing dentist with a minimally invasive dental technique that yields outstanding results. He provided TV monitors during his procedures which allowed his patients to observe his methods all the while quelling any apprehension. I would recommend him.

Both my wife and I have had extensive work done here. She has had several implants, and I multiple crowns, in addition to periodontal cleanings. I have been a patient with Dr Lhota since he began working at the Smile Center on 72nd Street. Fresh out of school, and me petrified of Dentists since I was a kid, he was amazing from the start. He is not only a great dentist, but a real up front and honest man. I have never had any pain, and I would follow him where ever he went. This practice is so great wonderful. The staff from Felix at the front desk, to his assistant Joan, the Hygienist Diana, to all the other office staff, they are so friendly, and courtesy, and great at their jobs. Whenever I have had an emergency, and there were a few, they always fit me in the same day I called. I just had to have my plate fixed, and after all the measuring and impressions, when I went today to pick it up, it fit just like a glove. Hard to find such great treatment. The place and his staff are nothing short of great.....

I’ve been a patient of CPW Dentistry for over 6 years now, and every visit is as smooth as they should be.The front desk people are always welcoming and cordial; I’ve never had to wait for the doctor or dental hygienist - they are always puntual. I’ve seen several dental hygienists, and they are all so professional and nice - my favorite is Cailin. She’s so kind and always makes sure I’m comfortable and I know what’s she’s doing.My usual doctor is Dr Kuller, equally nice, professional and with a great sense of humor. I’ve also seen Dr. Kim, and really, all of them are great! And on top of that - they are always very helpful with insurance issues and they are always upfront about costs of procedures, insurance coverage, etc.Oh! And making and confirming appointments with them is so easy! They even text you reminders (an actual human is the one texting you, not an automated message) and helps find the best time for an appointment. And they are open every single day of the year, with the exception of Christmas and New Year.Believe me. It doesn’t get any better than this!

This review is years overdue. I have been with CPW for 6 years now and I havent missed an appointment with them. Before them, I never stuck around with any dentist for more than 2 visits. I couldnt find a good dentist I could trust or was painless. CPW serioulsly goes above and beyond what youd expect from your dentist. Everyone is genuinely nice; they really care about you and respect you. They do a phenomenal job cleaning your teeth and they really specialize in painless procedures. The front desk staff is super friendly, they offer complimentary snacks, coffee, etc, and followed up after my recent visit to ask for feedback and ensure that I had a positive experience. As for the dentist, I saw Dr. Kuller--a very refreshing combination of professional and down to earth. Yes, the prices arent cheap there, but I feel very confident in the work Dr. Kuller has done so far and I feel like you get what you pay for. A financials person sat down with me before any treatment was done to give me estimates and to lay out all of my payment options in plain terms. Also, they are open 7 days a week with extended evening hours--super helpful for busy professionals! AND the chairs have built-in massagers!! Whats not to love?!

Sadly, I write this message after being a patient of Central Park West Dentistry for 9 years. I have been a fan of this dentistry up until my last visit. However, when I recently had a cleaning, I found the staff (Monique to be exact) rude and utterly demeaning to her assistant as he was trying to learn. Couple that with the fact that when I tried to explain something to her about my oral health she was dismissive, rude to me and could care less about what I had to say. I have worked in healthcare and in customer focused environments all my life and it is always best to listen to your audience. Unfortunately, they fail at this cardinal rule. I would steer clear of this dentistry...sadly. They have lost a once happy customer.

I have to be honest. I’m fearful of dentists, and needles and also I’m Canadian. I hadn’t been to a dentist in about three years. So I might have over flossed before hand out of performance anxiety. Not only was this place amazing from beginning to end, Cailinn (the gracious and badass woman in charge of my treatment) held my hand people! While I was trepidatious, I honest to goodness feel as though I made friends and LOOK FORWARD to returning. Which if you knew the level of my panic prior to my visit, you’d understand how big of a leap that is. Not only are my teeth in workable condition, and frankly gleaming – I called my mom in Canada to explain to her just how high-tech the experience was in addition to the friendly service. Can’t say enough good things, if you got an ache or need a scrub – just go.

The team at CPW dentistry was absolutely accomodating! The first thing they did when I entered, was give me a gift right away - A bag with a mug, toothpaste and floss! I was offered coffee while I waited. They even still saw me, all though I was 10 minutes late and they didnt have me wait long at all.The Dentist, Dr. Lohpida was so gentle and was kind enough to walk me through the process I will surely be returning for a follow-up visit. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to break my rule for Central Park West Dentistry. I have a horrible dental phobia – I hate the dentist. Frankenstein has nothing on me when it comes to his fear of fire and my fear of the dentist. I best him to the nth degree when it comes to me being terrified of the dentist.At my first visit to the office on West 68th Street, Heilen came to sit next to me to explain my dental benefits. I must have had the most pitiful look on my face because she asked me if I was okay. The minute she said that, I burst out in gut-wrenching tears. I was terrified. She called Cailin, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Kim, to speak to me. The three of them were so understanding of my fears and anxiety and reassured me that I would be okay. They were right. The cleaning, with Anel sitting next to me the entire time, went well and I experienced no pain.My second visit, a root canal that needed two sessions, was with Dr. Goswami. At the first session, I met Meghan. She also assured me that I would be okay and she was correct. I then meet Tori, who explained the virtue of, and gave me nitrous oxide, which is amazing – it helped to calm me down immensely. The root canal went well and again I experienced no pain before or after. On the second visit, I meet Sabrina, another extremely nice treatment coordinator.I had dental implants with Dr. Gardner. She is amazing as well. I had a lot of injections, and did not feel any of them. After, I only needed tylenol for mild, mostly annoying, pain.If, like me, you need to be in the office when it is quiet, you can always ask for the best time and you will be accommodated. Also, what is great about this practice is that the people who work there have also had procedures done at CPW Dentistry, so they can talk to you about the doctors. That has to be a major indicator of the power and kindness of the doctors.I want to give the biggest thank you to Heilen, Cailin, Dr. Kim, Dr. Gardner, Dr. Kuller, Jess, Meghan, Anel, Dr. Goswami, Tori, Jess, Jessica, and everyone else in the office. You are the best and I couldn’t have done it without you!My final words, I still need more work to be done – a lot more, but if your dental phobia is through the roof, make an appointment here asap. Central Park West Dentistry is the best in the city! Dr. Lhota and his staff were amazing! Clean, friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgable, patient, kind, great dental cleaning and work. I received a regular cleaning, sealants, a cavity drilled and filled, and my top 6 front teeth received bonding to help with discoloration. I also had a gap filled in between my front top two teeth. The results were amazing! Cant stop getting comments on the color of my teeth and the gap that was filled is undetectable. I never have smiled and laughed so much! If youre looking for a new dentist for regular cleanings or check ups or cosmetic work I would highly recommend. 5 star top score! I will definitely be going back regularly. Even if you think your teeth are fine. I recommend getting in there even for a check up and X-rays... he is really good at catching things with your teeth before they get worse. Prices are very fair as well. Dont wait any longer to smile brighter than ever before... i was told that invisaline braces are available as well. What more could you ask for?
