I love this place their very professional, friendly and polite. They always will see you at your scheduled appointment. You dont have to wait to be seen. I love my dentist Dr. Scott Levitz is the best and every other dentist that I have seen in passed when I had an emergency. I love that fact that you get to build a relationship with your dentist and they dont pressure you in getting things done that you dont need. The premise is very clean and modern. I love that they have a small refrigerator full complimentary bottles of water. The restrooms are very clean and also are dentist area. I appreciate that they have a variety of staff like hygienists, medical assistants, receptionists, oral surgeons, dentist and a financial person. Theyve tried very hard to work with you as much as they can and they also help you make financial arrangements if youre not able to pay in full. Theyre open 7 days of the week and their willingness to schedule you in right away especially if youre having an emergency. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed. You wont regret it!

I have been coming to Cascada dental for about 3 years now and have always received great service. Today I was seen by Jashley the hygienist and she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Great visit.

I am finishing up my Invisalign Treatment and honestly, it was super easy, and chill. After my consultation I was given a break down of the price and then my schedule to pick up my trays every 2 weeks. I am on tray 21 of 26, got a wrap up consultation from Dr. Y (she’s super nice and enthusiastic, and doesn’t talk with medical jargon) and i’m super excited to be done! i definitely recommend this place. plus the waiting area is modern and CLEAN. 😌 don’t wait !

If I can give a ZERO I would. Since last year I been calling to schedule an appointment. The staff keeps telling me they will put me on the waiting list and will call me which they never do. I pass by every day and I see people in the waiting area. Once of the receptionist told me because of my insurance I would be placed on the waiting list. These people are so unprofessional and they have preferences on what insurance they take first. I would never recommend. STAY AWAY!!!!

Cascada is a top notch facility, I have been coming here for years. The staff is awesome a huge thank you to Patricia for all you have done you are a true asset to Dr.Y and Cascada, now onto Dr Shin he is brilliant, a true artist when it comes to your dental needs. He loves his work and the attention to detail goes far beyond to see that you’re satisfied and it shows when you have the perfect smile, when you first meet Dr Shin for a consultation depending on your dental needs he will give you many choices, if any of your teeth don’t need to be serviced he will tell you he’s a very honest person, Cascada follows all Covid 19 protocols has state of the art equipment and the newest techniques available, if you are afraid of the dentist like I am, don’t worry he and his staff (Jusli) will make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Although I had to pay out of pocket, I have a huge phobia to dentist. Since I’ve had nothing but traumatic experiences as a kid at the dentist. This place did great easing my anxiety when I went in to get a filling done, I would definitely recommend! Might even consider going everytime for my 6 months cleaning. They talk you through anything which most dentists I’ve gone to, especially the one prior, do not.

Dr. Rickin and his assistant Areatxa were amazing. It was my first cavity & they made me feel super comfortable.

Arantxa and Dr Khaloo are by far my favorite people in this office. I will go wherever they for my teeth. Dr Khaloo is the most precise and efficient doctor you can ask for. He provides very detail information and will walk you through the steps of any procedure you’re getting done. Highly recommend the dynamic due when you visit this office.

One of the worst customer service and the receptionist dont know what they are doing. they dont work by appointment. If you come here you have to know that you are going to miss the whole day. They make too many appointments at a time and do not have enough staff to provide the proper service.

Always seems they want to sell you something a tooth brush, deep cleaning, even try to cut out the specialist they refered me too in first place because now they can do prcedure??Just seems like very u professional.

Love the place especially Patricia she is very polite and she look very busy but made sure she took care of each client(s) especially with me we discuss over my procedure and what needed to be done and how things will work out, she made me feel very comfortable kept asking me if I had any questions about anything since I will be getting a root canal with Cascada Dental Spa glad I made a appointment with them I sure did leave with a smile in my face even though I had a face mask on that probably no one can tell but yes! Beautiful space, very good dentists, but they make it difficult for people to make appointments with insurance. If you say you pay out of pocket youll be walked right in. If you use insurance (I guess depending on which) they dont really want you. I was treated to both scenarios as Ive been self-paying and an insurance carrier so have experienced the different reception. Owner blames his workers for lack of training and high turn over. Well that means he should create the work environment that encourages happy, knowledgeable and well trained employees, both for them and the patients.

Left my dentist of 20 years for Dr. Rhee at Cascada and this has been an amazing experience. Dr. Rhee is extremely thorough and a perfectionist. He tells you exactly the best treatment options. He works quickly and is always gentle. I can’t think of a better dentist. Dr.Rhee is outstanding! Cascada is very clean and parking is available a few blocks away. I highly recommend Cascada and Dr. Rhee is the best of the best!

Beautiful office but poorly ran on the admin level... Very inconsistent with high staff turnover. I was a customer for years which is why I did give 1 star over a disagreement but I gave the office many opportunities to make a bad situation right and wad never contacted after spending hundreds of dollars

Establishment was VERY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, MINIMAL WAIT TIME, COURTEOUS PERSONNEL, EFFICIENTLY PROMPT SERVICE, with STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT, EXCEPTIONALLY SKILLED DENTAL TECHNICIAN with GREAT PATIENT SAFETY CARE and INFORMATION FRIENDLY. Only shortfall was non-acceptance of city employee insurance. Other than that a TOTALLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this facility that is also close to public transportation.

This is my first time with Dr. Khalid and Assistant Cindy. I am terrified of the dentist period!! As soon as I spoke to Dr. Khalid she made me feel amazingly comfortable. She explained very carefully what I needed and did not use the big words to throw me off. Then came along Cindy she also really beyond to make me comfortable. At one point we were all humming to a song...that’s how comfortable I felt! I came in for a filling and ended up just doing a root canal I needed. Definitely recommend Cascada Dental Spa.

I’ve been going here for years. I stopped going because of a bad experience with the last dentist I had. Decided to give them another try. Today I first saw Dr. Khalid who was very thorough in explaining my options and assessing the work that needed to be done. She was great! Dr. Donovan ended up doing my work today and he was amazing!! I couldn’t believe that he was finished so quickly and I didn’t experience any pain. Never had a tooth pulled that easily. If I can give him 10 stars I would. I will definitely be going back now that they have new staff and to see Dr. Donovan. Even the receptionists are better now. Patricia is also awesome! Great experience this time. Im a patient of Cascada but hadnt gone for awhile due to the pandemic. Since things have calmed down in NYC, I thought I should consider getting a cleaning - which was overdue.Before making an appointment, I called to find out if Cascada is observing precautions and was told it is - that all patients are required to wear masks, get their temperature taken and hands washed. I was also told all staff wear masks and other protective PPE. I still felt anxious but thought I should do the cleaning now in case things get worse again in the future. Unfortunately, when I arrived on time for my appointment, I saw a patient in the waiting room with her mask hanging from her ear. After five minutes I couldnt take it any more and let the front desk staff I felt unsafe because the mask policy wasnt being enforced. They motioned to the patient, who gave me attitude but put her mask on.I was soon led to a treatment room and told a hygienist would be with me. After 20 minutes of anxious waiting (with my mask still on) I stopped a staff member and told her I was anxious and feeling unsafe waiting around. The hygienist (Scarlet) showed up shortly afterward and when she asked how I was doing, I was honest and to her credit, she was very empathetic, apologizing and asking if I still wanted to proceed. At that point, I just wanted to get it over with. The good news is the cleaning was effective, painless and professional. When I went to pay, I saw yet another patient not using her mask properly. Ugh!In fairness, Im told the staff has been doing their best to get the community to observe the mask protocols and has taken a lot of flack for it from patients who just dont seem to respect others health.So if youre wondering if Cascada has good hygienists, it absolutely does. Id definitely ask for Scarlet again. But if youre wondering if you can count on other patients to do their part, not so much.

Make sure you get 100% confirmation of your insurance will cover vs what you are responsible for. I called my insurance and they said this location is IN network. But they are IN/OUT of network, not what Aetna told me or what Cascada said. It took me 2 hrs to figure this out between phone calls with Aetna and waiting at their front desk since I had to reschedule my appointment. Turns out the LOCATION is in network but the dentist seeing me is Out of Network, how does that make sense?!?!? And non of their front desk people could tell me that?I did not get any dental work done here, the experience with insurance was enough stuff was enough to not want to get any work done here. I suggest you call your insurance and the location ahead of time.

Cascada Dental Spa is a great office, I strongly recommend it. The office is beautiful and clean. I visited the office for the first time last week and I personally recommend Dr. Levitz, he is a great doctor. He made me feel comfortable during his examination and explained his treatment plan completely and the reasons why I needed the procedures. The hygienist Amy was very gentle and thorough during my cleaning. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will, definitely be coming back great services!

The staff is always professional and courteous and the Doctors make it clear they care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Lenny and his assistant Olga for any dental work. Lenny is professional and an expert in dentistry. He did an amazing job covering my gap due to my gums diminishing and I’m happy with the results. I was told by another dentist I couldn’t get it done without different methods and Dr. Lenny was able to do it with no problem. I can’t stop looking at them! He took his time and did a great job. The facility is neat and the staff is friendly.

I’m usually petrified of the dentist. But Donovan and Julissa his assistant made this experience so much better for me. They helped me overcome my fears and we’re so gentle and patient with me. They are also extremely good with time. I got two fillings done in like 30min-45min. And with them I have never waited more than 5 min in the waiting room. I have seen them 3 times for fillings.Donovan and Julissa are the best team!

First of all, Cascada Dental Spa is truly a gorgeous facility. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly front desk staff and wait by a beautiful Cascading waterfall. Cascada apparently invest in the latest dental technology because it looks like the 21st century dental office. I find the people who work here very nice, professional and thorough. Maria in particular was very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. It has been over six months since my last cleaning and Maria knew my name, the day I was last here without looking at her computer. I was very impressed that she knew who I was - her memory is amazing and it made me feel special. Dr. Eric was very pleasant and professional. He was very thorough and detailed in his effort to determine problem areas of my teeth. Then he sits down with you and thoroughly discusses my situation and options. I use to be petrified of going to a dentist due to past experiences so I’ve never went to one steady place, until I found Cascade Dental Spa. I’ve been a patient of theirs for 4 years now (I guess you can call it my dental home) and have done different types of procedures From tooth internal bleaching to cavities fills to deep cleaning etc.. Yesterday I had the extraction of all my wisdom tooth with Dr. Lenny Nashtatik and Dental assistant Olga. They were perfect and had great professionalism .They explained the procedure steps by step. What I enjoyed the most; they were very humane and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience granted I was there for a teeth extractions.Over all the entire staff there is Amazing!! from front desk to all the assistance and doctors.

I visited the clinic today for a filling and I saw Dr. Khalid and her assistant Cindy. My experience was amazing they made me feel very comfortable from the beginning of the procedure to the end. I felt no pain it was easy and smooth definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs a check up.

Everyone was nice and it seemed like they were taking precautions for the most part. Ironically, the member that was wearing the bare minimum of PPE was the actual Dentist. That bothered me. Everyone else (hygienist, x-ray technician, etc.) was extremely protected and it made me feel safe.

I was really nervous about getting all my wisdom teeth removed and honestly the process was almost a piece of cake except the pre-extraction anxiety. I had a laser treatment with the specialist working on tusday a nice gentlemen doctor, I couldnt remember his name. I have been trying to speak or communicate with him regarding my situation for 2 weeks, this lady called Patricia couldnt allow me to speak with him and receptionist ignores my call. The only reason why Im continuing with with this dental is because of my specialist.Patricia is the worse manager and image for this dental and I will fill a complain about her for not allowing me to speak with the doctor who is treating me, she is heartless.

I had been suffering from excruciating pain on my wisdom tooth, I was desperate looking for a dentist that would actually want to take out and give me some relief. I came upon Cascada Dental online and contacted them, within 20 minutes, I received a phone call from Dr. Josephs and stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes until I calmed down and was able to explain the situation. He gave me a next day appointment since it was late at night already. At my visit I was attended by the most professional and attentive staff I have ever encountered in my life. The immediately attended to my pain and made as comfortable as possible. Dr. Gent took care of my extraction within the hour and I had never been so relived. I came in for a follow up the next day and was seen with the same love as the day last. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know the kind of risk of attending to the community in a pandemic, it’s truly heroic and I am eternally grateful. Can’t wait until all is back to normal to continue my dental care with Cascada, my new go-to dentist💕

Cascada Dental Spa is probably one of the best offices you can visit in NYC. Their staff is very professional and courteous and the interior is really clean and techy, Like a space ship. My doctor, Dr. Tiffany, is a master of her craft. She was extremely rad and had a cool sense of humor, which makes you feel at ease when you have metal utensils poking your mouth. All-in-all I had a wonderful visit. 10/10 would recommend.

It all started with a toothache around 2015/2016 after I had neglected going to the dentist for a few years.Dr. Josephs removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, Dr. Y handled my Invisalign treatment plan, lip fillers, and I lost count of how many cavities I have had filled by the other remarkable dentists at their practice. *While going to the dentist isnt the most fun, Im happy to report that they always numb me and I have never felt any pain during my many procedures. :)The practice is super clean and the aesthetic is sleek and modern.I cant recommend Cascada Dental Spa enough. Everyone is so kind - from the staff at the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists.

It’s a nice office! Great dentist, I had to get a few cavities done so she rescheduled me for later that day to get it done. The hygienist was also great. The dental assistant took a while to complete my xrays but overall it was a positive experience!

This place is incredible. The staff are always friendly, it is exquisitely clean, and the doctors always take their time with you, explain everything and are so knowledgeable. I’ve never been to a dentist who had such great technology that could track my progress and treatments. Dr Josephs and Dr Nehleber are absolutely incredible at what they do, super knowledgeable and so so gentle to the touch. I keep making the trek from Brooklyn just to come to this place because they are that good!!!

Ive never had a better dental experience. Dr. Chang was efficient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure every single tooth is healthy- the best kind of perfectionist. His bedside manner is so comforting. The scheduling was easy and it doesnt hurt that the lobby itself is so soothing. Receptionist not good with children. My child gets seen there with the dentist. Went back a week later because my 7 year old had to use the bathroom really bad. He was literally doing the pee pee dance in from of the receptionist and she turned us away. He urinated all over himself and he was so sad. I know they have policy but how could she turn a child away like that? Horrible.

Honestly the best dental office I’ve been to thus far. Everything from the comfortable and clean environment to the very professional staff . Appointments are close and they are punctual. Dr. Lenny was amazing. Broke everything down to the T , I felt no pain at all and was very comfortable. Marcie did my cleaning and was also very sweet and detailed . I am very happy with my experience.

I like it there more or less. They set a price with me for a procedure and then acted like it was more after I had already paid but I refused to pay and they were like oh ok you are actually correct. The actual dental work seems to be good.

Forget about the appealing aesthetic when you come here. The receptionist’s at the front desk do not know how to properly do their job and expect you to know information they should be Telling you before you arrive at your appointment such as co-pay’s etc. Not to mention they push Invisalign on you and kept me in there for 3 hours doing a “complimentary consultation “ when I came in for a cleaning. Mind you my teeth alignment is perfect. On my second visit I came in for a filling which I believed was covered by my insurance because my dentist kept telling me the cost of everything else on my previous visit that now that I think about it probably benefited her pockets and not me. Long story short they were asking me to pay them close to $400 on the spot for two fillings that I was never made aware of when I booked my appointment or the two times I confirmed my appointment before coming in. Asking for money on the spot and in front of other patients at a doctors office is so unprofessional.This place is money hungry and care more about their pockets than your actual health.

It is an amazing experience having this place for my fetal work. The place is nice and clean. The people are friendly and hard working. Always cautious and prompt service. Francia one of the dental assistant is superb. I always will recommend this spa to many of my friends.Cheers !!!

Dr. Khalid and her assistant Olga performed a root canal on my tooth today. They were very warming and comforting and Dr. Khalids hands are made out of gold, safe to say that it was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Cascada. Based off of Dr. Khalid I can say that they have a great practice!

Consummately professional staff, gorgeous setting, and compassionate care. I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time, but the hygienist took great care to ensure my comfort during my cleaning. The doctor himself was kind, personable, and took his time to explain everything to me that was found in the X-ray. The front desk staff take great care to clearly delineate your insurance coverage, and will make the calls to verify what your schedule of payments is.Incredible service steps from the 181 A stop. Highly recommended!

I recommend this dental spa to everyone. The dentist is very skilled and patient. They have the most up to date equipment, not to mention that this place looks like an actual spa. I am very happy with the work they have done on me. If you are looking for a gorgeous smile, I suggest you give them a try! I promise you wont regret it.

This place is amazing, I am so happy I discovered this dental office! Recently I started slacking off coming to the dentist due to some bad experiences but Cascada took really great care of me. The front desk staff are phenomenal and friendly and always greet you with a smile!I had all my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. J. I had high anxiety going in there with the procedure but he hid such a good job and has really great bedside manner. He explained everything he was doing and really gentle. The whole process took only a hour and the healing went well with minimal swelling.All the dentists within the good are professional and do a great job to make sure your concerns are addressed. The wait times are minimal and there office is clean and spacious! I like that they are also open on the weekends and close at 6. Even if your primary dentist is not available theres always someone who can see you!I recently started Invisalign which I was thinking about for a while, initially I did have some doubts but between Dr. J, his wife, and Dr. Tiffany they answered my bucket load of questions about the process and Dr. J made sure they were delivered on time due to some time constraints I have. The dental hygienists and techs are also great!I rate this place ten stars!!! You really dont have to look any further, best place in the area!

Dr. Rhee is awesome he has the best hands I had a root canal done and he made me feel so comfortable I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The assistants are also great and make you feel at home.

Let me start by saying that I am extremely happy to have switched my dental office. I absolutely love this place, its beautiful. when you walk in, its clean with a beautiful waterfall. The receptionists are very attentive and quick to sign you in. All the staff are friendly and professional. My dentist is Dr.Chang, hes awesome in every way. I always hated going to the dentist because of my past experiences and fear but he makes me feel very comfortable and calm - always making sure Im okay before, during and after my visit. Im happy to have him as my dentist. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love this dental clinic, so organize and clean. The entire staff are very helpful. Appointments are quick, also during procedures you feel no pain and good results.

Dr. Tiffany is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years and she provided an amazing, comfortable, and maybe most importantly judgement free experience. I needed a few fillings and both Dr. Tiffany and the front desk worked with me to schedule appointments and to maximize my appointments and were super understanding about last minute changes occasionally. I can’t say enough about how great they all have been.

Cascada dental is the absolute best! I have been a patient for over 5 years. Dr Y has amazing bedside manner. Dr Nehbeler is an outstanding surgeon!!! His implants are impeccable. I would highly recommend Cascada Dental.

I booked an one hour appointment today at Cascada dental. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this dental clinic. Unless you are in the medical field or doctor yourself, it is hard to recognize those signs of unprofessional and greedy establishment. This clinic books patient after patient without adequate amount of dentists on premises. My booking was for cavity filling and consultation in general. Nothing was done, as dental assistant explained to me they did not have enough dentists today . What?? Wait... when why did you schedule me for ? To sit in the chair? For how long ?? I am full time student and it was very challenging for me to find free time in my schedule so I can visit dentist. Once again, I do not recommend this clinic, it is highly possible what they stretch patients visits according to the insurance etc.. Please read between the lines … Avoid this clinic and stay healthy !

My wife and I have gotten dental work done here for the last 3 years. What we like most about them is their customer service skills. They give you attention, they listen and make you feel comfortable.Another key item is: they are PUNCTUAL. When they say 3:30pm, they mean 3:30pm. Yes, at time they may run a few minutes late or even early, but unlike other places we visited, you dont seat there for an hour waiting to be seen.We definitely recommend them.

I am delighted with the service I received today at Cascada Dental Spa. The quality of customer service provided by the receptionists during the registration process is excellent. They explained in detail the services offered by the Dental Spa, and the health insurance verification process and the HIPAA form were highly explained and completed with professionalism. The dental assistant and the Hygienist were very kind, polite, and professional during the interview and the dental exam. The entire process during the dental care procedure and X-Rays are very safe and comfortable. The Hygienist was very kind all the time, explaining to me in detail how to prevent cavities and other mouth and dental care conditions, she did an excellent job. They make you feel safe and comfortable during the examination and the procedures!. The Spa possesses a friendly and professional environment that is regulated by the health policy and norms, and the staff behavior follows ethics and principles of care. Finally, I met the Dental Care provider, who took care of me and made sure that the service is provided with the high standards of care. I will undoubtedly remain to be a patient of Cascada Dental Spa. Usually this dental office is amazing, the dentist are great, the hygienist are great, on my last visit the dentist was condescending, I did not want flouride treatment on my teeth, she tried to belittle me for this. I should not be harassed for not wanting a particular treatment. If this happens again, Ill report this office to the appropriate authorities like HIPPA.

From 5 stars I go to 1 how come than in a situation we are right now, you are charging people $95 for a emergency reservation, it feels like you are taking advantage of it. Im taking my business somewhere else.
